Always great service and great food

Tonight was my first order from this restaurant, solely based on the fact that they seem to have not jumped on the ridiculously overcharging bandwagon. I wasn't expecting much as it was such a reasonable price ( under £50 for 4 ) but it absolutely blew me away, the meat was cooked to perfection both the tandoori meat and the curry meat, the sauces were perfectly spiced and balanced, rice was excellent. I will be using balti hut from now on

Driver rang to say he had dripped the food off at the bar! Weatherspoons. I asked why when thats not the address. He told me sorry but he thought that was the right place. I am not paying for something thats been dropped at the wrong address

Tastiest Indian food around no faults

fabulous as usual, arrived piping hot and a good portion size as usual. our usual place for an Indian takeaway!

Wrong address on just eat I did ring about delivering it to the correct address but still managed to deliver it to wrong address and still not received goods

I ve rang restaurant they said tried rlto delivery no reply no anything. thing is I've no missed calls from restaurant and also have video recording from door bell. nobody came to my house with order. the restaurant seems totally disinterested. but I have video and telephone info totally disapproving that they tried to deliver. luckily I'm in position to sue both just eat and restaurant with proof of non delivery. good luck to both of you as I'm going to sue you got defemation etc.

tasted awful. naan was under cooked masalla tasted awful chicken very dry. parmo wasn't up to much either

Really good quality and food was hot. I had a few changes to the menu and they were happy to assist. Food was delivered bang on time.

Ordered a meal 16th July food not presentable came 10 mi s after ordering very quick complained got it replaced found 2 disgusting hairs on my meal won't order from there again rate of hygiene poor

The worst indian takeaway had to get order replaced sauce all over bag and when replacement came my 81 year old mother found two human hairs in prawn curry! Never ever order from here again in my life bloody disgusting

ordered for 6pm delivery and food arrived at 6.30 and slightly cold, side salad was rotten and just a bag of mush.

Arguably the best Indian I’ve ever had, not local with the area so very fortunate I picked a good takeaway. The chicken tikka balti was unbelievable- the meat was lovely and the spice was there but not too strong (perfect for me) the onion bhaji’s were the best I’ve ever had too, the garlic keema naan complimented the dish perfectly. Very happy customer

most of the meal was lovely, but the pizza was horrendous for the price. 1 small piece of chicken and 1or 2 piece of pineapple per slice. so 6 pieces of chicken and 6-12 pieces of pineapple, shocking.

the order was a Balt chicken tikka and a lamb buna there was no peppers or tomatoes and the curry was sweet and very watery no taste the worst currys we have had in a long time we have ordered for this place many times just don't know what has happened or they have changed there chef could not eat it the nans were good and the beef burger

Foods amazing as always and the fact yous remade the cheese burger after forgetting it was lovely and the apology for missing it was lovely but it’s something that happens ! In the end all was well ! Definitely will be ordering again

Been a customer for years before change of hands. Every other collection or delivery is incorrect, i say nothing. They insisted that there was chilli and salad in the order, i was looking at it plated up and it did not come with chilli or salad. He asked the chef twice who said he definitely included it. He did not. I am cutting my loses with Balti Hut and won’t return. It ruins your meal when you don’t get what you ordered.

This place has quickly become our new family favourite. The food consistently hits the spot, complemented by exceptional service. Their pizzas are unparalleled, while the loaded fries introduce a unique spicy twist. The stir-fried Donner offers a perfectly balanced flavour.

Food delivered quickly and piping hot. Driver found our address straight away which is unusual as maps normally send drivers to the wrong block of flats. The quality of the food was excellent, meat was nice tender and all the dishes were full of flavour. This will be my go to Indian takeaway from now on 😊

Chicken was very poor and didn't even taste like chicken, sauce was way too thick as well. Wouldn't buy again. Kebab tasted off. Everything was low quality.

Worst Indian meal ever! Sag aloo had a lot of black liquid in the carton, vegetable pilau rice was soggy/mushy, and the rogsn josh, if you can call it that, was two colours. Brown underneath & bright red on the top??? Looked like two different dishes mushed together. Keema naan was tasteless. Paid £20 for it to be binned & stat hungry. Please, do not waste your money at this establishment, you will regret it. Whoever the chef is (19-11-23) he needs retrained/ or let go of. YAK. Can we get a no-star review option too?

Worst meal ever bought. This place was great...but guessing under new management. Rogan josh was tomato sauce..no flavour..sag aloo was soggy as was rice...with lots of water in tubs. Even keema meat in naan undercooked. £20 wasted..never again.

I was really pleased with my order, never had Chicken Chat before and will certainly be ordering it again. The Biryani was tasty with plenty of meat. I will use this takeaway again without hesitation.

Madras was not hot as I'm spicy hot it was far to mild and not much meat in the keama nann

Called in for the banquet meal mix kebab poppadoms with onion salad and yoghurt dressing garlic lamb garlic rice bhindi bhaji indian chips (fantastic) all for the low price of £14.50 the flavours were spot on staff friendly well done

I used to love it here but the last 2 times I have been have been below their usual standard. If I use them again I will update this to reflect the experience.

We've had several takeaways from here - The food is consistent - it's well cooked with decent portions We always go for the set meal for two - The onion bajhi and the garlic naan - are outstanding

My God!! The madras was the most tasteless thing I have ever eaten. Not only tasteless, but it was like water - the whole of the sauce was poured over the rice and it all disappeared into the rice in minutes. And what on earth they cover their naan breads in I have no idea - they were dripping wet with some thick sauce which I can only presume was some sort of garlic? Horrible! I’m sitting here now half annoyed, half laughing. The whole lot went in the bin. I’m away over One Stop now for a sausage roll to ease the pain, and the hunger.

Lovely place with authentic food, curries are great, well seasoned and full of flavour. Pizzas have plenty of toppings and delicious, and the kebabs are juicy and filling. Great value for money as well.

Food was nice and hot on delivery, wouldn't order again tho as my starter was contaminated, as I bit into my pakura I felt something hard and sharp in my mouth to to find out there was 2 metal staples actually inside the food. Very dangerous!!!! They seemed not bothered and unapologetic on the phone even hinting that these things happen!!! As I say the food was really good but only order if you fancy a game of Russian roulette.

Recently had a take away from this Balti Hut, it was tastless was very dissapointed as they used to be very good. Must try harder.

Every meal we have had from the Balti Hut has been superb. First class.

Ordered over the phone tonight and received excellent service from Balti Hut. The food was thirty minutes earlier than expected, piping hot and tasted delicious. The garlic naan bread was lovely and garlicy and the chicken tikka Jaljul was the hottest Jaljul I have ever had, with lovely layers of underlying flavour. The vegetable pilau rice was also 100% perfect. What a great mid-week treat!

Balti hut has gone right down hill,just ordered set meal for 2 it was absolutely tasteless,disgrace I will never order from here again waste of £18, all tasted frozen disgusting!!

The chaat was not chaat it was awful and the Bhuna was like dog food. To top it all I went on their web site to order and paid through chef online . When my order didn’t arrive I rang balti hut to be told they haven’t used chef online in over a year. I paid £18 to them then had to order and pay again to balti hut. I’m currently £18 out of pocket.

Baltihut is beautiful Indian Currys and pizzas takeaway, I just love it.

We gnt the nan curry wraps and they were beautiful defo recomend!

Esta es mi comida india preferida. Aunque hacen pizza y otros estilos para llevar, su menú de comida india es excelente y nunca decepciona. Mis favoritos son los menús establecidos. . . que ofrecen varios platos con los acompañamientos habituales, el Tandoori Thali o el Set Meal para 2 nunca me han defraudado. (Ambos son lo suficientemente grandes para 2 comensales muy hambrientos, ¡al menos un entrante y un lado se congelan!) La comida está preparada y presentada con un alto nivel y el personal siempre es muy agradable. Muy recomendable.

Awful sent out starter the same as main hair in the onions basically paid for two foil trays of a few bits of chicken and onions rang shop absolutely no customers service basically they take your money and aren't interested if you complain the naan bread well was stodgey under cooked actually had better from super market and everyone knows a proper naan Is much nicer ... basically wanted a nice Indian curry curry sauce !!dry as sticks not a drop bloke tried telling me people eat dried chicken onion and rice 🙄 Definately would never order from these again had the first and last 23.00 from me

I've ordered from the takeaway several times, always for pickup. Every single time they get it wrong, and the quality is extremely poor. I've complained before and they've sorted the issue however they've never improved. Always thought I'd give them another chance, but always so so poor. Wouldn't waste your money.

Ordered from out of date menu info on just eat but we weren't told that they had stopped doing certain dishes until we went to collect! They were kind enough to have selected substitutes for us that didn't even remotely resemble the order. And who proudly displays a hygene rating of 3?!
