Great food, good portion size and really nice staff, well worth trying, have being using this place for years and never had a bad meal

Think I'll branch out and try a curry elsewhere. Way too much sauce on chicken madras, very soupy.

Ordered 2 takeaways from here last night and after a couple of mouth fulls they both went in the bin, awful wouldn’t recommend at all, chicken was hard and no taste whatsoever looked like the strips of frozen chicken you see in the supermarket.very disappointed.

Order food at 5.45 delivery driver got lost he finally delivered it at 8.15 after going back to the shop and I think had our food warmed up we only live by the Scotarms medical centre

Regular customer. Received extremely poor customer service, worker hung up the call on me whilst I try to explain incorrect order. Completely shocking!!

Please do not purchase from here. Ordered a few times and everyone in the family has been getting diarrhoea! Never again! Everytime we call chasing for an update on our order because they’re always late, the call last 5 seconds because they can’t speak to their paying customer as they’re too busy packing food? Unbelievable The driver will also call you to inform that the order will be delayed because of heavy traffic, and disconnect the call before I can even say a word! Yes, rude customer service, bad service and horrible food! Never again!

I have used Balti Spice so many times & the food is beautiful, I change what I eat every so often as I like variety & it really is all delicious. I love the Jai-puri chicken tikka, chicken shaslick, but tonight I had chicken balti, extra veg korma & egg fried rice with a peshwari, greedy but it lasts me 2 days. I recommend.

Favourite place to pop in for a takeaway on a Friday night. Food is always of a great standard at a reasonable price

Very disappointing in the meal provided, peswarni Nan was like crumbling, pineapple fritters was disgusting!! Meat balti was not the best....

We placed an order for delivery. Lamb tikka masala & chicken milayan. The meat was suculant & tender. Beautiful. Well enjoyed.

chicken balti ,chicken madras ,and meat biriani Plus pilau rice and nan bread 4 poppadoms (which where probably the best freshly cooked poppadoms I have ever tasted) The curries nan and rice where superb !

Have used this takeaway quite a few times and generally good however last nights poppadoms were stale. Must have been left overs from the previous day. will find elsewhere if this happens again.

Ordered a massive order for delivery tonight, was a bit worried something was going to go wrong with such a big order but Balti spice was amazing as always, delivered on time , hot, fresh, meat beautifully soft 👌absolutely beautiful 👏cannot fault these guys, everyone was happy, lots of leftovers 👍highly recommend!

Over two hours to wait for delivery. Rang to be told on their way, 20 minutes later rang again to be told still on their way. We’re a 2 minute drive so this was a lie. When food arrived half of the items missing! Won’t be ordering again

Food ordered through Uber eats. It arrived 45 mins late. Rice cold dry and stodgy. Tikka masala had 9 finger chillis in it and also cold. Nan bread was cold and tough

Not good really, two DIFFERENT currys but SAME sauce🤨 how could that go un noticed. Naan bread tuff and crunchy the grill was not great, very salty kebabs. Expected better after the price of the food, almost £10 per curry and £1.90 per nan, almost a tenna for the tandoori grill also. First time I went there I was impressed by the rice, but that wasnt consistent today unfortunately. Lots of room for improvement on this occasion sorry.

Now try it four times since 2007.changed chef's still no good.

Excellent takeaway meal, all order was delivered hot and very tasty. Meat was delicious and arrived very quick time from driver , will order again.

Ordered online, had to get in touch when the estimated delivery time was well overdue, only to be told they couldn't deliver my order and it's cancelled. Didn't even bother trying to contact me to inform me of this.

Balti b00bs was okay until I had the chicken which had hair in it I also ordered rice which had a dead fly in it I would never go there not for 10 billion pounds!😡😡

Absolutely love this take away. Food is always great, delivery comes quickly and food is always hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Yes they get busy, it's because they are fantastic Five stars.

Brilliant value for money, superb food and friendly staff with 5 star hygiene rating. Order early as they get busy very quickly.

Lovely curry but.... if you ask for butter naan you pay £2.50 instead of £1.90 and even I could go get a block of butter for 60p..... treat us right and we’ll be back more

Honestly the most amazing comfort food ever! Nothing quite like this place. Family run business, everyone is just so helpful! I have ordered plenty of times from this place and each time they deliver the most delicious food! I love their chicken tikka biryaani, dhaal and their tandoori wings. Highly recommend!

We use to use this place regular - however we had a bad experience on one of our orders . We have the place a break for a while however ordered again . My wife is a vegetarian and we ordered vegetable samosas ! They was so greasy and slimy, when she bit into them they was lamb samosas, when I called to raise this with them , they didn’t seem bothered . Where are your guidelines for stuff like this ! Surely these mistakes shouldn’t be happening ! Didn’t offer us a refund or anything and passed the phone to several people to talk too ! Unprofessional! WE WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN !

My family have been coming here for around 20 years and all of the indian takeaways we've been too this is by far the best. Including the fancy restaurants in Birmingam city centre, Liverpool and the black country

Excellent food & excellent customer service! Ordered from here on a few occasions and no complaints from me. Staff are lovely and friendly. When i ordered a delivery the driver didnt have my change as he thought i already paid so he returned with my change and a bottle of lemonade which i thought was lovely. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Had a Chicken Tikka Masala Madras Hot and a Chicken Tikka Balti, both absolutely gorgeous!!!! Best we have ever had from here, you guys were on fire last night. Best curry house in the area!

Good food, quick delivery. Shared the combination curry dish and each curry was a decent portion.

Had a really nice curry which I collected last night. Not cheap, which is fine if you get what you pay for, but sadly on this occasion I was left extremely disappointed. The tray that it comes in is not exactly large anyway, certainly nowhere near the old silver foil one's that you used to get. But the tray was only just over half filled! As I say nice curry, but the cut backs cannot be acceptable, nowhere near enough curry supplied in said container won't be going back. I should also point out, I'm not a big eater, so how on earth other people get on I don't know. The only other point I should mention is this is the only takeaway I know that NEVER has any people in there!!! Maybe now I know why?

Never had a problem before but tonight ordered vegetable samosas & got meat & ordered a chicken madras with no coriander to get a chicken balti with loads of coriander. Last time I will be ordering from here

Food was nice however they do not accept card payments in store. Need to get with the times. Also had to wait a bit longer then I would have liked. Again the food was nice though.

I cannot praise the efforts of Balti Spice. On one of the worst nights of the ‘beast from the east’ weather. They managed to delivery my order in horrendous driving conditions. Says a lot about the effort of customer service. WELL DONE and fab food.

Poor customer service. Would never recommend. I ordered food on a Saturday evening at 8.30pm. Told it would take 40 minutes. Gave them my address ... I live on Aldridge Rd!! Waited patiently for an hour! Then finally decided to call them at 10pm. Hungry i was. Yes that's right an hour and a half.. I call them at 10pm to ask where my food was and I was asked where i lived. Duly told them thy replied... "Where on Aldridge Rd", and the driver would deliver in five minutes. Dissatisfied and to try and give them the opportunity to right their wrong, asked for a discount... Was rudely told, no discount... And then "I told you it would take 1hr and 20minutes...." Baring in mind i called them at 10pm!!... I politely reminded them had i been told an hour and a half wait i'd have ordered elsewhere....has anyone ever experienced such a stupidly long wait?? Honestly... I asked politely if thy were to offer me a discount I'd consider it. Rudely told.. No, followed by, "if you don't want it then fine, i wont send the driver!!" To those who have a halal diet I would urge you to avoid this place. They offer halal chicken only. Yet when I asked for the mixed grill I'm not made aware this is not completely halal...
