By far one of the best food halls in the country!!! If not the best in the country. A huge huge selection of all far east Asian restaurants including Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese etc. Portions are massive! I did warn you! Prices are not that cheap but this is reflected in portion size. Fore example sweet and sour chicken is approx 12.9 but the taste is the real winner! The food does not taste like any other local takeaway. The concept is amazing and is my go to for Asian food!

Great food, most vendor's have allergy lists on their wall so you see if there's something you can't eat, you get a buzzer so you know when to collect your food and it's served very quickly. There is people clearing and cleaning tables so you know the place is clean. If you go there when it's very busy you'll have to wait for a table.

I used to be a regular visitor to the food hall when it was called Oriental City and decided to re-visit finally. We loved it my family want to go back. Service was good most of the food was good some things were very overpriced whereas most things were on par with a takeaway delivery. The beauty of the food hall is that you can return the food if not up to par but everything was delicious. My favourite was the Chinese BBQ and the Korean food was delicious (seafood pancake and some kimchi) I didn't get to try all the stands but want to visit the Filipino, Indonesian and Singaporean stands next time. Sadly I miss the Satay BBQ and Kings Malaysian food of the old food hall but maybe something will appear eventually. All in all I would say this is brilliant and I am so glad it's back in it's current form and it's not the Homebase with flats on top that was going to replace the old Oriental City someone showed some sense and built this special place that is a must see in North London.

Full Review: Available @davidtriesitall on all social medias Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall is the perfect place to get all your asian fix under one roof. They have spacious seatings and a lot of specialty vendors representing an array of asian cuisines. There are over 24 vendors selling different asian cuisines including Korean, Thai, Balinese, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian and many more. Honestly you are spoilt for choice! When we were there, we had the following Royal China Dimsums The three meat plate (duck, char siu, cripsy pork belly) from Four Seasons Fried Chicken Noodles Sushi Mango Crepe Cakes Churros Everything was just superb. The flavours were there and the fact that you can try so many dishes from different countries under one roof is just mind blowing to me. Kinda wished there would be more mango on that crepe cake though lol apart from that, I definitely enjoyed my visit there. Big place with lots of outlets selling various dishes but most are similar to one another. Portions are huge so really you can only go for one or a couple of things, people like it here more than me I see and I’m a huge Asian food fan? I think there are better options elsewhere making this not worth travelling to for me. I wanted to love it but I’m afraid I won’t return. I’ve heard they used to be better here specialising in smaller menus and smaller portions done well but all opted for quantity over quality. Better off visiting the restaurant downstairs or elsewhere as there are so many fabulous Asian restaurants out there

We were spoiled for choice. Definitely a good experience. We had dahi puri from the Indian street food stall (best thing we had). We had a veggie bun from the dumplings and buns place, the meat options might be better. We got a honey and bbq fried chicken from the Hakka place - it tasted okay and was a huge portion. We got the tiger hill milk tea classic - we thought the tea was too strong and it needed a bit more sugar- so maybe try something different.

Good selection of (mostly) South East Asian restaurants. Chinese Malaysian, Filipino, Korean to name a few. Gluten free people see below! Thai Silk makes an authentic Tom Yum Soup. Try their Larp Chicken. Wrap spicy minced chicken in crisp lettuce for an alternative to summer/spring role - well tasty. Their pad Thai is gf and yummy too. Four Seasons does a cracking crispy pork & duck with rice (not sure if gf) and a delicious broccoli dish.

Because I was going to watch an England football match at Wembley Stadium, I needed to find a place to eat nearby. After seeing this food hall on the map, I came here without hesitation. Colindale seems to be an area populated by Asians. I saw many Asian shops on the way to the food hall. The restaurants in the food hall also serve Asian cuisine. I tried the roasted pork&duck rice at the Four Seasons Restaurant. It tasted very authentic, just like the roasted pork&duck you can eat in Hong Kong. In addition, I also tried the brown sugar milk from Tiger Hill. Although tiger hill is obviously a knock-off of the famous bubble tea brand tiger sugar, the two are identical in taste. Even so, I still think that counterfeiting other brands is not something worth promoting. Overall, this food hall is very good, with a variety of food choices, delicious taste, and not expensive. It is worth coming again.

I’ve been to Bang Bang’s for years now and it’s safe to say it’s one of the best spots for vibes and food. A spacious yet super busy food court with a plethora of options, but having been Malaysia and throughly loved the food, there’s only one spot I come to visit without fail. Now you’ll hate me for forgetting the name, but they’re the only Malaysian spot there and they’re on the right near the entrance (forgive me). The food is banging every single time. The flavours are on point, it’s seasoned well and you can even request extra spicy because you’re desi and flexing. And the portions are super generous. The staff are kind and friendly, and you save 10% if you’re paying cash. A win is a win. 10/10 every single time.

Serving overpriced & often tasteless dishes where the staff don't wash their hands after visiting the urinals which is an unhygienic & dangerous practice in these times when infectious diseases are being spread. & how long are the ingredients kept in the freezer before being cooked 🍳 & served or is it the air blowing around above the head that affects the taste of what one is eating? 13.4.22 Ridiculous that customers are allowed to smoke & vape in this so called eating establishment where staff are seen to fall ill requiring ambulance's to be called! 9.7.22 Tasty(? - see below) food served by friendly stall owners. 31.8.22 Some of the vendors are not serving fresh food which has been lying in the freezer for sometime nor cooking them properly afterwards for serving which is then tasteless! 21.12.22 Often tasteless & overpriced food is being served in some of the outlets at this venue! However, table & floor cleaning including baby chairs needs to be dealt with promptly as this is being neglected by staff whose attitude when asked to clean up is not helpful. Still good though, especially if you add soy sauce and chilli oil. My friend had such in blackbean sauce from the Very Duck stall, and enjoyed it very much. My Brown sugar cream foam boba milk tea from Tiger Hill was a really tasty drink but it was let down by the quality of the boba. Boba pearls are meant to be chewy and toothsome, but these were way too soft and overcooked and sort of just melted away, which was disappointing, given that the brown sugar cream foam milk tea was really tasty. Great atmosphere Asian food court, with Chinese , Malaysian, Singaporean and other asian cuisine. Chinese new year a particularly busy time with an organised Lion Dance. Cuisine needs to be competitive on taste or food stalls lose customers very quickly. Get a table first and the order your food and then wait in anticipation of the buzzer, letting you know when it's ready. One minor downside is that in busy periods and with larger groups, tables can be difficult to get. Prices and portion sizes can vary quite a bit. Try Coconut Tree, One68, Hakkah.

So firstly this place won't disappoint, I mean if you have something you wasn't that into there's loads of alternatives. There's so much option, the seating is basic but totally adequate. There's a nice vibe and reminiscent of Chinese street food. Loads of options, tonnes of choice. Fast, tasty, I really can't recommend this place enough. The only negative is that you can't sample everything in one visit, not even in two or three.....

Great food selection with an authentic feel. If you line Asian food, this is the place to go! We got there about 1pm on Sunday and it was very busy, took 15 mins to find a seat so be prepared to hustle.
