Pho in Hounslow

I ordered Pho online, spend 40 pounds for spilled drink all over the food. Try to spend some money from your labour on cup trays. Apparently it helps to avoid this issue.

Busy restaurant but lovely, helpful staff. Wonderfully delicious food. We will be back again soon!

My kids absolutely love South East Asian cuisine, so we decided to dive into a delightful adventure at Pho! They were quick to correct me on the pronunciation—it's "fa," not "foo." This was our second visit, and we were eager to revisit our favorites. We kicked off with some crispy prawn-less crackers, followed by the most tender fried baby squid you can imagine. And then there was the star of the show: a spectacular curry noodle soup that wowed our taste buds with three incredible flavors! We savored every spoonful of Tofu and mushrooms, succulent chicken, and juicy king prawn. The best part? You can amp up the heat with their spicy chili garlic oil and zesty chili garlic vinegar—so good! And if you're not a pro with chopsticks, no worries! Just ask for a fork and spoon. The staff were super friendly, and the ambiance was just perfect for a fun family outing. We can't wait to go back for more deliciousness!

The lunch special is such a good value, staff is very kind and attentive. Heard the staff laughing the whole time we were there, so good to see people enjoying themselves at work.

Great hot fresh food! Plenty of options for vegetarian and vegans. The lady who served us was quite kind and considerate! If you looking for something spicy, lots of options for that as well!! I ordered veg tofu curry with rice and it was delicious. Even the quantity was filling.

Seldom have I met such kindness in such warm environments with exquisite amazing food. Everyone knows London is full of surprises, but few knows the little pearls spread throughout the city. This is one of them. Absolutely fantastic!

The audacity of this place to trademark the word pho is crazy. It's literally if anyone trademarks the word pizza. No one should ever come here. Anyone who supports such a business should be ashamed of themselves. Your best bet with Vietnamese dishes is going to a Viet-owned restaurant that isn't ignorant like this place. Cultural appropriation at ITS FINEST. Holy.

I came with a friend to eat dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty and no one was sitting outside. I went inside to ask if we could sit outside and were told that was okay. 20 minutes later no one came by. We flagged down the bartender who came out to see if we were okay. We said we still needed menus and she apologised and said she would be right back. A man came out (who turned out to be the manager) with menus. He aggressively slammed them on the table and made a rude comment about us not introducing ourselves (implying that is why we were waiting for so long). My friend tried to talk to him, but he ran off and ignored her. We were so embarrassed and offended. We decided to leave. I went in to say, but the manager was no where to be found, so I told the bartender we were leaving. My friend was really upset by the encounter so called to speak to the manager about what happened. He refused to give his name and was even more rude and disrespectful on the phone. How awful and embarrassing. We love Pho, but have no interest in being humiliated and disrespected in such an unprofessional way. Don't waste your time going there, there are much nicer restaurants in Chiswick. An update, despite a reply from the owner with a promise to make things better, this was a lie! I emailed them as requested and they have never even responded. Horrendous customer service! 👎

The food is very amazing, the people there are very good nature and give very fantastic service. I am back every week to enjoy and all my friends and family really like it as well. I strongly recommend others to come to pho in Chiswick.

The food is sooo good, flavours on point but the space is a bit cramped and service is not very personal like how you expect an Asian place to be. Its somewhat like a ho chi min city side walk experience, without the noise of the traffic.

Basically it’s a deliveroo hub and that’s how they treat you. Avoid. No service at all then 2 minutes after ordering they bring the drinks and the starters and the mains and dump them in the table like a deliveroo order and the whole place is jammed with deliveroo drivers at the end of the table looking menacing. Totally unpleasant. We felt like we were mugged. Quickest dinner in history. Out in 30 minutes and WILL NOT BE RETURNING. If I did want to eat your food Aggi I would order deliveroo that is clearly the only priority.

Really poor. Like being in a deliveroo sub station. No service for 10 mins then order then DRINKS and starters AND mains all brought within 5 mins at the same time and when I complained was told CHEFS ARE BUSY. Had to eat with a deliveroo man at the end of the table. Awful. Horrible. Our within 30 minutes

been here twice and wouldnt call this Vietnamese food. Ordered Vietnamese Milk Coffee both times and they were terrible, almost no coffee taste in them. First time it was fried noodle with beef and yea, not even close. Second time, it was chiken fried rice so salty and too hot. I'd called this Chinese fried rice.

Favourite ramen at all times! Love this spot, food is amazing and always lovely service. Rosie and Muus were absolute legends! Highly recommend to try it out!

Worst restaurant… rude staff. Sat outside after asking if it was okay. No one came for 20 minutes until we flagged someone down. The manager then came out and aggressively threw down menus at us and made a rude comment about us not introducing ourselves. He made us so uncomfortable and refused to tell us his name. We are never coming back and left upset.

When you need a clean herb infused meal, here it is....but go for the chilli and garlic to add the oomph...eat well...it's good.

The eggrolls were perfectly wrapped in rice paper and so yummy! The noodles with broiled fish, fresh dill, red pepper, and peanuts were special. Friendly staff and great seevics. I highly recommend it!

We popped in for lunch on a rainy Sunday. The food was very good. I'm watching what I eat so had the mushroom and tofu ramen. It was great. Update, I visited again this week. I had the spicy salad rolls and the vegetable and tofu rice bowl with cauliflower rice - soooo delicious. I highly recommend for veggies and vegans and those on a calorie controlled diet. Update, on my third visit it was such a disappointment!! We waited ages to order. Five minutes after ordering I was told my dish was out of stock. I'd already had to change my order once because the spicy salad rolls were out of stock too. Anyway, I quickly chose something else. Our starters came. Then my main. No sign of my partners. We asked, and told it was coming. Time ticked on. I'd finished mine and we'd asked another two times about my partners - on our third time asking we told the server we would be going soon as we had plans. It was now 7:20 and we'd been there for almost an hour. The chicken curry appeared and we said we didn't want it as we were leaving. The manager said he would take it off the bill (literally the least they could do) when the bill came, my original order and the replacement dish was on it! So we were about to be overcharged. The manager had to manually make an adjustment which again took a while. It was shambolic and the service really slow. I definitely won't be back.
