Food arrived quickly and red hot. Absolutely delicious curries! Never had any mix ups with the order, or any issues when ordering from here. Highly recommend.

always order from here and it is lovely. tonight though was the blandest thing we have had. tasted like that no spice had been added to the base, no smell or taste, chewy meat and even the poppadoms were not as usual.

Food was so nice will definitely be ordering again and the delivery driver is so lovely

Still waiting 2 hours later still not arrived . Won’t answer the phone . What an absolute rip off . Refund my money now . Wouldn’t waste you time ordering here they don’t send your food out

Ordered a 'kofta dupiaza' and felt a bit conned when I realised it's made with the cheap little pizza meatballs. I would be embarrassed to serve such rubbish. Also ordered a chicken madras but couldn't detect much difference in flavour; both dishes were spicy but otherwise quite bland and generic. Edible but disappointing. At least the naans were okay.

Food was lovely shame there was no mint sauce with the mixed kebab tho. Good portion sizes. Will order again

First time ordering from here. Delivery came in time. We ordered quite a lot of food and everything was there (usually restaurants forget an item so I was worried this would be the case!). Everything was lovely but the lamb curry was a bit tough.

We ordered the garlic chicken tikka, lamb balti and prawn puri and all three were flavourful and came with plenty of tender meat. Delivery didn’t take as long as estimated and the food arrived still hot. We would recommend.

20 minutes late despite us placing the order for 19.00 at 17.30. Disappointing food, lamb saag was nice but chicken madras was ever done and naan cold and dry.

I ordered a vegetarian dish. It came with broken up bits of chicken in the sauce. As a vegetarian I called to complain. They were very unhelpful on the phone and disputed that there is any possibility that chicken could be in the sauce, suggesting it was a chicken pea. They basically called me a liar.

Delivery driver failed to find the address, we had to find him to take the delivery.

Order was missing mint sauce and salad, tried to call but engaged. Will not be ordering again.

The starter was lovely, but the main wasn't up to scratch, we ordered a Peshawari Nan Bread and what we got was a Keema Nan Bread, we were disappointed so we won't be going back.

took a long time to arrive ( but not more than what they estimated) food all good , chicken fresh , a vast improvement on last time I had food from here .

I ordered 2 mains, 1 rice, onion bhaji starter and a set of 6 poppadoms/ dips. + 1 lime pickle. order arrived without poppadoms or dips. driver spoke to shop & I was given 2 poppadoms with 1 mango chutney. from someone elses order. I was offered free replacement with next order. however food was cold, taste was ok but nearly £8 of the order was missing. add on the 50p bag charge and £3.50 delivery and I wasn't impressed. even with the offer of free replacements I won't be ordering again.

Decided to try Balti Hut seeing as it had won an award so surely that was a positive. We should have complained at the time because most of our food went in the bin. Food was piping hot but the quality/flavour was bland. We will not be returning.

Ordered nearly £30 of food.When I complained his exact words were what do you want me to do about it.I said nothing but not as polite as that.Thought i was trying to get refund or free meal.Not interested.Ordered two dishes one being King Prawn rogan josh.Exactly 5 KP so i complained.I was told chef puts 10/12 KP in each dish.I called his chef i liar.Wife ate meal next to me and i know there was 5 KP in it.Then indicated my wife was a liar.When i put the phone down was still apologising.I do not like being scammed so thats that Which is a shame as food is always excellent.I always tip driver but 5 KP is taking the piss.

Don’t expect a Restaurant. It is not. It’s a takeaway, a good one. Looks like a small bait cabin or an old bus stop with a front door. BUT what it serves up & why it won a recent award is the food tonight was fantastic. Lamb Balti, Chicken Tikka Masaala, Exquisite Mushroom Pilau & Garlic Naan. EVERY OUNCE OF THIS FOOD WAS SOOOO GOOD. Not the first time we’ve eaten from here. Certainly won’t be the last. Paid for good food, got good food. Staff very nice & polite too👍👍 mmmm tasty tasty tasty

I can’t recommend balti hut more only place I will order my Indians from the taste is absolutely amazing!! Fresh and Cooked to Perfection. Delivery is always on time piping hot love it here!!

Food was tasty but lacked any form of spice in the tikka masala and the bhuna was extremely dry… spice was described as medium but was very very mild
