A fantastic place to have your brekkie, brunch or lunch. Amazing customer service by Marzena. Many thanks for the family friendly, kind staff. Highly recommend this eatery. The Halal sandwiches are very much appreciated too. A lovely place to cheer the spirits.

i ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans and I think it may have been the best jacket potato I’ve had in my life so much filling the skin was crispy I didn’t manage to get through it all ! And I got a bueno milkshake which tastes amazing and red velvet cake which I am yet to try but it looks delicious! Would definitely recommend this place

Very clean and cozy environment. I must say I have been to many places but this barista boy is simply the best. Thank you for making my flat white just the way I like it. Definitely coming again for another cup of coffee.

Lovely place for having a cup of coffee and plenty of options of tasting the food. Immaculate space and top-notch environment. Top of that, very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for having breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

Ordered a sausage bap as have an egg allergy and it was a brioche bun so couldn’t even eat it as that has egg in it. The sausages were like cardboard. The bacon chicken and cheese panini was awful, Hartley any chicken or bacon just loads of white sauce. Not good at all

Friendly service with friendly staff

ordered skinny latte which really didn't taste right slight chemical taste so don't know whether something has been used which has been cleaned never normally have any problems with bbs so I am sorry to post a negative review

Won't recommend. Went yesterday and I had chicken mushroom bake and a slice of chocolate cake. I'm still having tummy ache. It was mostly the cake that was a bit off. It's not like before anymore. Maybe it was leftovers because I went at 5 pm in the afternoon.

Previously they’d package the hot drink better with cling film, foil top. This time a lot of spillage.

Overcooked and burnt sandwich and the latte went everywhere. I think I only salvaged half of it. Disappointing and not the usual standard at all.

Great visit to this venue for a nice pot of tea, lunch and cake. A lovely light and cosy space. Nice selection of cakes and lunch (jacket potatoes, toasted paninis etc). All very reasonable prices. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and sevice was super efficient (without making you feel rushed). The member of staff ensuring the cafe was clean and tidy caught my eye as he was very hard working and was clearly taking pride in doing everything to a high standard.

Went to B&B for lunch, our third or fourth visit. Had jacket potatoes, I had cheese and beans, which apart from the potato being barely microwaved was acceptable. My wife’s was with tuna and cheese.It was dry and not at all appealing. When she took it back , even the server said it looked disgusting and immediately offered another. Unfortunately the replacement was barely warm to the point that the lump of butter did not melt and parts of the potato were still not cooked. Won’t be rushing back !!!

I am a fan of BB’s and their hot chocolate is amazing. Sadly, although the quality remains the same; half a cup is not good enough :(

We have been today for the first time to this coffee shop, it’s absolutely amazing atmosphere, nice and clean, enough staff to keep the store clean ( not like in Costa ,2 people struggling ) . A lovely polish lady served us, friendly, polite and kind ! Definitely will visit again !

Hempstead Valley has more than a few coffee establishments but this one stands out. Friendly staff who engage with you from the moment you arrive. No substitute for a smile and chat as you make your purchase. Sometimes come here to continue working on way home with laptop. Coffee not bitter and homemade cakes. The personises touch here works. Keep it up!!!!

Food was very nice and friendly staff. Like all coffee shops just bit over priced. But overall would recommend to anyone.

I saw the delivery man driving everywhere but not to my address. more than 20 minutes late. Several times during the journey, the application lost connection with the delivery person who certainly turned off the GPS because he was making deliveries from other platforms. I've been an entrant and I know how they do it. My milkshake came melted, looking like water.

The store is bright and cheerful but incredible noisey. I miss the delightful service you used to get from the centre kiosk. I am gluten free and i know i have to pay more but £4 for a single muffin is disgusting. Ive used bb's for a long time it would be a shame now for you to be out of mine and many more customers price range.

I love BB’s and order often and give great reviews online… but this was disappointing. The sausage roll was over cooked and too dry and the drinks lukewarm. On the menu please can there be a semi skimmed or whole milk option too? Coffee and hot chocolate don’t taste the same made with skimmed milk :(

Driver knocked and left food on floor. Terrible service.

Used to be good, but too often now they have forgotten items from our orders or have seen them being rude to colleagues or to customers.

All lovely in all areas. Only negative is selfish customers walking in door past the queue to order to claim an empty table to make sure they get a seat..so selfish.

Popped in a few weeks ago, the food was very nice but it wasn't cheap there are cheaper places to eat at Hempstead shopping centre

Anastasia and the staff made my visit amazing. The food was of high quality and the coffee was the best I’ve had. Having been trained by Marja Touri in tasting coffee, I can truly put my hand on my heart and say this was in the top places of selling coffee. I have forgotten to mention that their muffins are amazing and delicious. In particular the Apple and rhubarb crumble. Must try place but be warned, you will be coming back for sure!!

The best place by far in Hempstead Valley for a light snack and coffee. Everything is prepared fresh on the day and the pasties warmed in the Merry chef are superb and a good price. Highly recommended

Initially we walked in and no tables free because some folk were hogging two tables so we was going to go else where but my wife said no hang on a bit, I'm so glad we did the cream cheese n smoked salmon bagel was to die for and my wife's baked potato was yum as well Higly recommend

First time ordering, saw it when passing through Hempstead valley and decided to order a delivery today. Fresh food, quality ingredients used, all came hot and well packaged, really happy with it and will go and try out in store next! Keep it up 👍

Food and drinks great as always. But what’s with the delivery drivers leaving it on the top step now? It saves them all of 3 nanoseconds of their time!

I really expected better from you, Bakers and Baristas. The moment I stepped into this seemingly innocent looking café I notice the song changed. Normal, right? NO. This demon radio starts BLASTING music from the deep depths of hell. I try to tune it out but the sound of the true human embodiment of “Annoying Orange” fills my ears. Ed Sheeran should be banned from all stores worldwide, I did not expect to be so crudely violated on what was meant to be a lovely day out at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. One star, will NOT be coming here again.

Very expensive, paid just over £18 for 2 hot chocs, a muffin and a caramel slice. We were asked if we would have like whipped cream, marshmellows and a flake at no point we're we told that each additional item would cost 75p per item per hot chocolate which resulted in an extra £4.50 on top of our bill for the extras, I know that generally when you have extras on your hot chocolate it's usually 50p-£1 for the extra. I was in absolute shock when I realised I had paid so much for such little extras (very skimpy with the extras) I could have popped to sainsburys and brought whipped cream, marshmallows and flakes for £4.50. However the hot chocs and cakes were lovely.

Never apply the job that they are calling for part-time especially international students. The Bakers & bristas at Hempstead valley manger named Amran is taking advantage of international students. I went to the shop whether I can get part time job. He said I have to work 4 hours free trial which is totally unpaid. I agreed on it. I worked 4 hours straight without even a break. He said he liked me and promised me to get my weekly rota. Next day he told me he can't give me rota because they have full of part timers. It is taking free labor from international students especially from those who came UK recently. It will impact your brand reputation for having such kind of cunning tricky manager. I could have been silent but noone ever deserve to be treated like that especially international students or new comers.

Very expensive and the salad side dressing looked old or was from yesterday. The hot chocolate was so weak I think it was probably half a teaspoon of hot chocolate they put in, very watery. Overpriced and will definitely not go there again .

I’ll stop ordering online. Recent orders have not been good. Missing items and lukewarm drinks

Great baguette and great service

Nice coffee's, friendly staff, prices are good. They have one vegan option (vegan sausage roll) which is nice but most of the time, they're not available. At times they have vegan crisps and that's about it. It's common to only be able to have a coffee here and eat somewhere else.

Delivery driver ensured correct order collected and delivered which was nice after a restaurant mistake.

Nice new BB’s at Hempstead valley, seating inside and out. Went soon after opening. Just had a drink, tea was good but can’t really go wrong with a tea, accept Jamaica Blue they always manage to mess that up as well. My wife said it wasn’t her favourite coffee.

First time ordering through Just Eat, pleasantly surprised… drinks hot ✅ and muffins were delish! Will definitely order again.
