Great Chinese chippy, it's always busy because the food is fresh, hot and tasty. You can see the food be prepared and they work incredibly hard to get the customers served.

Work down here every week and driven by so many times until now definitely won't be happening again my new go to place sadly not near my home in Edinburgh as this would be great tasty food portions superb throughly recommended to anyone had special chow mein and salt and pepper ribs absolutely 💯 %satisfied

Missing items on the order. Fully paid for. When dishing up the order at home, we realised that we were missing stuff. Went back and was told it must’ve fallen out in the car (nope). They wouldn’t replace anything and said I should check the order before I leave the shop. She read the list to me and handed me the bag. If you do go, unwrap it all and check it in front of them. Ripped off!

This is definitely the best Chinese takeaway around, trust me I've tried em all..

Been coming here for 20 years and never had an issue and i consider their chips the vest in North-West. Always clean oil and always freshly cooked.

Just had fish and chips and peas from here tonight. It was awful! Chips were cold and soggy, peas were tinned, and the fish - no idea what kind it was! But it wasn’t good! Also was hardly any inside the very soggy batter, which was all undercooked inside. £12.60 and threw it away! Even my cat wouldn’t eat the fish!

Food is very nice but the extra charges to have fried rice and noodles with meal expensive

I’ve been eating from here for over 20 years it’s a family run business and I’ve watched them all grow up over the years, The food is Amazing but the chips and gravy are the best there is 👍🏻😁

The best Chinese takeaway by far! Shame they don’t deliver (selfishly) but they’re always busy enough without it. Food is always fresh and never wait any more than 10 minutes even if they are mad busy.

Looked at the menu and gave my order of egg fried rice chips and curry. which was started to get sorted straight away with a few ppl cooking already. Open kitchen so can see the food being prepared to cook only a 10 min wait. 😁

The salt and pepper chips are ok they did have a spicy taste in the past but they must have a new chef or recipe has changed they don't taste same but they are still nice.

Easy parking, same as other B&Qs but shelves were not stocked, many items I wanted were not available, staff helpful, just dropped in as I was in retail park at the time, prefer oldham store

This is by far my favourite Chinese place ever, I've been going here for over 20 years. The food is amazing and the people are lovely. If they only delivered... well I probably wouldn't be able to fit out the door! It made my day to see my Christmas prezzies on the photos, awesome :)

This is a fairly busy Chinese takeaway. That means it is good. It's that simple. Good covid measures are in place. It's very near to an off licence where you can get a wonderful bottle of Kingfisher lager to drink with your food. As for the food, of which the selection in Open Kitchen is highly varied, I recommend the Special Fried Rice (sauce version.) If you go for the dry one, then maybe defo get a beer too, if not, nice as it is, don't risk shovelling it down!

Good food and prices really well

Some of the food tastes fresh but twice I’ve ordered spare ribs and they came with hardly any meat and over cooked ( hard), I complained about the first time and the second was just as bad.the sweet and sour chicken is horrible. Potions are small best thing are salt and pepper chicken.. wouldn’t recommend here.

Like the fact that you can watch your food being made always good

They were rushed off their feet with people waiting outside and telephone orders. They all were fantastic and really efficient. Food was fabulous. Really enjoyed it.

If you want English food go elsewhere. My parents have just had the worst fish and chips in their lives soggy undercooked fish Luke warm chips and marrow fat peas instead of the mushy peas will go back Chinese food but not for English

Food is lovelly but very pricey an dont do a smaller option or childs meal.the place was spotless but staff not very friendly.wouldnt go again personally
