Every dish was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic The cocktails are definitely worth having. A great atmosphere, lovely decor and music. Highly recommend. I went last weekend with a friend and returned this weekend with my boyfriend who was equally impressed.

Had a totally delicious lunch here today....really good value...2 BAOs for £15 and sat watching the buzz of Regent Street. A friend tells me the steak is superb as well so I will be back! Great service too.

Should have read the reviews before visiting. Whilst the food was great and two of the wait staff were friendly, one other guy was super rude and spoilt the overall experience.

First time visitors- we went for my daughter’s birthday lunch. It was truly splendid! We didn’t know our way around the menu so chose the two set meals. The food was wonderful in taste and appearance- we would definitely recommend and go again. Thanks to all the staff and Somu who arranged a little surprise birthday cake for my daughter- what a lovely touch!

Love this place, have been several times now. It’s popular. Quite small but spread over multiple floors. Food is magnificent. Staff attentive and professional. We had booked dinner for 3 and at short notice on the same day we enquired if the booking could be increased to 6 people and they were fully accommodating. Had a great evening.

What a fabulous find for a lunchtime snack. Welcoming staff, great choice of dishes as we only wanted a small lunch and this was perfect! The beef and crispy duck boa buns were very tasty and the bang bang cauliflower, spicy slaw with a cheeky glass of fizz was delicious. We will definitely return!

Great find with a varied and different menu. Service was good and decor was lovely. The Bao Bun were delicious but the Chicken wings were something else.

We cannot recommend BAO + BBQ highly enough. I’m delayed in writing this review but it’s so deserving it’s worth the effort. We were looking for an impromptu lunch on Saturday 6 January.
When we arrived we were greeted warmly & immediately shown to our table. Somu, our waiter, was very attentive and explained how the menu works as we hadn’t been before. 
All the food was full of flavour, fresh & delicious, I struggled to name a favourite or one we’d leave off next time (as there will definitely be a next time!) I fancied a glass of red wine and Somu’s recommendation was excellent. My husband and I are big fans of other restaurants in the JM Socials Group. Every meal we’ve had with these guys has been faultless, I don’t know how they do it!

We had a New Year’s Eve meal, the food was fantastic, atmosphere was lovely and the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful with the menu choices. Very looked after by the manager and her team.

Visited at the weekend with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and it was amazing! The food was great, the service was brilliant and it’s a really nice/warm setting. They even bought out a cake and candle for my boyfriends birthday. Couldn’t recommend it more - can’t wait to come back!

Made a booking online on 4th September - purely to come for the bottomless brunch for my husband's birthday. Arrived today to be told rudely by the disinterested front of house gentleman that we had a restaurant booking only and that the chef was not prepared to accommodate us for the booked brunch. Ruined my husband's birthday treat - will not be going again!

Disappointing lunch. Service erratic. Components of meal didn't arrive together. Portions small. Intended to be shared dishes, although we only chose to share one dish. Very few fellow diners but had quite a long wait to order desserts. Both the main courses and desserts were tasty, but something is missing here.

My partner and I went for dinner here last night and it was amazing! Beautiful bao buns along with the most amazing side dishes. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was faultless. Thank you for such a lovely evening we will definitely be returning!
