Banh Mi 108 in Hounslow

I love this little place. The food is quite good. We usually order the same dish but i was quite disappointed on my last visit. We ordered jasmine rice with grilled pork, but the rice they served us was a regular rice not “jasmine” rice which is quite disappointing, and the portion for pork was quite less. I hope they start serving what is mentioned on the menu.

Delicious food, attentive and helpful service, cosy and family friendly atmosphere: you really feel at home when you're at Banh Mi 108, the staff are absolutely lovely, and are more than willing to explain the unfamiliar, or give a good recommendation. All the food is stellar, too, so there's no slacking in any area.

We love the food at Banh Mi in Feltham. We have eaten here several times as a couple and recently brought our kids (they can be fussy eaters) and they love the food as much as we do. Hot, fresh and tasty! We usually go for at least one, maybe two portions of their spring rolls, a grilled pork baguette or two, and loved trying the different soups and broths. I've also tried a couple of their other dishes and we always leave feeling full and satisfied. Thank you Banh Mi for the great food!

Me and my mom went there for lunch. Food is so delicious and clean. Beef Soup and Grilled Pork with Jasmine Rice is my most favorite. Tasty and No Spicy. Recommend!!! Wish Service were good. Service is not too good. But Reasonable price with delicious food. I just spent only 18 pounds and cost 9 pounds per person.

Grilled pork banh mi was actually quite tasty, but the pork was quite fatty. Spring rolls weren’t very crispy and was very greasy, menu said it has prawn and pork in but all I could see and taste was pork. Unfortunately both my husband and I had the runs after eating food from here, so prep/hygiene/ingredients must have been bad. Service was average, I assume it was mother and daughter duo and they both weren’t particularly friendly. I see this is the norm based on other reviews about customer service… Also, this place is cash only. I mean in this day and age, why cash only? Tax evasion springs to mind..

Came here for lunch with some work colleagues on their recommendation. The food was fantastic. All fresh ingredients and very authentic. I will definitely re-visit next time I'm in Feltham. Great experience and fantastic service too. This place is cash only but there is a Supermarket with a cashpoint opposite.

Been coming here at least once a week for years. Chicken Pho is in a different league to anywhere else I have been and the coffee with coffee condensed milk and ice is great. Simple cafe relaxed style and very well priced.

We've been eating from Banh Mi 108 for some time now and usually order our lunch from here two or three times a month, on the weekend. The soups are amazing and the grilled pork baguettes a favourite. This, plus a vermicelli with grilled pork and a spring roll makes for a filling family meal for us! Highly recommended.

These guys need to get training on how to deal with other human beings.. the atmosphere feels like you have done something wrong when you want to order food.

I recently moved to Feltham last week and needed a new comfort cafe and discovered this place yesterday. Not only are staff sweet but the bubble tea for the past two days has been amazing. I hope to become a regular and try some new things. 10/10 would recommend!! my personal favorite bubble tea at the moment is the taro with tapioca pearls.

We visited for a take away lunch for the family. The food was quickly prepared and the staff very friendly and helpful. The cooked and fresh spring rolls were very nice, the duck and rice were let down by some of the duck meat clearly died of old age. This let the dish down, which made the meal drop down on my appraisal.

The best pho I have had in the UK. Anywhere I go just cannot compare to it. It really puts those chained pho restaurants to shame! My partner and I come here at least once a month if not twice, and it is totally worth the half hour drive. Our must-haves here are the spring rolls and beef pho, with a bubble tea and an iced Vietnamese coffee. We really would like to try something else from the menu as everything looks delicious, but we just cannot not have the pho as it’s too good!

Useless place that doesn't have half the menu items available. The one thing a restaurant must do is stand ready to serve the items on their menu. How difficult is it to put the necessary quantity of items in your freezer? Really pathetic, after driving 30 mins to get here. Oh, and smile when your customers walk in, you miserable woman. Avoid.

an amazing atmosphere. i had bubble tea with watermelon and lychee balls and was quick cheap and very tasty. the best thing on the menu is the banh mi baguette i had the tofu one and it was fantastic i highly recommend this place very friendly and im definitely coming back all the time : )

Rare to find bubble tea around this area but happy Banh Mi 108 is serving it up. The food is fresh and has a homemade style which is always delicious and consistent. If you like coffee then do try the Vietnamese cold brew with the condensed milk.. This is amazing. You won't regret it.

My family and I come to eat there at least once a week whenever possible. True authentic Vietnamese food for extremely reasonable prices. The service is always excellent and being a family run business gives the place a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Simply cannot recommend enough. Best place in Feltham without a doubt.

I have come here few times, great food. Love the spring rolls and pho. Bubble tea is a nice addition to the meal. Too bad the place is quite small, I always try to arrive early to avoid peak times , if you dont want to wait.

Authentic, unpretentious, family-run small cafe and take-away which offers a very reasonably priced menu and great-tasting food. Not much to choose from if you're vegan or vegetarian but tofu rolls and vegetable noodles are very good. Eat here regularly and only wish they were open Mondays too and a little later in the evenings as they close at 8. Have also used them for some outside catering. They close over the summer holidays as they have a young family; best to check first. Service is friendly and efficient.

We regularly visit this place. Don’t go for customer service as these places are not for that sort of experience. It’s all about the food, so stick to that and you’ll enjoy every mouthful! Our kids love their broths and are so wholesome and tasty for them so a firm family favourite!

Snuggling at the end of parade of shops is a true gem Bubble tea was amazing , many choices available, great menu, abundance of fresh healthy ingredients and good vegetarian choices - what more can you ask for ? Food are delicious.however, bad customer service, bit rude and no welcomig face. When i ask for vegeterian option the lady spoke rudely.

I went to this restaurant with my family today. This restaurant is too smelly as soon as we walked in. My mum even thought my little one has poo. But Wasn't her. Also there is no service at all. When I asked the waitress for a baby highchair, the lady just pointed to the toilet direction and said I need to take it by myself. I explained her I am not convenience to take and ask her for help. She just asked another customer to bring it to me.This whole session the waitress was so rude. Then we decided to change another place to eat. This place doesn't worth to have even one star, buy the system won't let me do it.

Her ladyship went to visit family and suggested visiting here on the way home as we were both suffering from severe and acute "summer roll" deprivation.

Fabulous food. Had the Pho he, served quickly and nicely. Loved it, so fresh and fast. My husband had the tofu soup which I also tasted and will probably have that next time as there will definitely be a next time

Although this cafe is small. It offers good quality meals are reasonable price. Your meals comes with the seasonings / spices separately so that you can flavour to your own taste The services is efficient and friendly.

Nice Asian restaurant on Feltham High Street. Lovely food and very nice staff as well not a lot of choices on the menu but the food is cooked lovely

Late Sunday afternoon visit, plenty of seating available. It’s a small basic cafeteria with very limited menu. Clean and tidy looking environment. Can see straight into kitchen which also looked clean and tidy. Service was fairly prompt but unrushed. Only other customers were oriental so good endorsement for oriental food. We had some spring rolls as starters which were good sized portions, light and crispy but a little oily. The best course was the pho. We had chicken pho which was tasty and served with the traditional mint, beansprouts lime and chillies on the side. The broth was just right for our taste, tasting like natural stock and not fatty or over-seasoned or salty like that served by many other establishments. The generous chicken pieces had been de-boned but had the tasty skin attached. One missed trick was that we forgot to order drinks and was not prompted by waitress so they missed out on revenue from drink sales. I remembered near the end of the meal by which time my stomach was full of chicken broth so I didn’t bother ordering the bubble tea I originally thought I might try. Each person’s starter and main came to £9 which was good value as we felt full up. Just as well that there are no desserts on the menu. It would be nice if the menu had a few less pork dishes and maybe a few more vegetarian or seafood options. However will try again.

Right... please excuse my title. We were desperate for some pho after having pho in Manchester but we couldn't travel 4 hours just for the pho. So, we googled for a Vietnamese restaurant near us and this is the nearest (which isn't that near!). While I was at work, my lovely husband spent his day of rest to travel here and get us some pho. First time tasting their pho, I was impressed, and the spring roll was super delicious! It was quite big also!

We just ate here before heading to the cinema. The food was excellent, good value and brilliant service. So pleased to have found this place. Highly recommend and we’ll def be back.

Visited this unpretentious Vietnamese cafe for the first time yesterday, it is a delightful small eatery, with freshly cooked delicious food. The interior is spotlessly clean, staff polite and happy to give advice on the menu, I am not very familiar with Vietnamese cuisine. My meal arrived promptly and was served at my table. Free wi-if was available. Starter, main course and a pot of tea all just £10. Thoroughly recommend this cafe and I will decibels be visiting again.

Went here Sunday evening, a local restaurant manager recommended the food here, saying it is good honest tasty food. My meal, although fairly simple was flavoursome. It consisted of rice and roti chicken with some salad. With bottled water it cost under £10.The family are all involved in the cafe even down to the little girl who clears the table.

Excellent Pho and crepes. In fact everything I have tried on the menu is of a very high standard as is the cleanliness too! The most expensive thing on the menu is 8 pounds so that gives you a good idea of the value for money at this place. A bowl of beef Pho is £6.50 and is expertly cooked and is served with the usual chillies, mint and lime and beansprouts. The place is spotless. I just hope it doesn't get delusions of grandeur and then puts the prices up to the same as those in the west end of London. It's one of the most authentic and cheapest and clean eats anywhere that I can think of period! Great food & prices well presented in a spotless environment,

I've been raving about this place to my friends for a while now and finally managed to take them. However on arrival we found out that it was closed for the whole of August. Now only two days before it reopens. I can't wait.

Was here by chance, but had delicious lunch, high quality food (im from Italy with high expectations:-)) .I'll be there again for sure!

I've previously reviewed Banh Mi for their take away sandwiches and summer rolls and rated it average. I've since eaten in twice and have had a better experience. Staff have been friendly and food better than average. The banh cuon, steamed rice rolls were good, but would have liked a bit more filling in them. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious! The chicken pho noodle soup is a god cheap option. I've definitely had better, more authentic bowls of pho but for a quick cheap fix, you can't complain!

Food was pleasant. The Vietnamese spring rolls were excellent, crispy and yet very satisfyingly full of things. My daughter and I had variations on the Pho, and they were both good. Friendly and basic ambience, and very good value indeed. Lovely Vietnamese tea.

We ordered summer rolls and Bahn Hoi Nem Moung which was served with steamed pads of vermicelli. There was an ample amount of pork, shrimp and veggies to wrap in the pads and dip into peanut sauce. Excellent!

Main costs between £6- £8 max and you have to try their summer roll - it is beautiful.Opening hours are fairly short so bare in mind! Opened on Fridays till 8pm but they like to close on time. If you are around definitely worth trying. I have given them 5 start because the quality compare to price is fantastic.

It's a casual homely sort of place, a cafe with wooden tables, a bar (although bubble tea with exotic flavours was more in evidence than anything alcoholic), frequented by friends and members of the local Vietnamese community (there are a few other places serving Vietnamese cuisine in the locality). A prawn roll ordered at another table looked sensational; a choice of duck rice looked more Chinese than Vietnamese; pho noodle soup definitely Vietnamese; a lot of dishes from the modest menu came with coloured photographs. I initially thought of choosing a seafood udon or ho fun dish but saw squid excused from the list of ingredients and didn't fancy fish cakes, so opted instead for a noodle dish with various cuts of pork and beef. And very generous the long strips of meat were. The noodles were thin and perfectly cooked; some bean sprouts, chillis and assorted greenery came in a separate bowl to be sprinkled on top. A bubble tea with mango and passion fruit provided quirky refreshment. All for well under £10.

I love the food at this place. Typical Vietnamese food but super tasty! I've been here about 4 times at lunch time, always managed to get a table but it is popular with local workers. It's very simple and looks like a cafe.No matter how many times I've been there I've always been served by the same lady who borderlines on rude. I always greet her with a hello and a good afternoon and say goodbye. Nothing! She just looks and asks for our order.. lol it's actually amusing!I would say go for the food and don't get eye contact!

Been here for 5 times and the food has been quite good and authentic. However, the service has never been great because of their blunt manner either when entering or leaving the bistro. I had never got even one warm hello or goodbye. Still, I came back for the food and today was a deal breaker to me. Long story short, I ordered pork instead of beef for my bowl of soup and the waitress got my order wrong. So I asked them to change it back, and the owner started to question me rudely in Vietnamese if I understood the difference between pork and beef as if I couldn't speak English probably. It was a very unpleasant experience so I finished my bowl then left. Surprisingly she said bye and thank you for the first time out of 5 times we were there. I've been to 52 cities and never been treated that poorly. Therefore, I would not come back again unless they change their service.

Having recently moved into the area, we gave the take away a go and ordered a selection of banh mi and the prawn summer rolls.I've come from Hackney, east London where great Vietnamese food has been on our doorstep so this was somewhat disappointing. The baguettes didn't seem all that fresh and the fillings were average. The summer rolls were better but I would have liked to see traditional herbs included for a more authentic flavour. The iced lemon drink the highlight! My sister ordered the food and said it wasn't the friendliest service...Will give it another go and dine in next time based on other reviews.

We go to this cafe at the weekend a lot and I love the freshly prepared food. It is family run and is friendly with excellent service. The weekend specials are great and worth a visit in itself. Good value for London with main courses averaging £6.50-£7.00. Great place but get there early at the weekend as it gets very busy!

This is a cafe not a restaurant - no alcoholic beverages. I assume it's pretty authentic (i.e. not westernised) Vietnamese food as most of the customers appeared to be Vietnamese. I assume that it got to number 1 because a lot of Vietnamese people voted for it.I didn't like the food at all and was very disappointed. My meal was seemed to be a bowl of lightly flavoured water with a few pieces of boiled chicken with the skin still on and some noodles. My friend who had something similar but with pork ate his so it's subjective. My vegetable spring rolls and chilli dip were OK though.Oh and the tea tasted more like soup - to me anyway.You may like it but I'm afraid it wasn't to my taste.

I've been going back since the first time I ate here. There is a great selection of traditional food, cooked to perfection. It's the first Vietnamese place I've found that is just like eating in the great country itself. A great selection of well priced dishes, and the best Pho I've had in England. Couldn't recommend it more. A brilliant cheap eat.

I come here a lot with my family for lunch or dinner and we always love it. The food is cooked very well and they serve large portions as well. I highly recommend the pho. Also their bubble tea is one of the best I've ever had. And to top it off, the restaurant is owned by some lovely people.

we went and try cause my friend told us about this place [just 5 minute drive from costco] ,was'nt disapointed ,small restaurant but clean ,we had the beef hofun soup noodle ,yummy yummy , and not expensive ,i quite like the bubble tea ,will go again

Very small Vietnamese restaurant on Feltham High Street. Menu is simple yet varied. We ordered many dishes - we normally do that - so can sample a lot of their dishes. All authentic flavours. Highlights? There are none as every dish is superb. Personal favourites? Any of the rice paper rolls - bags of flavour in every dish. I don't normally go for a chicken pho but their's was perfect and even better than their beef pho. I kid you not - every dish is worth trying here. Very good value for money - we paid 61 GBP for a family of seven and we were all full by the end. The only gripe - closes at 8pm.
