Absolutely delicious food. Great menu choice. Staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Only issue for me was it was quite loud in there for someone with sensory issues. Fabulous mocktails on the 2 for 1 deal. Toilets were unfortunately downstairs so aren't accessible but the restaurant is fully accessible. Will definitely consider coming back for more food and mocktails if we visit the o2 again.

Only discovered banana tree recently and returned for the food which is absolutely delicious, but our server Camille was utterly delightful, 10 out of 10

Currently sitting in the outside dining area here. Arrived around 4:30pm. It was reasonably quiet. We had a lovely meal, cannot fault that, however, since then we have waited an exceptionally long time for coffee, which arrived cold. The place is filling up and the staff cannot cope. We have waited 45 minutess and are still waiting for dessert. It is 6:30pm. It has now spoiled what had started out as a lovely evening as it's killing the mood. I cannot recommended this place unless it's empty. Not the waiting staffs fault, they are run off their feet. Although our waitress clearly has forgotten about us.

Great series from our waiter Alex but everyone here was so friendly, lovely terrace to people watch while you wait for your gig to start. We were lucky for some sunshine. Food was good and drinks and food came quickly. Will come again

Delicious chicken mango and lime curry and the best service I've had anywhere for a while. I would absolutely recommend to everyone. Plus happy hour cocktails are always a winner!

Service was good despite being busy because of an O2 event. However, the food was terrible. Greasy and flavourless. Fairly sure they didn't even use the right noodles in the pad thai.

Good spot for a catch up with friends for a cheeky drink and yummy nasi goreng. It's great to finally have a branch close to home! Great service also.

Came here for a spur of the moment dinner as a couple, and all we can say is we’re so glad we did, the manager I believe who’s name is Jo, her personality and service cannot be matched, attentive enough to be appreciated without being and interfering staff,

Friendly staff and welcoming. Jo was short staffed and still managed to serve everyone competently and accuratly. Will def be returning back. The drinks were awesome.

Lovely atmosphere, made all the better by the excellent, friendly, accommodating serving staff. Especially Alex who made the arrival of the bill a very pleasant one with his lovely singing!

We booked a table months in advance as we knew that the O2 was going to be busy, when we arrived, I was told to shut the door as it was cold, completely understandable as there was a chilly wind but there was no space to close the door as the staff member was holding it open. We told the staff we had booked so for taken to a booth table, they sat the 3 of us no hassle asked if we had eaten in the restaurant before, we replied no. The waitress said well you can only order the 2-1 cocktails of the same cocktail, fair enough. Within seconds she was back asking if we wanted to order anything, we ordered drinks that were brought to the table. We were than asked to move tables, as they could fit 6 people in the booth, not a problem so we said yes. We were placed on a table by the door and it was freezing. We ordered the food, it was ok a good choice for vegetarians. We had all ordered starters but they didn’t arrive, when I asked the server looked panicked, didn’t say anything just gave us our main course. The starters arrived while we were halfway thought the mains. As I said the food was ok, I would say the temperature was tepid, and my katsu sauce was congealed. The chilli dipping sauce was not at all spicy and looked watered down. My husband had a seafood curry and had 4 tiny prawns and no other seafood in it. All in all a very disappointing meal. And to top it of in the hour and half we were there the 3 booths that they were saving for larger groups were empty, even though we had been moved and there were people waiting to be seated!!!!

Ideal for 02 show, nice choice of things to eat, decided to try the laksa very tasty followed by the balinese rice which was nice. Will definitely eat at banana tree again. Waitress Csmille was very helpful and friendly

I have to say we visited for bottomless brunch and joyful Joe was amazing, the food was outstanding and service was outstanding !! Highly recommended!!

We came for lunch and the food and service was great. Jo stood out for her friendly and attentive service. It was busy but we didn’t feel rushed.

We were hoping to drop by for a quick lunch whilst at the O2, boy, was it a waste of time. Their menu by the door shows a weekday/non-holiday express lunch menu, exactly what we wanted as we were not looking for a slow three...

Food was great however the highlight of our visit was the outstanding service. Jo served us and made my daughter and my evening truly memorable. Efficient and very friendly. Looking forward to seeing you again in Jan!

Happy hour… double priced drinks for two drinks.. makes it normal prices. However, it was mostly ice and my Long Island was more Coke and sour mix than I’ve ever had before. Worst mix drinks ever. Food was good though.

Terrible service! Slow and staff have no idea what’s going on. Random food and drinks arriving at the wrong tables, missing items from order arriving late. Staff not at all attentive or just plain ignore customers. Not worth the rather high price for mediocre food.
