Encontré este lugar completamente por accidente. El restaurante tiene muy mal personal. Servicio de restaurante desagradable.

Salvou com uma massa rápida e bem preparada. Viajando com crianças pequenas, nem sempre comida de pub resolve! Preço bem honesto, comida melhor que fast food.

Horrible servicio. El camarero libanesa me cogió la mano tan pronto como llegué a plomo a mi mesa. Yo le pidieron que no me toque. Él se disculparon, pedí y luego me preguntó en una fecha. Dije No. Entonces él me pidió que mudarse porque algunos otros clientes quería mi mesa. Me trasladé a pedido. Gracias a mí, luego se paró en mi mesa aplastar mi cara y pasó su mano por el brazo. the service is very nice, workers are very friendly and the ice cream is amazing. besides all this their pizza is very tasty too. and the owner is always their and welcomes you to his restaurant

Fuimos en un par de bebidas calientes. Cuando pedimos la factura había cotizado una cantidad aproximadamente 30% sobre el precio del menú. Cuando lo comentamos nos dijeron que era porque habíamos estado sentado allí por más de una hora (no es verdad), y por lo tanto tuvimos que pagar por sentarse en la mesa y servicio. Honestly the best ice cream place there is in London. They can shape the ice cream to look like a bowl spaghetti. The staff are friendly and the prices are quite reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend you visit this place.

Fuimos a un café rápido y fueron presentados con una buena crema (helado) menú - no podíamos resistir! Los helados eran increíbles, auténtico italiano y hechos a mano. Puedes conseguir algo de huevos de helado de crema de hielo lasaña y spaghetti!! El personal es muy amable. Vale la pena un café y un buen helado si estás en la zona, con una gran ubicación!

Vaya aquí si te encanta helado. Una cafetería italiana con buen chocolate caliente, los pasteles pero crema mayormente fantástica de hielo. hemos estado visitando cuando estamos en la zona durante años y nunca he experimentado los problemas en las críticas recientes. Esta vez los camareros eran educados, simpáticos y el servicio era rápido. Yo tenía una cerezas, mi marido tenía chocolate caliente y no apresurarse y pusieron bajo ninguna presión para pedir más.

Primero de todo, pedí un café y no se les permite sentarse dentro a menos que pedí un plato principal (estaba a unos 10 grados fuera). Los camareros eran groseros. pedí un plato principal que tardó 20 minutos a venir y cuando no lo era terrible - "risotto" nadar en agua/grasa con sabor cubos de pollo y floja, sin cocer setas. Además café", worsy en Londres. Evitar!

É um lugar à parte. Funcionários muito gentis (todos os garçons e garçonetes são corteses, educados, calmos, etc) e o dono também (vinha me contar piadas em inglês: um italiano contando piadas em inglês, gesticulando e fazendo caretas, é uma ótima surpresa cosmopolita). Você pode pedir fora do cardápio, perguntar sobre os ingredientes, a taça de Ferrero Rocher é maravilhosa. A localização é ótima, em Charing Cross Rd, perto de Leicester Square, um pouco antes da Galeria do Retrato.O vinho branco e seco é bom também, as pedrinhas de gelo dentro da água com gás são um mimo do Ciao. Recomendadíssimo! Obs.: na verdade, eu costumava frequentar o Ciao em 2011. Mas a data mais próxima, no Tripadvisor, dessa época é nov/2012.

I visited this place with my wife and 4 year old son. It was 4pm in the afternoon and the sullen waiter/manager told us that it was "lunch time" and that, although we'd just ordered two coffees, we may have to leave if it got busy! There were only five or six tables occupied at the time. We had been there for coffee before with no issues and there is, as far as we could see, no sign telling customers that they must order food!We felt pressured to leave, so we did.This is a cafe; not a restaurant. The manager or waiter or whatever he is behaved appallingly towards us. In this age of tightening budgets you'd think he needed as much business as possible! Don't visit this place unless you are prepared to pay over the odds for average food.

Siamo stati 4 notti a Londra,con mia moglie,ad agosto, ed abbiamo cenato tutte le sere qui, in questo ristorante molto centrale. Prima di entrare qui, ho visto i prezzi degli altri locali, ho parlato con alcuni di loro (i camerieri sono quasi tutti italiani), alla fine ho scelto "Bar Ciao", curioso di provarlo, quando mi hanno detto che il cuoco è siciliano, (di Catania). La scelta è stata molto azzeccata, per la qualità del cibo (abbastanza buona), i prezzi buoni ( per esempio 1 primo + un 2° piatto, con vino, acqua, e caffe, totale 22 sterline), per la simpatia del gestore e delle cameriere. Fanno anche un ottimo gelato, con abbastanza scelta di gusti. Consigliatissimo.

too much to choose to from on the ice cream menu, that the man offered to make one up for me asking what i like with cream, chocolate and vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, nuts and topped with cherry and wafer for £7.50 an ice cream so pretty and tasty its the first ive ever had and glad i did.everyone in the place all had nice diffrent ice creams i just wanted to try them all but i stopped myself at just the one.charing cross road on leister square, get off at leister square underground if getting the tube.

Have been here three or four times now and it is becoming a regular thing when I go on London theatre trips.Have never eaten a main meal here, but am thinking I will try it! The reason that we go here is for the ice cream. They have a huge variety of flavours and make ice cream sundaes to order, including spaghetti ice cream and fried egg ice cream (ice cream that looks like them, not tastes like them). If there is not something on the menu that you want then they will make you something not on the menu. Plus the owner makes all the ice cream on site. FANTASTIC!To top it off the atmosphere in there is cosy, friendly and welcoming.The whole experience was great! Will definitely be going back!
