Balti Queen in Birmingham

I was disappointed to hear balti queen had closed but the food quality taste and freshness is absolutely banging best curries around hands highly recommend kashmiri king karahi 💯

Food was great under new ownership new chef etc. Will try again definitely.

Food is spot on. Mix grill 😋. Currys and nan bread are nice. New staff are welcoming. Overall, great 5*. New owners taken over.

So i ordered a curry with no coriander on, the curry arrived with coriander on. I called them after already calling them as the food arrived late. They denied everything and just said about the small writing. Not good enough, wont be ordering from here again

Chicken not cooked. Kitchen is dirty. Staff are disgusting. Over priced. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Order was over an hour late. When it FINALLY arrived it was almost entirely cold, so had to be reheated. Tried calling the takeaway to find out where my order was & when i could expect it, person on the phone just kept saying it's on it's way. Driver was rude and practically threw my order at me. Will definitely NEVER be ordering from this place again!

Was not happy with the order the chicken tasted old and off, the naan was still raw, mint sauce went off and stank. Called the place and he said he’ll replace the food but at this point the food was soo bad I was put off eating anything from there. Just a bit of advice check the food before you deliver it.

Phoned restaurant as uber driver could not find my address and man was verry nasty he its not his problem I will have to phone uber keep away from this restaurant and was racist to words me

Poppadom was soft and stail. Shish kebab was rubbery and not fresh Disappointing meal waste of money

Ordered food 2 hours before requested delivery time and still 30 minutes late. Veg pakora tasty but almost cold and biryani skimpy on meat and a bit bland. Disappointed.

Cannot fault anything. Food was perfect. Delivery on time.

Great food, lovely people, very well priced

I have been using these on and off for about two years. However yesterday I had the delivery driver try and walk off without giving me my £2 change, which he said he assumed I would give him a tip. No delivery driver should expect a tip. The funny thing is I was going to give him £1 tip when he gave me my change but him expecting one trying to walk off stealing my change then put me off giving one. For the first time I found a white/grey hair in the food. So I threw it in the bin. No hair should ever be found in a customers food as it proves the staff aren't following or adhering to basic food hygiene rules such as covering their hair when handling food. I learnt that myself on a food and hygiene course it's basic standards. You can even report any business to environmental health if you find anything like a hair in your food because it's unacceptable and you should never find a hair in your food. It's put me off ever ordering from them again!

ABSOLUTELY appalling food. I ordered popadoms with salad as a starter. I got 1 stale popadom. Shocked to say the least

Food was normal just a korma but my complaint is the delivery driver I gave my mobile number twice and when he finally found me he was being extremely rude saying he been waiting 15 mins I double checked the number he had been calling and it wasn't the number I given on the sheet he realised HIS mistake then said I was "lucky" Asian guy in a 4x4 with a dirty attitude won't be ordering again to deal with that idiot rather order somewhere else

Disgusting food. Poor quality. Ordered shami kabab and received stale lamb kabab. Shashlik was also very bad. Not what i was expecting. Smelly dirty food.

Worst place u can ever order I ask for a dosa and they send me a parata and when I call they said than u can cook if u don't like it .very rude lady and my butterfly king prown I pays 3 £ for 1 small prawn and was very dry

Website clearly stated a discount, I get a phone call saying £5 extra or no food, then insult to injury they turn up at 4.30 when I booked 5

Would give no stars but it wont allow it , whole family came down with food poisoning , restaurant assured food was fresh , that fresh it was cooked and delivered it within 16 minutes , stay away and dont waste money

Would give it 0 stars if I could. We have eaten from here many times without a problem. Only last night my teenage children had a chicken chatt and ended up all night being sick. They didn't eat anything else the same yesterday so I know that's what caused the sickness.
