absolutely the worst...recieved food 1 hour 10 mins after ordering..opened food up wasn't my order phoned shop said I had received food told them wasn't my order then they said they had staff off and were finding it hard to get orders out said they would sort my order..got my right order 2 hours 10mins after ordering with no apology...won't be ordering again this used to be a lovely fish shop but not any more

Not good pizza dough tough on one pizza and stodgy on the other hardly any toppings on them n the kebab meat was destroyed in sauce couldn’t eat it ‘such a shame this place is hit n miss

Sadly the first and last order from here. Paid for the large chips and this is the portion size?? Very poor, I wouldn’t recommend .

Virtually no chips with my fish, chips seemed to be greasy, fish batter did not seem to be cooked properly. To be honest don't know if I will order from here again.

My food was cold i shouldn’t have to heat it up the kebab meat was cold the delivery time was ok but also no garlic sauce not eating cold food

Got a mixed wrap last night and I can safely say it will be the last.... Chicken was slimy and the chips were burnt and tasted like they had been reheated avoid at all costs!!

Ordered from here last weekend at 8.20 food arrived just before 10pm. The burger I ordered said it came with chips, all I received was a burger in a burger container with about 12 chips squashed underneath the bun, black chips and stone cold (obviously the leftovers) burger tasted like a tinned burger, no salad on it either..... bit of a rip off for how much it cost..... i can safely say I will never order from here again

Ordered a parmo chips and salad... Didn't get chips and salad so had to wait. in the mean time parmo went cold.. It was dry no sauce on it very disappointed

Chips were over cooked and a little dry. Steak pie and curry sauce were good. Sausage a bit too well done for my taste and dry.

First time ordering here and disappointed and still hungry , hated the mixed kebab ,salad was soggy and everything covered in chilli sauce so couldn’t eat it ,I got it to share I hate chilli sauce so that was for my grandaughter to use ,everytime I’ve I ordered from other places it’s all been done separate will make sure from now on I ask if it’s separate ,so I had to go hungry ,kebab meat was cold couldn't warm it up as it’s was covered in salad and chilli ,burger was ok ,so was pizza Will never order from here again mediocre at best

Food was ok but needed reheated was all cold, would probably have been a lot nicer if it was hot when delivered and reheating changes the quality.

Shocking got a chip and sausage special with the bread bun which i will add had mould on the bottom of it not to mention the smell coming off the bread bun when I opened it phone for to complain got told they would bring me another one when someone arrived and told me it was just the bun and that I said you can smell it never mind see if and she said I can’t smell it as I am a vegetarian safe to say I didn’t eat the new one it went in the bin I have photos of the bun as well

Tasty enough but I asked for a crispy fish and it was a bit soggy.

asked for no salad, hey ignore the message and it came with salad mixed in the wrap, couldn't separate it properly so half ate a mashed up mess basically. shame as usually really nice.

Abysmal is the word. Cold dry chips. Fish equally awful. Shameful in fact.

We used to be regulars here but stopped getting takeaways early in the year after a really bad order and the manager refusing to refund or replace the food. We decided to give them another chance and ordered a kebab and mixed kebab. It didn’t disappoint, food was delicious, will definitely be back.

It was like slop just put in a carton chips were cold had no curry on which I asked for and the carton was full of grease I want my money back absolutely disgusting

Asked for loaded chips without the peppers in, and a drink. The owner put the peppers on anyway because he didn't believe Jalapino's were a kind of pepper. Take a second to take that in. When I explained that they are peppers, he refused to listen. Even after going through JustEat, a refund was never given. Oh, and I never got the drink either.

Well thats funny as we havnt even received it yet so how can we enjoy it

all food was cold on arrival, cheese not melted properly on loaded fries, bolognaise on loaded fries very dry and not much of it for six pounds, chips were hard, very disappointed in parmo which was overcook and very dry. totally disappointing meal for thirty pounds

Food was lovely - maybe use some of the grease proof paper on the loaded chips cos it all sticks massively to the tin foil other than that all was lovely

Quality of the chips appears to have deteriorated over the past few weeks. Not as good as they used to be. The rest of the food was fine.

Ordered food at 12. It was meant to be delivered between 13:20 and 13:40. It then got delayed. I got my food at 14:10. The wait time was ridiculous. Pizza is nice but the kebab is super messy. Don’t think I’ll be ordering here again.

Perfect temperature, excellent taste and brilliant wrapping so nothing was soggy or mixed. Will definitely use again

Wish I could leave t0 stars!!!! Kebab meat was COLD and DRY, munchie box had clearly been left under the HEAT LAMP for too long, as the salad was also DRY and the tops of the curry sauce pots where both MELTED!? Rang up to complain and the bloke said no chance and that the meat was cut fresh, no customer service skills at all. Will NOT be ordering again.

Well only thing I can say is the loaded chips is not what it's meant to b to dry little bit cheese which is stuck to tinfoil why serve it in tin foil think I found 4 peppers so sorry will not order that again u need some juices to make it better some taste and don't serve in tin foil

The fish was way overcooked and dry. The chips tasted old and as for the sausage and chip butty. Well I expected an open bread bun with the sausage and chips inside with the sauce over it. Noooo. I got a bread bun that looked like it'd been sat on, uncut, n a sausage n chips sat ontop.

Always top scran, love the little pizzas they are perfect for my little boy 😊 Wish the delivery time was a tad faster, but worth the wait regardless, starting to become abit of a regular 🤤

Ordered 2 kebab wraps on a Monday night at 6pm took an hour and half to deliver. Not as if ordering something to be coked from scratch. Everything is cooked to order in this shop. Not like the old days of things being ready there's always a wait in this shop..

Ordered a pizza and a garlic bread special, both were absolutely beautiful. Never had a bad meal from here.

The food was lovely. It did take over an hour to get it delivered but it was lovely so worth waiting for. My partner recons the pizza is one of the best he's had. It did say when we ordered it might be an hour and it was just over so not to bad. The driver was polite.

Food quality was very bad. Could tell immediately, not going to enjoy this. Pizza especially was worst I've seen/ tasted. Garlic sauce like water, tasteless food needed it. Won't be ordering again.

The mars bar was a tiny bite size one, which it isn’t normally that size especially for nearly £2 😡

I often order from bait box fish bar as the food is excellent, the prices reasonable and you get a fair amount if food for your money. The food is always hot when delivered and arrives within 10 minutes of the estimated delivery time

Got a meal deal, (a deal made to feed a family) the kebab portion was rediculous, 3 pieces at a push in the smallest of containers. 2 parts of the deal missing aswell

I’ve been here a 2 time now and woman behide the counter can not add up yes it may be 10p but if they do it to everyone it soon adds up and that’s twice now it’s happen.They give you small portions also.

Kebab was cold and extremely salty. The salad in the kebab was somehow mushy. To be honest, it looked and smelt off. I won’t be ordering from here again. Complete waste of £20

Curry and chips were bone dry there was very little curry on ,kebab wrap very little kebab meat in and quite cold when it arrived

Great food, piping hot and arrived early, highly recommend.

Disgusting was served fish that was off and I took one bite and swallowed it and 8 hours later I had the jittery jits really bad for 2 days and was really ill , I will report to local council food inspector. Very pricey also

Lovely food but there is no way the kebab was a large one there was about 6 strips of meat that just about filled a tiny pitta bread not good at all when it cost £24 for 2 pizzas chips and a mini kebab and sauce!!
