A lovely comfortable well supported circa 20 cover light bite cafe on the first floor of the store.The menu is quite full and the staff are very friendly and attentive.Tables can be reserved in advance, this is recommended as the cafe soon fills up with regular customers.The food is well presented and of high quality, thoroughly recommended.

Good, old fashioned approach to retail. You can't buy these products without seeing and touching them. Prices better than most internet prices but with all the benefits of a local shop.

Well what can I say expensive rubbish,great sales team,but quality not so good When you have a problem and product under Warranty and company want you to pay for sub standard welding,the customer service managers answer was what do you want us to do !!! Well how about fight ,or even try to fight customers corner Never have I had such bad service,stay well away,unless you want the charm of staff Very very unhappy customer

Very helpful staff, lots of display space and a coffee area!

Apart from a very tasty tuna toastie and other delights this little cafe serves nice coffee and a wide selection of herbal teas. But the real bonus was being able to sit here while someone else did the tour of the shop. It’s man heaven!

Well the stuff they have here is of top quality and you cannot fault it, some is of an acquired taste but still very good quality . There's a cafe for you to relax in and make up your mind as to weather your going to buy anything. You wouldn't buy from here if you have young children well I wouldn't as it's such good quality.

Did not buy anything but the staff are very helpful. I ride a mobility scooter and I had telephoned in advance to tell them and when I arrived a lady opened the second door to let me ride in and they pointed out a place to park so that i could go upstairs by lift and walk with the aid of my walking stick. Not too large a stock of pillows but the lady in bedding told me of a web site to go to for pillows and pillow cases. A very helpful family company. Thank you David Phipps.

Only go here for the tea room. They do a lovely beef sandwich. Highly recommend the tea room

Better prices than it may appear from the outside. A lack of more fashionable furnishings seems to be aimed towards the older customer. Has a nice small cafe.

When you go to David Phipp you would expect quality products but what you get is told that will have todo when there supplier is Sherborne you again would have expected quality you could not have been more wrong and disappointed We ordered the Sherborne Keswick 3 seater and a 2 seater this was first ordered in a new material that Sherborne was not able to produce out of the 5 pieces 1 was ok then the unit was returned but only 2 were ok it was then decided that they would use a material they had used before in the hope that the quality could be made when the unit was returned they were unable to produce the quality of all 5 unit Was then told by David Phipp that we would have accept and we would not get a refund I asked for the email of Mr David Phipp via an email as I could not get his direct one I then sent some data to be passed on to him if he did not want to give his email but have had no reply I also sent the data to Sherborne so to be passed on to there directors again no reply So as a warning be vey cautious when buying from any of the above as they do not give quality when it goes wrong

No David Phipps, I do not want 35% off my next purchase but I would like 35% back for the substandard mattress you sold me that is still under guarantee and should have lasted another 6 years.

This store sells substandard goods and will not stand by it's guarantees. Bought an expensive mattress and after two years it went saggy, the guarantee said 8 years but David Phipps would not honour this even though they admitted there was a problem. Caveat emptor.

Had a really nice snack in the coffee shop

Such a civilised place to shop where you can take your time with helpful staff. Even a small but excellent cafe for time to think and make decisions.

We bought a three-seater Stressless Sofa in 2013. Upon breakdown on 17th September 2017, the Phipp's support team came next day to repair the mechanical breakdown under guarantee. Well done Phipp's team.

Probably the best selection of quality furniture in the region. The helpfulness and knowledge of the staff is second to none. The nicest people I have ever dealt with too !

Una cafetería pequeña (aprox. 20), una buena variedad de sandwiches, frío sabroso o tostado, ensaladas, buena variedad de tartas caseras y tés y cafés bien hechos. El personal, normalmente el mismo tres chicas son muy amables y como clientes nos sentimos como si nos están siendo atendidos por amigos en vez de personal.

Este Café está en el primer piso de este independiente tienda de mobiliario. Es bastante pequeña, con sólo 7 mesas y que principalmente sirven bebidas frías y calientes, pasteles, tartas y sandwiches de té y Panini.Los domingos sólo sirven bebidas, tartas y pasteles para el té.El personal es amable y los precios de la misma como una cafetería normal.Puede ser difícil conseguir una mesa, ya que se llena bastante y es popular, pero el café es agradable si usted puede conseguir una mesa.
