Absolutely love this place gets better every time

Their Uber eats minimum order is £20 not every one wants to spend that much you would be a lot busier if you didn’t have a minimum like MOST places. I’d be a regular but I ain’t spending £20 + everytime!

Absolute rip off now the owner is getting very greedy Just one example the ribs, they were 4.50 and now 8.50 a whopping 89% increase and this cut off meat is really cheap to buy from cash&carry Just a matter of time until this shop closes down permanently, only essentials like petrol milk bread can get away with daylight robbery and remain in business not takeaway food that's not essential. Shame really the food is decent .

The Bank Grill is the best place in Royton. Their service, delivery time also their food are mouth-watering. I ordered their lamb Ribs meal, I felt like I had never eaten the delicious Lamb grill meal. Service 10/10. I would order more and more for sure

SHOCKING!! Do not waste your time with this take aways business. They cant fill their orders! They cancel orders without notice. Bad business!

This is the second time I’ve ordered food. The food is fresh and tasty. It’s more than your usual wraps and in a good way.

Wankers take your money then cancel your order 5 minutes later because it doesnt suit them but still show as open for another hour on just eat just chancers wuth a half okay idea of food

late delivery, I had to ring twice, order was wrong and the drinks were wrong as well.

wraps were nice as always but the rice box was bland & cold because food took 1½ hours to come. There was onions in the rice box also despite requesting no onions.

Thought we would try for a change, but will NEVER go back, *I cant eat spicy food, so had the sizzler option, defo not sizzler, just smothered in Piri Piri. *should come with mix steak (warrants the £18 price tag)none to be seen. *chicken was not fresh. *all was microwaved, clue was the lid on the box was also cooked and some food cold and some warm. *Tried to not honour the 15% discount thats advertised *had about 3 cans of drink on offer when went, nothing that was on the menu * 2 lots of chips just thrown in one tray *lamb chops tough Not much positive to say.

Today arrived Freezing cold food. Ordered four meals one did not arrive and two were incorrect. Wrong drinks sent this week and last week . Average food at the minute. Place was good when it opened but disappointed recently. Last week we ordered and asked for extra spicy powder for chips they wanted to charge £2 for a tiny pot of it- smaller pot than like the size of McDonald’s sauce. But stingy but that was last weeks order .Will think again before ordering for a while.

we ordered the big deal and you had to buy a drink at £1.10 for the order to go though, even if you didn't want one. when the order came we didn't get the drink but still paid for it. not impressed regardless of the drinks cost! 😕

We have been ordering from here for years most weekends and always loved & raved about it. However, recently we have felt it’s gone really down hill and standards are not the same as they used to be. Tonight we ordered Naga wings and asked for extra sauce because you don’t get a lot of sauce anymore, despite asking we didn’t get any. They also forgot our chips and we ordered toasted nachos which comes with jalapeños and salsa, they forgot our salsa and gave us loaded nachos instead. The chicken on the chicken burger was just chewy and didn’t have much flavour, they also didn’t have the full selection of cans which they usually do and only had two to choose from. We have just slowly noticed little things every week are wrong or not to previous standards. Really disappointed as we used to love this place and used to joke about getting these guys as our wedding caterers but unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning :(

Ordered at 16.57 and was due to be delivered at 17.55. I called the restaurant to chase my order and the chef picked up and explained it left. He didnt speak English well and was hard to understand what he was saying. My food then turned up 30 mins late. Lovely food but delivery time was ridiculous.

If you're not sure what to order... Waka waka chicken (sriracha), mixed burrito, or any of the bankers meals are brilliant. Top quality food every time we order! Will definitely be ordering again.

Best Take out I've had in a while!

Food turned up cold and items were missing. Called to chase this up and was told they could sort us out next time. We will not be ordering again so stated I wanted my food which was paid for and missing. Told they could sent the item but might take over half an hour. After over an hour still not sign of the missing items and the restaurant is now closed. Very disappointed and don’t appreciate being lied to by the restaurant. A refund for missing items has been put in but want to highlight how horrific the customer service was from this restaurant.

ordered the lamp chop starters which although smelt delightful were extremely poor cuts of meat (more meat in my pinky finger unfortunately) and were grilled within an inch of their life 🥴 mash was lumpy. burger was satisfactory.

I don’t like giving less than positive reviews, but I just thought that this may help others. We ordered grilled nachos, bbq chicken wings, naga donner burger and a meat stack burger. The grilled nachos were bland and dry, and grilled with mozzarella cheese. Save yourselves £4.50 and don’t order them. The chicken wings were great though. The naga burger was lovely and I put the top part of the nachos on it so I didn’t waste them. The quality was great for the price that is being charged. The meatstack burger is spicy though, which my OH wasn’t expecting as it didn’t say that it was spicy on the menu. Anyway, a good all round meal for the price and I’m sorry to down grade, but the nachos I can’t forgive

Food was delicious, quality ingredients used, the whole place was clean and service was top notch. These guys really make good food, I got the protein box, mixed,chicken and beef with bbq sauce, absolutely bang on, flavours were amazing. Also grabbed a burger meal, which was tasty 😋 and hit the spot. Definitely goimg again next week for cheat day 🙌🏼💯

Had to wait for ages but the ribs was absolutely to die for like best ribs I’ve had in a while burrito could of done with more meat and less rice chicken was abit dry but they did throw in a free burger

Burger was really over cooked and dry and chips under cooked, plus cold. May give them one more try in the future but otherwise wont bother, can get a lot better from other places

Top spot for a nice, tasty meal. Not just your normal quick eats. Usually go every Friday end the week off on a nice late meal to take home. Definitely recommend their cheeseburger, waka chicken which comes in different flavours and their parmo is as good as a parmo you’d get from a boujee restaurant.

I ordered food from here first time thought il see what the hypes about i ordered mix grill ,1 food came late 2 lamb chops wer undercooked and still slightly pink and chewy I asked for peri rice they gave me uncle Ben's rice

They had their anniversary with a big promotion. Was super busy but the food was good. Was a long wait but having been in the industry that's understandable given the circumstances. Food was hot and tasty with good portion sizes so worth the wait. Will order again

Food was brilliant exceeding expectation. Delivery time was short and the service was great.

One of the best worst food I had in a long time.. For the start fries was missing. Not bothered about it. Ordered chicken alfredo spicy. Instead of adding extra chilli flakes or red chillie. They added a red sauce which totally ruined the taste. Called up and said it was their version of spicy alfredo. Asked for original chicken steak. It was sweet and sour. They use frozen veggies. You can distinguish the difference between frozen and fresh. Really disappointed with the quality. Won't be ordering again Edit: I did not placed the order it. It was my mrs. So the confusion on the fries. And I have said in my original comment. I do not care about the missing fries. My dad owned a restaurant so I know mistakes can happen. As for the alfredo. You can have it spicy by adding extra chilli flakes/red chilli. Don't justify your bad dish. If you do not know how alfredo suppose to taste like then please have it from "Impasto" in Manchester. Or from any Italian restaurant. As for the veggies, not steamed properly. There was a slight hardness in them. It happens when you don't use fresh veggies. The reason you never had any complaint is because your customers have never been to a better place. Consistently let down by takeaways in oldham. Try Toros' veggies No steak place would sell you steak with mild and sweet taste. Original means original. Salt and pepper. Don't call your personal taste as the original. Who said I wanted spicy steak? I wanted the original. Not sweet and mild. Please just stop justifying it. Your ignorant response is enough to tell everyone that you would not learn from your mistake.

Travelled from London, was starving and the customer service from EACH AND EVERY STAFF. Was 1000%. Food was perfect nothing to complain about at all. Very respectful and not just there to take your money. Prices were very reasonable too. Hope they can expand even more inshallah. Very well deserved!!!. Couldn’t add any pics (dishes were wiped clean)

If I could give it 10 star review I would. Amazing customer service. Amazing food with massive portions. Staff were very friendly and gave 2 sides on the house! Would absolutely recommend to everyone who is thinking of coming here. All food was on point!

If you haven’t tried this. You must do. The menu is exceptional, and although this is a takeaway, the quality of the food is top notch. The meals are always generous portions and reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly and remember faces and names which is a nice touch. My personal recommendation is the bankers box with a side of lamb ribs. The taste of the lamb ribs is second to none. Flame grilled and tasty.

After an hour I rang for an update and was greeted with “foods on its way” then hung up. 5 minutes later the delivery driver rang me to tell me he couldn’t find address (bro we’re literally around the corner) food arrived about an hour an half after ordered. Cold chips. Soggy chicken and warm drinks. My advice to bank grill is stop making tik toks and start making half decent food.

Ordered 2 full chicken yesterday, and the salad that came with it was old and rotten- picture. The chicken marinade sauce was nice with flavour however, the chicken inside was dry and tasted a bit off. Have had a few takeout and deliveries but this is last time order. Not impressed. I reckon the chef must have been preoccupied with other food that he forget to lift the chicken off the grill in time.

Ordered waka waka and was lovely flavours and such a large portion. Usually order takeaway but ate inside this time to feel the full fresh awesome grill to mouth taste and wow. Lamb chops were also delicious. Gutted we ordered late in the day as the ribs were out of stock!! Next time... Lovely food lovely service just wish had bigger premises so can sit and eat in a large group

Wow!! Absolutely delicious. Had the full chicken x 2. 1 original and 1 peri peri. Both were absolutely delicious. Full off flavour and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The chips were just right not crispy and not soggy just perfect. My only criticism was the peri peri rice In my opinion was bit too dry never the less I mixed it up with the residue of the peri peri chicken and that went down a treat. Lastly The delivery driver was very pleasant and polite with great mannerism. Keep up the good work. Overall it was absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

The food normally is absolutely bang on and I rate the place and recommend it. But if you ever get delivery.. well let’s just say 2 hours no joy in it turning up and then once calling for an update you get an ‘your order should be there’ and a hang up. Ended up cancelling due to this.

Great Service! However, need to wash chicken or marinate properly as could still taste raw chicken even though the chicken was well cooked and came with plenty of sauce. Ribs were cooked well and spot on. Shredded meat on rice was ok but the herb taste was way too strong.

After seeing good reviews about the place all over Instagram we decided to try it out ourselves being a foodie we love to try out new places however sadly on this occasion it didn’t live up to the hype and expectations the beef burger was very dry, chicken steak was flavourless and bland rice tasted like it was out of one those uncle bens packet veg had a bitter after taste, the only thing that was nice was chips, decent portion size but overall the quality of the food just wasn’t there fairly disappointed on the experience won’t be going again anytime soon 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Yo just been here for the first time my man put me on to the meat stack burger had as meal and it was savage I highly recommend Bank Grill.

What can I say. Travelled from Nottingham after seeing this place on Instagram. Didn't let me down at all. The owner gave a mix of a fair few items on the menu. Lamb ribs were probably up there with the best that I've ever had! The burger was super tasty and full of flavour, waka waka chicken was banging and the Naga wings were fire! Overall, the food was 10/10, and the hospitality from the brothers was unreal. Highly recommended to those that are wanting to try this place. Will hopefully be planning another visit again!

Tried the bank grill for the 1st time, the food was lovely, fresh and still hot when we got back home to Failsworth. My wife had the chicken halloumi wrap and I had the mixed grill. We were both very impressed with the quality of the food and the freshness and also the presentation. We will definitely be back, no more KFC from now on, why have anorexic chicken when you can have the big bird!
