We often go here for works nights out. Different foods for different tastes. Popped in last night before a concert at the arena. I had burger and crinkly fries from Richies. Enjoyed the burger. Would prefer proper fries. Friends got food from Spice thai and had no issues Easy to order from app. Can get a bit chilly if sitting near door

Good place to go if you want a variety of different food. However it’s not cheap and some of the prices are ridiculous. 4.50 for a pint of watered down Pepsi is abit of a piss take 😂. Food is nice and atmosphere is friendly. It’s one of them places that’s handy to go to if you haven’t booked anywhere or need a quick bite to eat.

After reviewing Richies' menu online, I was so excited to try the burgers and chicken nuggets. Online they looked amazing and delicious. What we have got was horrible. The nuggets and chips were way over cooked. The chips were too salty and the burger didn't taste nice. Very disappointed 😞 😔 food wise. We also tried the Bubble Waffle from the Midnight Delivery it was okay. And a lotus biscoff donut which was nice. In general the market was great and there was live music too!

myself and my wife were in liverpool for 3 days 29/30/31 july. we decided to visit the baltic market after watching the paddy pimblett and molly mccann series on bbc. we chose to eat at Polpetta and can safely say its the best Italian style food we have both eaten apart from when we have been to italy. the food was outstanding, the service was brilliant but most of all the concept of the whole area is perfect and could work so well in a few other towns, namely derby or nottingham where we are from. thank you for such a great experience, we will definitely be returning when we come back to liverpool in october.

I’ve not been here for ages as I thought the prices were getting ridiculous, it’s cheaper to go to a nice sit down restaurant for food and drinks than to have them here. Decided to come for the England game (it was either here or Box Park) to try it out again. We bought four rounds of drinks and every single round the price was different (up to over £10 difference), so you’re either changing your prices by the hour or your bar staff are charging what they want. Either way you are ripping people off. The cheapest round it was £11 for a single spirit and mixer! Tried to order food at half time and all the vendors had closed, surely this would be a busy time for them to make money? The other group at the table with us said the same thing about the drink prices and they left at half time as they were so annoyed! I’ve always been one for supporting local businesses and I’ve been a big advocate of Baltic Market since it opened but I cannot recommend here anymore. Every time I’ve been here in the last year or so I just leave feeling as if I have been ripped off. Avoid here unless you like being overcharged and ripped off. I can see from other reviews on here and Google others are complaining about the rip off prices so congrats for spoiling your customer base due to greed.

Polpetta Lasagne nice but pricey for what you get. Loaded burritos and nachos lunch deal, nice and very filling. Drinks absolutely extortionate over £6 for a pint of average lager, pi££ off.

Well, if you are in Liverpool, do this!! There may be some food there you don't want, but my goodness, it is a relaxed indoors street food extravaganza! And on a Saturday late morning/early afternoon in June, it presented great people watching: families, friends, groups, couples like us, etc. etc. Liverpool is a great city. And this place seems like real Liverpudlian warmth. Just go.

Very disappointed. Cheap greasy fast food (well supposed to be fast) eaten on dirty sticky tables at restaurant prices. Burger and chips and a chicken burger a beer and a coke was £40! Burger and chips was eaten before the chicken arrived. Ormskirk food market do it right and this place is trading on a name. Don’t bother going.

Awesome place for food and drinks especially when you want to try a bit of everything. I had an Alfredo chicken from Polpetta (divine), we also had some duck dumplings from Street Thai (delish) and Halloumi fries from Hafla Hafla (get the honey dressing!) You can order from the bench seats via QR code and the food/drink arrives as soon as it is ready. There is indoor and outdoor seating and whilst we didn’t take our dog but there were a few puppers around if you want to take your fur baby.

Absolutely shocking La Bistrotecca serving anyone this fish and chips but as I was with people i did not want to be the one complaining. It was burnt! tasted burnt! and was thrown down in front of me and then he ran away.......no wonder!! The chips were homemade but they tasted of the old chip fat and there was very few, Lemon was inside the tartare sauce which was no good and was the tiniest piece, the fat in the fryer clearly needed changed and tasted awful. What a rip off!! Now to Nashville Cluck who took over 40 minutes to deliver to us and the chicken was just awful, thick, chewy, over spiced and dripping in fat with burnt toast..........vile!!

You know a venue is badly managed when the manager can just ‘decide’ when they want to close despite what’s on the website for opening times! How unprofessional. I can now see from another review that this is clearly a regular occurrence. We travelled over an hour last night to come for food - not that anyone cared. Having seen on the website under FAQ & opening hours it clearly stated 5-22 so you would presume last orders maybe 15-30mins before, no not the case at all how about 1.5 hours before! No phone number to contact them and couldn’t find anywhere to book on the website so we just turned up as my friend wanted to come for her birthday around 8pm thinking we would have a good amount of time to order and eat. How wrong could we be! No greeting whatsoever, staff just all stood around chatting not bothered about the customers walking in at all. Found a sticky table with not much cutlery or any napkins. Candles on the tables but non lit (this already set the tone to be honest). We got drinks from the bar around 8pm to avoid the extra processing fees they charge on the app (each time you order) we then looked through the app for food, adding things we wanted to our basket as we weren’t sure if you could order from the vendors themselves (which I now know we could have done). Then around 830pm the app went off with no explanation (I use the peazi app at my work but had never seen it do that before - ours would come up saying closed after closing time so I kind of knew it had been switched off early but didn’t want to believe it). When we asked someone they said - we’re closed now - this was the same person coming to tell us the slush we ordered couldn’t be done either as the machine was clearly turned off. We were flabbergasted as were the people around us that with no warning we now couldn’t order any food. We went asking vendors what was happening and they basically told us when the manager decides we should close (if it’s quiet or they have low staffing apparently) we stop serving - however it should be 9pm so he’s obviously decided to close early tonight they said and so we can’t serve you. All were then seen to be just stood around waiting until 9pm anyway to start to clean and go home so why couldn’t we order anything? All vendors seemed confused as to what was happening and some didn’t know what to say. We then went to the bar around 9pm and they said it’s last orders - again no warning. Shortly after all the lights started coming on and staff that had never been seen started appearing from the back to glass collect etc. It was embarrassing, like a club after the closing time chucking people out - very badly run. When asked to speak to the manager we were told - he won’t come down whatever that means? And apparently it wouldn’t have made a difference as he decides when to close so there ‘wouldn’t be much point in speaking to him’ the vendors clearly don’t agree with it. We were treated like this place doesn’t need or want any customers. The owners should know that the manager here is running it into the ground! Vendors beware - management seem to control when you can or can’t trade so this doesn’t seem like a good place to be! This would never happen in similar venues in manchester. Never again, false advertising, wasted trip and ruined birthday.

Went there to have dinner on sunday night....or, at least, tried to do so. On both Google and its website it states they are open on sundays from 11 to 22:00. We know that restaurants & shops close earlier on sundays, so we went there around 19:40 last night (sunday the 25º). Apart from that, we're not that kind of people that turn up at a restaurant at the very last minute hence why we wanted to allow plenty of time over there for dinner before they started closing. We ordered our drinks around 19:45, then started to have a look at the stalls...and it turned out all of them were already closing??!! Honestly, we couldn't believe that because it felt so wrong at so many levels. Apart from that, by that time you could tell the guys who were collecting glasses around were already looking forward to seeing us departing so that they could go home... On top of that, when ordering a drink over the counter my partner got charged one more pound that expected. Was it because of the excellent, brilliant customer service provided? Was it because we dared to turn up at the counter instead of ordering by the phone? Or was it because they just wanted to finish their shifts, even though it was supposed to be opened till 23 00 PM?? Honestly, just awful.

Myself and my daughter landed in the Baltic market on Thursday at 16.45 after travelling from Anglesey, we were looking forward to having some food before going to watch Rick Astley at the M&S Arena later in the evening. We entered the Baltic Market as the door was open, we walked round the food stalls, a member of staff from one of the stalls explained they weren’t open until 5. We were happy to wait 15 minutes . Daughter sat down, I went to use the toilet and was hoping to buy a drink whilst waiting for the food stalls to open. As I was walked towards the toilet a young man that was working behind the bar rudely shouted out we’re not open yet, I asked if it was okay to use the bathroom he said ‘well you shouldn’t really.’ He was muttering under his breath. I carried on to the toilet. When I returned to the table, my daughter had been asked to leave, she was standing outside. We decided not to wait until they opened, there are plenty of other lovely eateries in Liverpool with great customer service to offer.

Here for a late lunch with a friend after hours of dog walking along the river. It's a very dog friendly place. Been numerous times before, and will no doubt be back again. Same great vibe, choice of food, and beers. On this occasion I went to the Spice Thai stall, and ordered the Mega Box. A great combo of dressed fries with crispy belly pork, chicken satay, prawn tempura, spring rolls, deep fried gyoza, along with 3 sauces. Hoisin, & hot and sweet chilli. I also ordered an additional satay sauce. And to drink, a pint of the Dortmunder lager. All the food was really tasty, and a good time was had by all. I'd happily recommend the Baltic Market to anyone.

Visited the baltic market for some food and drinks with my friends, due to apparently ordering for delivery on the Uber eats app even though there was a table number on the order I was charged for delivery. When the drinks didn’t arrive for the first 20 minutes I asked a member of staff who clarified that it was due to the delivery mistake that my order hadn’t arrived and that they would make it for me then another 20 minutes later I asked someone about my drinks and they didn’t know what was going on and said they would make them and bring them out, another 20 minutes later I asked if there was any way I could be refunded for the delivery charge since I didn’t get the drink delivered and had already waited about 45 minutes at this point, he said he would double up my drinks for us as they can’t offer a refund, then didn’t get my drinks for a while later so asked someone else who didn’t know what was going on then a young blonde woman came out and had an attitude with us basically saying it was my fault about the delivery etc, I asked if they could please make my drink as well as my friends who also had a similar issue where they didn’t get the table number, we were by no means rude but she had a bad attitude towards us from the get go saying “ Is it you who have a problem with the drinks because you ordered delivery” and I explained that I had spoken to four other people who said they would sort it for us and even double up me drink and she said “who said that” and was just very rude. Then another member of staff came out and told us that we said to the woman to apparently “go make our f***ing drinks” which was never said and a complete lie, so I was obviously frustrated that someone has made that up ! The man was quite understanding and said he would get our drinks made for us however that I couldn’t get another one for the inconvenience or a stronger drink as I had been promised by a different member of staff, I eventually received my drink an hour and 10 minutes later. Not very impressed at all with the way this was handled and how bad e communication between the staff has been as they were unable to sort out the error that was pointed out 15 mins after ordering.

Visiting Cains Brewery Village to have an afternoon here going to the great pubs, bars and restaurants in this eclectic former brewery complex we attempted to get into Baltic Market ,unfortunately the queues to get in looked to much of a wait so we went to Dock Leaf opposite but what was great to see with Baltic Market was the way the staff delt with the queues , made sure everyone was socially distanced and that they track and traced, no exceptions ,everyone we observed was made to adhere to government guidelines, so I must say congratulations to the staff for running such a covid safe establishment and when I visit Cains Brewery Village and Baltic Market I will go midweek when queues will not be as long. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the Cains Brewery Village.

Building and interior is very cool, and makes for a great setting but unfortunately we found the food pretty average. Obviously didn't sample every option but the Thai food was pretty disappointing, could buy better from M&S no joke. The sauce which came with the pork must have been 80% straight fish sauce with some token chili, red onion and corriander chucked in. Not authentic in any way. Korean bowl was nice but again didn't blow either of us away. Wouldn't rush back based on our first experience.

I’ve been looking at the prospect of going to Baltic Market for a while now, having spotted it over on Instagram – some really great looking street food and a casual dining concept that reminded me of similar places I’ve been to overseas. I was pleased to see that it had reopened, post-Covid, for outdoor dining.Heading up the queuing system in place worked pretty smoothly – a short queue and a wait of no more than 10 minutes for a space to eat was pretty good, considering the weather was good. Food ordering was via Uber Eats, which I must say I was really impressed with – so many places have gone for their own clunky apps or websites and the Uber interface is so much more polished than that and just works – first time I’ve ever used the ‘dine-in’ option on there and all very straightforward. Shame you can’t order from multiple traders in the Market on one order, but I can only imagine how complicated that would be to sort out, so can see why they don’t do it!Decided to order a Pizza and sides from Little Furnace, which arrived really quickly and looking gorgeous – the pizza itself was really fresh and the garlic bread with cheese was one of the best I’ve had in ages. The start of the show though had to be the cheesy doughballs with the garlic aioli that I added as an afterthought – so good, I could have sat and eaten those all day. Drinks came courtesy of the Market Bar – a couple of pints of beer – good and quick service. Really good overall experience. In fact, I found this place so nice that I came back with my partner a few days later to try again – again, very little queuing and seated quickly – this time I ordered from Haifla Haifla, the Middle-eastern street food place. A lovely halloumi and lamb burger with halloumi fries on the side – really fresh tasting and flavourful – the halloumi fries in particular were really gorgeous.I’ll definitely come back here I the future to try the other traders, as I could see some fantastic food coming out to others that I really wanted to try myself – the Korean chicken looked particularly lush! Not sure what this will be like when you have to queue up and order your food from the concessions – I understand that the usual method but I really like the table service approach – that remains to be seen.Looking forward to it though!

It was advertised as covid secure and the staff did as much as they could to keep everyone distant but people in the queue just did what they wanted anyway, the staff cleaned the tables all the time and they were obviously so busy. It's such a shame you can't book as it would be a far more civilized experience and we'd be back in a heartbeat as the Greek food was absolutely delicious.

First of all, we tried as much food as we could, and it didn't disappoint (for the most part). The food from Little Korea was excellent. The dumplings were a hit, and the sharing box was out of this world (the sauce was incredible). The gyros from Christakis was a delight, and they even managed to make the fries taste Greek. The salt n pepa burger from Pattersons was a little bit of a letdown however. The fried chicken was fairly bland despite its famous claims, however the Katsu type sauce on it was very good, and the bun was nice, which managed to make it a decent enough eat. They could improve the drink selection (let's see a nice selection of IPAS!). Prices are on the high side, but we're already looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the places on offer. Their COVID measures were pretty good. Being able to sit at your table and order from the app was much better than having to queue at each spot when you want something. Service was quick. The app did have Wolverhampton on it for some reason, despite being location based, which caused a few problems when one of our friends ordered from the wrong bit, but otherwise was easy enough to use. Sometimes we had to pay on the app, sometimes not, which is perhaps something that could be streamlined.

I have to give special mention to Si Au (manager) as he could not do enough for us to accommodate from my first contact to validate the voucher to then rearranging numerous times, lastly being due to falling pregnant! Anyhow we eventually visited at the weekend and still had a great night even though everything is different due to Covid-19 measures in place. We were advised to go by our friends and we attended on the last day of our trip, big mistake - we wish we had gone sooner. . . The market was fantastic. Although we didn’t have anything to eat the cocktails and variety was fantastic. As it was during the Covid-19 pandemic we were advised to order food on the app provided. It was so easy and to be honest so much quicker and more efficient than if it had been on normal terms. It was moderately priced and had a great atmosphere full of couples, groups of friends and families. So much to choose from. As we had already eaten beforehand we didn’t have food which was a bit of a regret but if we were visiting Liverpool again we would 100% return.

I received a wrong order but couldn’t go up due to covid measures so managed to pull a staff member over to the table. This person said “what is the problem?” and I stated that my order was wrong. He then went to say sarcastically “are you ok?” and my friend said “yes are you?” and he said “you seem agitated” in a very rude manner. Me and my friends were very shocked at the back chat from this person and how rude and cocky he was. There was no friendly manner in how to move forward with this wrong order. The app you use when ordering is absolute shambles. It is not effective, when you put a note down as I did, it does not come up on the other end hence ending up with the wrong order. It was a very hard experience as you felt like harassing the staff when they walked past to ask questions due to the limited information on the app. All I can say is the food is amazing and the atmosphere. This guy should not be working there, I was speechless he could talk to anyone in that manner let alone work there.

Really great spot, lots of different world foods from micro independent sellers. We attended as a family of four 2 adults 2 teens and we each tried something different from different sellers. All COVID restrictions were observed and we felt safe and enjoyed the music and atmosphere.

Before our beautiful country was closed down due the coronavirus visited upon us my twin brother Stephen and I had a day out in Liverpool visiting some of the great pubs and bars our city has to offer and a trip to Cains Brewery Village was a must go destination, so many pubs, bars and restaurants to chose from and a visit to Baltic Market was at the top of list.I love the look of this place ,the interior is awesome, a converted brewery building, exposed brickwork, great decor and furnishings, lots if eating and drinking options and plenty of seating options spread throughout this venue both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Cains Brewery Village area.We were here on a Saturday afternoon, this place was very busy, we enjoyed some great craft beers in here ,it was so good enjoying a quality brew in such a popular and vibrant destination, we also had a pizza each in here which was just superb ,service was spot on ,staff really nice ,its hardly surprising it's such a popular venue with the food and drink on offer and the great staff .We really enjoyed our beers and pizza in here before we moved on to Black Pearl,Tank Room and Peaky Blinders in the Cains Brewery Village. Easy to locate along Stanhope Street, in the Cains Brewery Village in the Baltic Triangle District, most definitely well worth checking out if your in the area or planning a trip to Liverpool.

A lovely place in the Baltic Triangle where there are lots of different food stalls. The atmosphere was lovely with a DJ. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy so some places had a wait of 40 minutes but there were plenty of other options. The loaded fries, pizza and curry are amazing!

Came here just for food. Decided on a bao with some Chips. Well if a one inch piece of chicken with a bit of salad is a bao at £5 I am lost. Inflatedly overpriced as were the garlic salt chips at £3.50. I like this type of place and pop ups generally but for once, we in the North need to demand some value. Far better value in places like Borough Market in London. This, I am afraid was a rip off.

After reading about this place online, I couldn’t wait to visit, and we weren’t disappointed. We called one Sunday afternoon and there was a great vibe - it was bustling with families, couples and dogs and there was live music too. There’s a wide range of food, it all looked great but we finally decided on bao buns and garlic salt fries. They were delicious! I’d also recommend the cream egg cookie dough from Midnight Delivery.

Went here for a few hours on a Saturday afternoon, decent food options and drinks. Loved the fried chicken stall and the bubble waffles. It’s not a cheap venue but it’s definitely worth a visit as is the wider Baltic Triangle and the converted brewery. Plenty there to keep you busy for a few hours.

Out on a friday night for food & drinks after work - 20 or so of us, aged 21 - 57. Great place, soon got seating even though it was busy as people come and go. Great choice of food & not expensive - Korean Chicken especially was yummy! Something for everyone here. Only issue was the music which was so loud we could barely shout above ir or be heard - even the 20 somethings complained!!

Visited the Baltic Market for a friends birthday having eaten here before thinking there would be Gluten Free provisions. I was surprised to find no GF food available even after asking vendors individually. What irritated me was that the only vendor advertising GF - Hafla Hafla actually could not say their GF items were actually free from gluten as they were fried in the same oil as other wheat containing items. Which worries me as I have eaten their food previously. This has upset/annoyed me at other venues as they should not really be advertising food as GF unless it has less than 20ppm of gluten. They should be stating it is NGCI (non gluten containing ingredients) as the cooking process actually means it is not lawfully GF.

Met up with a large group of friends here and although it's noisy and difficult to chat it's great that everyone can choose their own food and drink and wander around the big table to mingle. Lots of choice of food. Great casual atmosphere in a funky warehouse setting. No live music when we visited but it would be a great setting for it.

It started out with some quite nice niche eateries, but this recent trip offered stalls selling vegan kebab meat on chips, chips with salsa and pizza. Standard fare, but at twice the price. Crowded and difficult to find a seat. Noisy, hen party vibe. Better off nowadays in town e.g. at Duke Street eateries -better quality, food served to your table at the same price.

We came here on Sunday after a long drive, we had great expectations for this place after seeing it online. However, the cold, stark reality was of a bad day in Skegness. Bars blaring out music at full blast, younger drunken people and screaming children. The place was packed, great for business I guess, but I wonder what happened to the bohemian quality that we expected? It's one saving grace was the little hidden indoor market, with traders selling their own stuff.

Enjoyable lunch with friends, I come here every couple of months. They have a nice selection of vendors that change out fairly frequently, so there is usually something for most people. Portion sizes vs price might be a bit disappointing for some, you might want to go to a proper restaurant/eatery. After lunch, we usually get a froyo to go.

This place was somewhere we were dying to try. We probably chose the busiest evening to visit - Saturday! It was a bit overwhelming when we first walked in, loud, crowded, but we found some seats and surveyed the many and varied food options on offer, really something for every taste. Because we all ordered food from different outlets, meals were ready at different times. I drew the short straw when my disc failed to flash after half an hours wait, but on checking with the outlet a mistake had been made and my food was quickly made ready. Very tasty! A Greek pitta gyros. After a while, you got used to the volume of noise and the experience was great fun. Would love to try it again on our next visit to Liverpool, maybe choose a quieter time though .

I’m not one to complain about service in pubs or restaurants...but came to see a local band tonight here and astonished and upset at the attitude of bar staff. To be fair the smaller gin bar was fine and the staff were friendly, but the main bar were inept. I feel it’s a shame, as this has potential to be a great bar. I won’t waste my time again coming here, which is such a shame and disappointing.

I went to Baltic Market for the first time with my husband. There’s loads of seating and plenty of choice in food and drink. We ordered from 3 different places at different times. Each time you order, you get a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready so you can just sit and relax and enjoy a drink while you wait. The food is freshly cooked and just delicious. We really enjoyed the Chicken Gyro. I would highly recommend to anyone. We’re going to go back as a family as there is something we would all enjoy.

Had a breakfast at 9am, the pastry was cold, asked the staff if they have anything hot and the response is we will have to wait for 20 minutes. The staff's attitude was cold and didn't really bother. She also seemed charged the pastry and coffee seperaly rather than charging the meal price.

We had to take the food and leave, although it was half an hour until closing. Only one type of bread, but I can understand that, due to near closing time. One of the girls trapped and lost a baguette she made for a customer (not me), and she yelled highly about she wanted to end this «fucking» job. I dont want to go back to this Subway.
