I went here with a couple of friends and was charged well over £100 for a just couple of shishas!! The place is a complete CON SHOP!! The place Absolutely REEKS as well and is also swarming with FLIES!!!!

A pleasure to visit and experience atmpsphere. Some feeling of Baku Azerbaijan and hence good memories returned of visits there

He estado varias veces en este lugar de Shisha ... pero solo porque no hay nada más cerca de la Feria de Mayo. He fumado Shisha en todo el mundo, incluidos países como Rusia / Ucrania, donde experimento el más alto nivel de Shisha y la mayor variedad de sabores. Este lugar es extremadamente caro sin ninguna razón y el personal no es demasiado amable. Fui allí varias veces ordenando - varias - botellas de Champagne y cuando fue 22/22. A las 30 h ya empezaron a limpiar la terraza y nos empujaron a beber rápidamente y se fueron. Después de consumir 2 x Shishas y 2 - 3 botellas de Champagne, creo que esto es solo una broma y un muy mal trato para sus clientes. En mi país, Suiza, todo el lugar estaría abierto hasta que se vaya el último invitado. Tienen mesas dentro, pero el personal estaba actuando como si no fuéramos bienvenidos, así que tomamos un sorbo de nuestro Champagne y no volveremos otra vez. La Shisha definitivamente no tiene una alta calidad y ya está fumada, después de inhalar varias veces. Para cualquier persona, quien realmente sabe, qué es Shisha, terminarás después de 30/40 minutos como máximo. Los precios para todo lo demás son extremadamente caros. Mejor ir a por bebidas a Sexy Fish o cualquier otro lugar decente. .

We are couple of London, and eating just CUISINES, so we attempted a ton of CUISINES in London. We for to this place and we got the best Baku Bistro we ate up until now. The place is Pure Vegan. No issue for anything.The staff there is exceptionally pleasant! I'm suggest this place!

A complete ripoff. I was early for a meeting in Mayfair so I stopped at this placed for a pot of Tea and a Shisha. Imagine my shock when I got a £65.21 bill. If £15.21 was not bad enough for a cup of hot water and a Tea Bag. The £50 bill for a Shisha was outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs.

Tasteless street food at restaurant prices. Shisha is never worth 50 GBP which was the only reason we stopped. Got caught out. Shame as nice location. Rip off am guessing return trade is zero.

A shocking experience really, no other words. Microwaved chicken with Pesto on a waffle and a warmed up salmon on a dried waffle with overcooked egg. A refilled bottle of water (certainly was not opened in front of us) costing £7.95. We had the gut feeling to leave straightaway after looking at the menu but we sat down and ordered. Overpriced and with a attitude as you are asking for a favour.

We went for a shisha and sat there for at least 2 and a half hours. The shisha was good and they keep checking it for you - thankyou. We had wine and JD’s and hummus . They bought along little sweet treats aswell. It seemed expensive at £170 - but we did spend a good amount of time there and it is London, so on reflection - it was fine.

Don’t even stop in here , pure rip-off No attitude , no service and extremely expensive . 1 shisha and pot of tea for £80 , this place should be shut

I have never eaten here but cocktails are always delicious, unusual choice, and I like people watching in alleyway where Bistro is located. Very cosy establishment.

Best Shisha but pricy. £50 for shisha but worth it. Staff are friendly and nice chilled out place. Will go back ............................

We enjoyed our evening in this cozy place mostly known for it’s excellent shisha. We sat outside and the ambiance was very relaxing.

I was taking expensive shisha and drinking wine with other two girls, when the manager said we have to leave in 10 min without reason. I was in shock!!... but immediately I understood that he needs the table other guys. Horrible experience and sexist place!!!!!!

Went for lunch everybody else was busy this place was almost empty although they did offer Italian food I am always of the belief that one should specalise

Super location, really friendly staff. Good drinks. Great shisha pipes. Can't really fault anything. Shame they closed so early ( 11.20 ) would have sat and enjoyed the mint tea, fruit and snacks for many hours more.

Me invitaron con amigos de visita desde LOS EMIRATOS ÁRABES UNIDOS y nosotros sólo queríamos ir y sentarse en algún sitio y tener Sheisha. Tenía un ambiente encantador, la sheisha era fantástico, no quemar y mantenido durante horas. Cuando te sientas te traen un plato de fruta fresca y dulces árabes que parecía genial. Disfruté yo como mis amigos. Sin duda volvería de nuevo.

one of the best shishas in London , Shisha Cafe , service is so fast and good , they have all the kinds of flavors and they play the songs you like, i highly recommand it . for Arabs who search for the Eastern atmoshphere you'll find it here . انصحكم بهالشيشة وايد زينة والجو حلو

Popped by for shisha, was welcomed by a man asked if its was out first time we replied yes. He told he we had a one hour shisha smoke time as well as 5£ coverage per person and 50£ for the shisha. I really have nothing to say but complete rip off and robbery. Who charges 5£ a head to sit down? What we paying for shisha and food and drinks? Am i renting a chair? And no on top of that you got an hour and have to leave? Complete rubbish, probably run by a dodge management ripping off tourists and arabs in the Mayfair area. Dont say I didnt warn you, this kind of management wouldnt fly by in Dubai! Oh by the way we left never stayed obviously.

50£ for a shisha !Too expensive , nothing special. 20£ for a two person tea ! Bad spot , very cold !Avoid it !

Dropped in with 4 of my London friends before going to dinner.We were warmly greated by the manager that assisted us with the choice of tea and pastry and also some champagne.the shisha assistant (very expert) helped us with the choice of flavour for the shisha.Nice mixed crowd of people and perfect for a pre-dinner smoke and drink in Mayfair .I would raccomend the azeri tea and packlava.The staff was very kind and helpful.i did like the little woolly duvet on the chairs to keep you warm ,but i must say the heaters were strong enough to keep us warm whilst smoking.i will go there again when in Central London

Dropped into Baku Bistro randomly as we passed by. We had our little pug with us but they were extremely welcoming and even brought him out water. We sat outside where it was very warm and the service was very attentive. I must warn it is very pricey for shisha but we had a great time though.

Baku is a 5 minute walk from Berkeley square. Nice snacks and good shisha's if thats your thing. Interesting company and a great location.

DO NOT GO ! If you want to have a good time with friends and enjoy Shisha don't go to this place ,very unprofessional and rude staff . Was treated badly by the staff , were asked to finish the Shisha in 1 hour which cost £60 , never heard of 1 hour rule before and the staff comes every 5 mins to remind you to get another shisha ,if you are more than 2 people , have to finish the Shisha in 1 hour and was told off by the manager to leave even when the Shisha was ordered 15 mins before. Save your precious time and never go to this place

Went with my wife and friend. 50 GBP for hookah and a 20 min wait. Fine.After 15 min (and ordering some beer inside) waitress comes by and says 'oh, wow, sorry I just spoke with the manager and he said you need two tables because you are three people'.Why didnt they tell us when we walked in?We left.

Great location on a lovely street in Mayfair, looks authentic, but £50 for a shisha!!??? Are you kidding me? In the Middle East, shisha can be enjoyed for as little as 80p so what kind of mark up is that? Put a real dampener on my day :(

Just don't go there for a shisha. £50 for a plain smoke. Outside searing area dirty as well. Just stay away and avoid a serious rip off

I was walking around my hotel looking for my "shisha" fix when ran into this nice side-street cafe. Ordered shisha with Apple flavour and green tea with mint. They came with a dish of sweets and fruits, which "hit a spot". Shisha was good and smooth. So was the tea. A bit pricy, I paid £65 (which is a fortune compared to the same in similar cafes in Dubai, Cairo, or Beirut!) But, it's London. The place is convenient and offers fast service. It's a block into Piccadilly street and close to Berkeley park.

First of all the nibbles are not good, and super expensive! Going downstairs to the WC was quite a scene to view.. the WV were seriously dirty, and one of them seems to be storage for some sort of equipment (so think twice before you eat or drink a coffee there because the cups might be stored in the loo!)I won't go again

We stopped off here for a drink to kill time before heading home. Was told we couldn't just have drink without food. We'd just been to the patrons lunch so not hungry. It was made very clear - no food , no beer., no exceptions...

I think this place is basically only good for shisha. Went there with my boyfriend thinking we can have some Azerbaijan food ( because it is called Baku Bistro, you will expect somewhere called Beijing Bistro to at least serve chinese food). The food r nothing Azerbaijan and when we asked the waitress poor girl has no clue what they are actually serving. ps. My boyfriend is Azerbaijani and we both eat Azerbaijan food often

I couldn't believe shisha and some mint tea came to £70. We were only there for half hour. Very overpriced!

Service was slow and spirits were watered down. Inexcusable. Avoid unless you are drinking beer or soft drinks.

Popped in last night for a quick glass of wine and snack. Ordered humus which never arrived and I ended up cancelling it. When they brought my incredibly small glass of wine over they also brought a small dish of peanuts which I assumed were complimentary, they weren't. Nearly £16 for a tiny glass of wine and a plate of nuts I didn't ask for.

Best Shisha in town. This is Azerbaijani style very smooth and clean shisha serving place in Mayfair. Enjoyed a lot. Thanks

1st visit and I must say I was shocked at the price of the shisha.I know it's mayfair but £50 is a bit much but! It was amazing. Grape fruit head and nice pipes. The smoke is clean and tasty, I smoje very regularly and only 1 flavour grape and mint but thus has been the best I have smoked till date.The staff very friendly and politeThere is nothing to complain about this place. Will defo be back and highly recommend to any smoker.

One particular member of staff was extremely and unbelievably impolite, he can teach people how to be impolite. ordered drinks first .. regretted it. I just couldn't believe that some employees in London are this inconsiderate rude and disrespectful. After a a few minutes sitting outside ,we were asked us to move inside with such incredible rudeness, inconsideration and discourtesy. The manager was aware of this as he was standing in the background, well done manager that's how future customers are treated. I felt humiliated in front of everyone else. It's not worth it ....I will never go back ...never. Never recommend it to anyone.

Went here for lunch and was very dissapointed - two tiny pieces of chicken and a giant slab of lettuce !!! Ridiculous !! How is it possible to still be hungry after paying £19 ??

The shisha here is outstanding. Really, best in London in terms of quality, venue and service. I will be visiting once again when I am in the area.

The best shisha in London by far. What makes this place special is the attitude of the staff, who do really make you comfortable and are eager to serve. Highly recommended for shisha lovers in London.

Popped in for lunch as was close to Dorchester Hotel. Only had hummus followed by chicken kebabs but it was delicious. Located in a small alleyway and ideal for people watching.

Recently i have visited this place sugested by some frinds .very good I do recomend specialy if you are looking for a place after work just to chill and have a glass of wine after a long day.The boys are fantastic very friendly and simpactic .It is a nice place to stay in the terrace even its cold , they do have some really nice heating sistem outside and some nice blakets to keep you nice and warm .Great Baku Bristro .

If u want to hang out with friends in chilled atmosphere, it's the coolest place in London.Try Shisha with melon, vanilla and gum

I am not a smoker but very recently I gave myself a chance to trySo famouse shesha.Well I must confess I was amazed ' shesha very aromatic and relaxing .The place is in a very nice spot really well located .The service very relaxing a bit pricy but Mayfair what can we do ! Overall very good Defenatly come back

I have smoked shesha all over London.This is by far the best place in London. The shesha is fantastic , the service is very attentive and they always make me feel very welcome and special.Thank you all , Alfredo , Joseph , Beatrice, Janet and the Portuguese manager .I always feel special here :)

What's great here is the staff, Shisha & Baaha the maestro of Shisha. What's good is the vibe of the venue & people watching whilst waiting for your club sandwich, what is average is nothing, nothing is average here - it's really brilliant or very poor depending on wether the sexy blonde French owner is barking orders at the staff from table inside or not? I think she has sold it now to Greek personLol

I recommand this place for all my arab ppl specially for Shesha شيشه it is amazing but it is expenisve. If the price of the shesha is low i will go to this resturant every day. Alferdo who works here he is freindly and we got really good service from him . Go a head and visit this place .

My first and definitely the last visit to this bar left me enourmously offended by the service. We were teated like nobody, not to say worse. As the name is Baku Bistro, it seems that the mentalitry is just like in the former Soviet Republic – nobody cares. I really wonder how such a place can continue existing.

We came to come and have a meal, cocktails, catch-up over some yummy shisha. DISASTER!Whilst we were ordering our mains and more coctails, we were given a bill and were told you now have to leave as this table has been reserved by someone else. They asked us TO PAY FOR FOOD, DRINKS AND HALF SMOKED SHISHA BEFORE WE HAD EVEN HAD THEM ON THE TABLE. As we were speaking to the manager, he offered us a seat inside to where obviously we could not take shsihas . This counts as my top 3 WORST RESTAURANT experiences in my entire life. The place is run by careless, money orientated men who run around nervously and mess up orders. Do yourself a favour, don't waste your time, you may not have the same experience but I guarantee you your experience will not be great. there would be something else

So I made a booking online to dine at Baku with a friend. We proceeded to arrive for our booking and were told they had no record of it and that the online booking service shoudl not have been operational. I was then offered a seat outside to which I agreed to take for an hour and when I mentioned we did not want to smoke shisha but just eat I was told thats not possible and we were told we cannot just eat on the outside tables and that the inside tables are not open for some reason. The guy whoi i believe was the manager had the worst attitude and did not really try to accomodate us given it was there mistake.i won't be goign back.

Just been to Baku Bistro for lunch. The inside has had a roof collapse so you have to seat outside, forgetting that this is a shisha bar, we sat right next to smokers and being in my first trimester I really did not like having passive smoking going into my baby. Our waiter was very sympathetic, called his supervisor to see what he can do for us, if there is a pace he can move us to and this was his statement "This is a shisha bar, I cannot ask them to stop smoking". Considering we were after indoor seating, and was offered outdoor to be just as good as indoors, this was appalling, the list he could have done is offer to cancel the order or give it to us as a take away or move us to a different table.Then the menu has changed, apparently the potions are bigger and prices have gone up to what you see on the website. To be honest the food is not as good, it is not as tasty as before. Never going back.Em

Amazing shisha, probably the best in London. Food also very good as is the tea and service. If you love shisha make sure you visit when in London
