Order took over an hour to be delivered, order was wrong, sauce on items that we asked for plain. When called they advised " comments are at bottom of page" and don't always read. Pakora looked as if bag half eaten. if ordering online use Just eat. Their website advertises discount which it does not give you and when order wrong cannot get refund. When called shop was offered a discount the next time I order. Very disappointing

Very very bad customer service and they served us raw pizza that wasn’t cooked and refused to bring us a new one and tried to tell us its delicious pizza and they don’t have a driver ! Absolutely the worse place to order food from and the guy who answered the phone doesn’t understand English ! And was completely rude. Absolutely horrible serving raw food and except people to eat it.

Ordered on UberEats and they cancelled it for no reason.

Walk in a 16 inch India pizza got home it was more like a cheese pizza hardly any toppings was bad no flavour.sorry Picasso that's your 3rd and last chance your out.

Picasso used to be the best Indian takeaway in Dalmuir, however after the fiasco from last night it has gone down hill. When ordering my delivery I repeated the order twice to make sure it was correct. Half an hour after ordering they phoned to ask what it was as they had forgotten. Later on the delivery driver phoned saying he had been banging on my window and knocking the front door for 10 minutes but no one was answering. I told him the correct house number that it should be and collected it from him a couple of minutes later. The food was now tepid and not being bad enough they still got the order wrong. The pakora was well overcooked and the curries were not very tasty. Sorry guys but I will not be using you again.

Order not ready for collection at stated time. Staff very rude. Mild dish ordered as my wife has severe food Allergies and carries epipen - very hot 🔥 dish supplied. Thankfully I tried first before giving to her or could have caused severe reaction. Chapatis in several pieces and like cardboard. Most disappointing takeaway I've ever had. Normally exceptional and deliver consistent good food, this time however the order arrived wrong with cheese on the munchy box (never arrives with cheese and has no option to upgrade the cheese so strange) phoned the shop to explain and was told, a new one would be sent... 2 hours later nothing had arrived and I had to give up and go to bed hungry... today I phoned and spoke to the owner of the shop and was told I can have a new one if I come collect it and "yesterday is yesterday, today is today" Poor resolution for an issue which they have now lost a loyal customer unfortunately.

Great food, normally. Used Picasso for a while via website rather than via Just Eat. Their first mistake on an order so I phoned to rectify the mistake in order. Gentleman on phone was both rude and condescending. As a long time customer I am really annoyed. Disappointing.

Ordered the family kebab deal which advertised large chicken tikka kebab , large bbq kebab large tub of donner chicken chaat mixed pakora chips salad nan and 2 pitta when arrived the two chicken meats the tikka and bbq kebab were mixed together in one tub which total ruined the meal as don't like the bbq chicken and all the flavours were mixed this should be stated on menu that its in one container or atleast advised the chips were slightly under cooked aswell n the chicken chaat was chicken wings with bones not what I thought I ordered total ruined the meal

Placed an order via website tonight. Delivery time stated 40 mins with order expected @ 6.20pm. 2 phone calls later to be told they were busy. My order arrived @ 7.50pm. 2hrs 10 mins after I placed my order. If I hadn't paid it at time of ordering I would have sent it back. If they were honest enough with delivery times I would have gone somewhere else or collected. Will not be ordering from Picasso again 😡

Horrified. Ordered a baked potato with prawn Marie rose. It came without the potato and when I phoned up asking to complain they shouted abuse at me, and when I contacted them on Facebook with photos and proof it was a baked potato I ordered they send me 😂😂😂 emojis. Absolutely awful way to treat customers who are trying to support local business.

Avoid , guy on the phone is abrupt and lacks any sort of manners relating to the customer, food is average to say the least.

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a plain burger and a European munchy box. Order was completely wrong. When I phoned I was called a liar and barred! I have evidence and took screen shots of menu as well as what was delivered. I'm currently waiting on refund.

Absolute shambles of a take away shop! Ordered through uber eats (who were great with my compliant) and forgot to add something on. I called the restaurant to add something on and maybe pay at the door and the man on the phone just started shouting to me your order is now cancelled. I was trying to explain that I didn't want it cancelled I only wanted to add something on, he then hung up on me. Uber eats still showing my order was getting prepared, 5 attempts to get through and spoke to the same man trying to explain I still wanted my order and he shouted no I don't like you, your order in now cancelled, go away!! Honestly never had some shout to me about wanting to add more food on to a order! The order cost 19.90 for 2 products... Overpriced but heard good things about here, never again!! Again absolute shambles!!!

It was good that the delivery was free. Having a website always, anytime available for many people nowadays is a great factor. I had chosen Mushroom pizza. Wow! You can't imagine how delicious it was!

Ordered a shishlak kebab. The food was rotten.the lamb was so tough you couldn't chew it. Do not and I mean do not order from here, I have had bad experiences from this shop before but gave them the benefit of doubt but tonight was the worst ordered a delivery, 40 mins was delivery time, I waited 2 hours phoned shop after an hour to ask where my delivery was, told it's ready waiting on driver, 30 mins later still no delivery, phone back again told order was out for delivery that was a further 31 mins I waited I called back to say cxl my order I want refund, the guy was rude and hung up I called back again and he said he had refunded me, then the delivery eventually came I sent it back then guy from shop had a cheek to call me back being extremely rude saying not to order from his shop again hes blocked me, I wouldn't b ordering from him again anyway digraceful way to act to ur customers not even an apology, also expecting me to accept food that had been sitting there all that time dont think so.

Ordered a chicken parmo with chips and a spicy chicken pizza for delivery (we stay across the road from the shop). When it came there was no chips with the chicken parmo and when called them got a very rude man on the phone who said would be an hour for chips and I'f we wanted them to go collect them and hung up the phone. This isn't the first time we have ordered and it's been wrong but gave them the benefit of the doubt but I will never order from here again!!

Ridiculous service. Waited an hour and a half, called to chase and was told the delivery guy gave the food to the wrong person. Then waited another half an hour for food to come which was stone cold. When called to complain the guy on the phone was completely rude and did not listen. Won't be back

this evening i placed a order with picasso dalmuir on just eat app for home delivery within 5minutes i received a call from the owner in picasso he aggressively said to me over the phone "you put a bad review about us two days ago if you weren't happy don't post it phone the shop" i was very shocked by the phone call as i have been a loyal customer to picasso i felt very uncomfortable and threatened as i did not post any bad review about them but NOW I AM!!!!!!! you can not treat any customers that way! if i did put a review up it's my opinion you should never phone customers up and be aggressively horrible and when i got my food this evening quality was terrible I've contacted just eat personally and they will be investigating this matter as i felt you've deliberately did something to my food and for the aggressive phone call this evening was recorded your business will be failing.

The restaurant is clean and staff are very friendly. The most important thing is the food , so tasty that makes you wanna eat there every day. My favourite so is Dynamite pizza.

Bought food pizzas n kebabs pizzas lovely kebabs rotten meat tasted odd and my house was stinking got on to just eat and complained picasso had the cheek to blame us for not calling them sooner food was 20 minutes late that time stated on order my kids they both came in to me n said food was odd tasting I stopped n went online to cut a long story short spoke to customer service who were wonderful really helpful but picasso refused to give me a refund for food that tasted off my house was stinking with the smell from kebabs I spent over £30.00 for a birthday treat for my 2 daughters and they are sitting here feeling sick this is the last time I use them where is there customer service do they do product checks on the food they are sending out customer service gave me vouchers but I have made formal complaint not happy
