Baker and Spice in City of London, Westminster

Everything about Baker and Spice’s new dinner menu is delicious. From the Tuna to the Chicken and the delicious chili brownie, it is so cleverly done. The cocktails were delicious and I loved the fun take on their London made organic wine! The ambiance was so lovely and Nicola our waitress was brilliant. Such a cool place!

I go here at least once a week for my healthy lunch fix! Really delicious hearty salads with proteins. Always interesting new recipes and the staff are fast and friendly :)

I actually went to M&S opposite who had sold out of poached salmon so came here. Take away counter located in Selfridges Food Hall. Nice choice of proteins, salads and other items. Friendly staff and fast service. However, at nearly £10.00 for a single piece of poached salmon, I could have had a meal! The salmon was nice though. In future, I should ask the price before purchasing!

I was looking for something healthy, protein based and quick to eat after a junk food binge, it was detox time! To go with my apple, I got a piece of the chicken breast which was lightly seasoned with a tomato. It was good. Perfectly and lightly spiced, grilled and healthy. There were other salads and various other dishes but on a calorie counting day and detox, I just had the chicken. I did have a shock when paying! For an apple and grilled piece of chicken breast, why did I pay nearly £10.00? Look at the price before buying! Pleasant service. Clean. Quiet as expected Saturday evening COVID-19 lockdown 2.

This name is a comforting zone for the shoppers who are hungry and new to the city . Located within the well known store it offers a a good meal - wraps , sandwiches, salads , muffins and a vast menu for veg / non veg both , The generally crowded place is ideal for families with kids . The prices are competitive . Seating is comfortable and clean despite the large crowd frequenting it .

Lovely coffee, great cakes. Recommended - very packed though. But guess this is a good thing! It's got some great dishes. It's a bit pricey but worth it!

Elizabeth Street Baker & Spice is a great place for a quick breakfast/brunch. They make the best hot chocolate in the area. Breakfast/brunch items are of good standard, especially the eggs florentine and pancakes. Wait could be long on a summer weekend.

Finally an authentic cafe/breakfast restaurant... London is filled with chains, costas, sturbucks and so on... it's amazing to sometimes see something authentic! This time I only tried the amazing courgette pancakes (I swear they are much better than what they sound) and I was impressed! Next time.... will have to try those giant almond croissants! Well done :)

I just reviewed the six places I ate in London and this is clearly the best You know it’s a good place when you are torn between not two, not three, but four things, and against your better judgement instead of picking one, pick three, eat them all and hate yourself as you slowly walk home... Nous avons mangé chez Baker et Spice sur les conseils d'un guide sur Londres et nous avons beaucoup regretté notre choix. Le choix de salades étaient vraiment très légers et les plats vraiment moyen. J'ai opté pour une salade césar qui avait du être préparée le matin, la salade était cuite par la sauce et les quelques morceaux de poulet ne relevaient pas le niveau de cette salade. Quant au soit disant chariot de muffins et de cookies je le cherche encore. Bref je ne conseille absolument pas cet endroit et en plus c'est hors de prix.

Spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The food was good and prices reasonable. I liked that you can choose ingredients for a fresh juice. Service could be improved - waitresses had an air of disinterest about them; not particularly welcoming and a bit of a superiority complex. The service was also rather slow. We had to get up and ask to pay, as did a few other people, else we would've stayed there forever.

4 adults and a baby in a pram were looking for somewhere for breakfast in Maida Vale when we came across Baker and Spice. We asked if we could bring the pram in (the coffee shop opposite had a sign saying prams etc were not allowed in so we thought we had better ask) and the staff were really helpful getting us sorted with a table. We were all happy with our food, the portions were generous and it all tasted very good. The table service was excellent too. As we ate we were watching the cabinets being filled with the salads (a great variety) and we all agreed that we would be very happy on another occasion to have lunch there.

The place was just around the corner from our rooms hotel. We chose the place for breakfast and we were not disappointed. A little complicated to order and if your english os not so good, they may misunderstand and you are served something else than you thought you'd ordered. But all food is very good, the coffee and tea excellent. The bakery temptinh and tasty. We were happy, our hotel did not serve breakfast so we could enjoy this restaurant for two breakfast/brunches!

Just got off at Victoria Coach Station, this is down the road and filled with a food bar of numerous healthy options to eat and drink. The seating was cramped, food took about 15 minutes. Tasty, and different to other experiences.

I am used to go to Baker and Spice Milner street and take my coffee with croissant or dropped scone in the morning. All the salads at absolutely perfect, the bread is nice and freshly cooked. I love this place and go every time I can as I cannot resist their food. I am addicted. The service is excellent

We go to the baker and spice in Chelsea weekly. The food is always excellent as is the people watching. However the welcome from the staff is especially faultless especially Anna and Bogdan

Delicious brunch with a variety of salads, main courses, breads, sweets and healthy options as well!!The service was excellent and the prices very reasonable! Perfect choice for a breakfast-brunch or lunch!!

They have the best coffee, croissants and other baked goods in London. I asked a taxi driver to take us to best coffee shop near Victoria Station. He took us here without hesitation. You should visit here if you are near Victoria Station.You will never regret! Also price is fair enough.

The English breakfast is the way to go, fresh eggs, grilled tomatoes, it has it all. This place is a must.

Called at Selfridges to buy a couple of iteks to bring home and the Baker and Spice had wonderful break and cakes for sale. Such a great choice and so fresh!!!

We found Baker and Spice, deciding to call in for breakfast. The menu was varied, the food fresh and delicious, the service efficient and the staff polite. A bustling place with a great atmosphere. We'll be back next time we're in London.

I go to baker and spice in Chelsea a few times per week. Great food and staff. Can't recommend enough!!! Expensive but great quality.

My partner and I visited Baker and spice in madia vale while visiting for a short break , first impressions were the staff were very polite and only to glad to help , my partner had the eggs Royal and myself an open sausage sandwich, as hers to a tad longer than anticipated to be served they provided her with a lovely warm croissant as to make up for it , it's the little things that count for me , would I return again , yes I would .

The place looked really cool so we stopped for a quick lunch with our family. It was in Maida Vale. The food was great. Later we went there every morning for breakfast as well since we lived really close by.

When in London I always find myself going back to Baker and Spice for Breakfast and Lunch. The food is fresh and good quality and they always have an amazing spread to choose from.

If you into brunches, salads, juices then this is good option to go on a weekend or weekday. They have variety of good fresh salads. The place is cool and laid back.

I ordered a basket of break w/ butter and AMAZING preserves. High ceilings & airy, yet cozy. Friend had eggs. All fresh and good. I liked this place

I am usually not one to order a croissant, but I was treated to this place for breakfast by a friend, and she brought home croissants, pain au chocolat, and some cinnamon swirl type good. Each of them were fresh, fluffy and exquisite! I could not stop talking about this place after I tried their food!

Ideal para hacer un alto a cualquier hora del dia...muy buen cafe con una pastelería deliciosa, buenas ensaladas para el medio dia...volveria todo el tiempo !!!

Very tasty home made cheese cake and great service, I'd definitely recommend it! Coffee and tea are also very good. Ideal place for afternoon tea.
