Just had a pizza the best Iv had highly recommended

Took an hour and a half and still managed to forget some of the food we live like a mile and a half away definitely wouldn't recommend

Every year we on holiday we order food from here food is always red hot best pizza shop and food is absolutely lovely best pizza shop it beats my pizza shops around here would highly recommend this place

Amazing food the hoggie wraps are to die for and so are the burgers amazing prices would recommend to anyone

Ordered large doner kebab cost£8.00 When I opened it looked a lot but then you notice doner meat paper thin you can see through it.Salad consisted of onion and a small piece of lettuce no tomato.Taste was good but not enough for your hard earned money.come on give the customer what he pays for.

Placed just shy of a £100 pound order and all I can say is wow! The guys in the shop were great, the pizza was fresh and red hot. The chips were crispy and the garlic/chilli sauces were great. Freebies were greatly appreciated and if we are ever back up this neck of the woods we will definitely get from Ozkan’s grill again. Cheers guy

We tried both pizza and donner meat & chips from Ozkans and were not disappointed, everything very tasty and the donner meat was neither cold, bland, nor greasy which is great. We will return if we come to Berwick again.

I’m a truck driver , parked on the industrial estate near Morrisons. Really fancied a good kebab for my evening meal tonight. Read all the local reviews and nearly didn’t order from here due to a negative review. Well I’m pleased I did, I ordered via”Just Eat” . The food arrived 15 minutes before the app had advised, which I was really impressed and pleased about. I had ordered a mixed kebab, the food was still hot, especially the chips. The chicken was cooked very well, lovely flavour, as was the shish. The donner meat was nicely cooked as well, I could not fault it at all, even the chips were well cooked, nice and golden in colour. The garlic dip was lovely as well. I would certainly recommend this place and will certainly use them in future when I park up here. Well done.

Nipped in on way back to caravan site from train station. Food and service was superb. No complaints, will visit again when back in the area

Ordered pizza,kebab and chips tonight,pizza was ok,chips were over salted and unedible and asked for a kebab without salad and separate sauce and never got any sauce and the kebab meat was dry and crusty,im glad i dont live in berwick and this was a one off visit,absolutely awful and a waste of £20 😡

Ordered via JustEat, advised 50 mins delivery after order accepted. Sent message to JustEat after the time ran over. Advised it would be another 20 minutes, called when this time elapsed, told the order was on the way. Another 20 minutes passes, call back, initially told they don’t deliver out of town, asked why they accepted the order and took the money? Then told the order was on the way, said I was told that 20 mins ago and we’re 10 mins max away (according to maps) restaurant then said they were very busy and it’s not just me. I said we’d been waiting 2 hours for a kebab and two pizzas and asked if they were going to deliver it not, the restaurant hung up. I’d avoid. Food was finally delivered over 2 hours after it was ordered and the quality was good to be fair but the experience was still negative.

Went to Ozkan's last night for the first time. Food was exquisite. I ordered a large shish kebab, which came wirh a portion of salad and I also ordered chips. Food took a while to come, there were lots of phone orders and delivery guys to compete with. Looking forward to going back here.

Chicken was delicious. Salad was tasteless and was TINY, which was surprising since I asked for no breads, just meat and salad. I would say there was less than a handful. The amount of chicken was a bit stingey too. Plenty of sauce though. They don't take card and if you're caught without cash, they get you to faff around on justeat which charges you service charge. I would have liked more food for the price I paid.

Cheap quality overpriced food. Was given old donner meat that left me with sickness & a bad stomach for 48hrs. First & last time. Avoid!

Different class from the other kebab shop down the road. The staff are so lovely everytime, the boss man is a lovely guy, so friendly. The food is top notch 👌 A lot of care is taken of customers. We had a really bad experience last night down the road, Ozkans made up for it tonight so thankyou guys from the bottom of our hearts 💕 The 3 geordie lasses xx

Read the reviews before choosing to pop in here and to be fair they were almost all positive in the last few months and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Ordered a Pakora and Donner Wrap, Chicken Kebab and Kids Menu item. Price was reasonable leaning towards slightly expensive however once I received food my concern was alleviated as portion sizes where really good. Quality of food was excellent. Salad came in a separate tub so was still lovely and fresh! Service was excellent and guy was very pleasant. Would definitely say 4.5 - 5 rating for this one. Very very good

This place is awesome. I arrived one evening from a delayed train, v hungry, and they stayed open a little bit longer to help me!!! Food is great. Also, why I was there another person came and quiered their order. There was no conflict or challenge, just a simple, "let me check what I owe you" and a repayment from the till. This is a great business, and run by a great team!!

Salad is a bit more than just a tiny piece of lettuce and bit of onion. That's what no competition does.

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery when arrived all burnt . Shop sales associate very rude on the phone when enquiring why order was late . To the point of shouting down the phone . There luck to get one star only because the chips came hot ! Well never again

Giving this a 5 star, doesn’t deserve any less, Monday night I ordered a mixed kabab and a bbq chicken pizza, it was outstanding, it was cooked to perfection, the guy that served me was brilliant, I would highly recommend this place 👌this is my go to place every time I visit Berwick upon tweed

CASH ONLY in shop ordered 2 mixed kebabs chips and onion rings, unfortunately the shop only takes cash, if you only have card use the app(and get 10%discount) Food was prepared for me while I went in search of cash machine just down the road. member of staff apologised for not taking cards when I returned, but told him it was no problem. Food was excellent 👌, Best kebab I've had in a long time. Will use again next time I'm visiting Berwick and might download the app 🤗

Sorry guys but the kebab meat is the worst iv ever tried by far!

Well where to start! We called into the shop. I asked for 2 large donner kebabs with salad. Wow!! I was totally overwhelmed with the size of it!.... it wouldn't even feed my bloody my pet hamster sedrick! Absolutely appalled. Let's just say I felt as though my pants were ousted down and got shafted. With out the stick!!

Absolute disgrace, waited over 2 hours for our order and when it arrived the pizzas were burnt! Rang twice to enquire and both times was told it was on the way. Won’t be back 😡

only take cash which nowadays is a bit of a nuisance as the closet back is a bit awkward to get parked near whilst the Mr enjoyed his pizza I found my kebab to be overly greasy I personally wouldn't rush back 😬

Do not eat at this place under any circumstances. The main food server is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills if you're really that unhappy with your job you're free to switch it up and make that life better for yourself, don't take you unhappiness out on hungry customer's. They have a discount if you order through the website which they never inform you about in the shop. And they also fail to tell you if you order near to closing time the order is added the following morning orders. I got into a argument for asking if my order was confirmed and received due to I being near closing. Now for the actual food review the pizza I got was a basic cheese and tomato pizza with added chicken. This was not worth the wait it was burnt and tasteless it may of looked the part but sure didn't taste it. So please people do not waste your time and money in this establishment they are laughing to the bank while we rush to the toilet.

Waited 2.30 hours for pizza that looked like it had been cooked by a blind person.cant forget about the hairs that added a nice silky taste to my chips thankyou for putting such care into my cremated food.u can tell that these guys are professional chefs and you are not to question thier ways!

Absolutely shocking , driver arrived apologised for taking so long , says the owner does not care how busy it is , called the shop to be told we are very very busy , then hung up the phone , on calling back had my mobile number repeated back to me and told to call back as I am a regular customer , is a shame a good business module can not cope with its success . I hope to get my £16.90 back as promised on the phone by an ignorant member of staff that hung up the phone a second time .

I waited over 2hrs rang twice the guy very rude put phone down me. My advice to anyone placing a delivery order to avoid at all cost.

Ordered a 12"Doner Calzone with onions. The Calzone pizza was very flat with very little Doner meat inside. It was the poorest Calzone I've ever seen and definitely not worth the money. I won't be ordering again.

Not impressed. Staff not very friendly and pizza burnt on the edges. Other food may be better and this was just a one off visit whilst on holiday to save me cooking.

We went camping in Berwick and ordered food from here . Kebab meat is amazing and the pizza was amazing. Perfect garlic sauce. I would recommend these guys 100% 5⭐ from my family. Thank you ozkan's grill

Fantastic service and lovely food

Lovely mixed kebab box with onions peppers and mushrooms. Little mix up with the delivery address,but as we at a caravan park can be excused. Food still arrived hot and the delivery driver was very apologetic,but like I said worse things happen at sea. Would recommend

Ordered food at 1710hrs and still waiting for delivery at 2000hrs . Poor service and excuses given of its on its way and wrong delivery address. Avoid if at all possible. Have just realised the feedback from owner is actually quicker than the delivery of food!!!!

What a joke of a place, ordered food at 10 for delivery at 10:40. Phoned at 11 asking where the order was, he said its on its way yet nothing came. Phoned back to be told it a couple of minutes away. Yet nothing came... Phoned back only to be hung up on its now 11:53 ozkans aren't answering the phone and no way to ask for my money back and cancel the order. The way they have dealt with this by hanging up before I could say anything, I will not be giving them a second chance like they have asked other reviews to do

First time trying Ozkans, ordered the meal deal 4 for our family of four. Absolutely loved it and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

This place is a absolute joke me and a mate ordered food online they ring us saying they can not deliver out side of Berwick however we are in the same postcode area as there shop they also speak to customers with ignorance and abruptly and also offer no solutions other than to collect the order however as truck drivers on our nightly rest period we cannot move so to this end they should state clearly there terms about delivery!!!!!!.

We had pizza. It was tasty but I thought it was too much smothered with cheese. Not as good as Pizziaolo.

Unacceptable disappointment, chili sauce poured onto your kebab instead of served in a pot absolutely ruined the kebab soggy wet mess will never order from her again vile. Disgrace to kebabs hope you go bankrupt.

Best pizza I have ever had and very lovely staff and great prices. Garlic sauce should win a nobel peace prize because it could end wars.

Better this time around as first time food was cold and 40 minutes late but I was offered my next order for free. The food was definitely hotter and was nice. Best thing to do is go in the shop and order that way food will be hot and not late.

Almost 2 hours for delivery, had been told mine was next to be sent out.... 20 mins later still nothing.

Used to love getting a take away from Ozkan's but it's seriously gone down hill. Routinely waiting over 2 hours now for a take away to arrive in a small town is absolutely ridiculous.

Wouldn’t recommend getting food from here if you want it within 2 hours! Rang up to ask where it was and the guy was very rude, said it was on its way for it then to arrive half an hour later! Food arrived cold and very average.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 2 and half hours for a small pizza with chips. Woman I spoke with on the phone never once apologised instead kept telling me "it's on its way" or "it's two minutes away". Spoke with delivery driver when it eventually arrived and he said he had came straight from the shop and this was reflected in how burning hot the food was so evidently lied to when told "it's on its way it's been out for delivery for a while" will not use again. 0 customer care. Would not recommend for delivery.

Very rude staff. I ordered online, confirmation email stated delivery would be to me @ 17:25pm. At 17:50pm I called Ozkans to enquire to my order. The man on the phone was not interested in the time given to me at time of ordering. Infact when I suggested he fix the email time given if not working he abruptly thanked me for my suggestion cut me off while talking and slammed the phone down. The man needs a lesson in manners. We will never order from Ozkans again.

Phoned an order at 8.06pm, stood waiting until 8.58 waiting for my order. Lots of other people waiting too, some had been there before me. Clearly too concerned about getting their JustEat orders out as the delivery driver came and went 3 times whilst I was waiting. Food was fine but definitely not worth the wait!

Don’t usually have a problem found a hair on pizza and we phoned and asked for a replacement when I told him what I found he asked “what do you want me to do about it” so rude I said it’s bad considering COVID 19 is about and he said what’s that awful had to phone delivery man to get a new pizza appreciation for getting new pizza from him also when we phoned he hung up on us 2 times

The owner of this kebab shop in Berwick-Upon-Tweed makes the best mixed meat kebab wrap in the U.K. by far also his chips are awesome, a very friendly and efficient takeaway, well worth trying

Shocking service... 2hrs for 2 pizzas 1/2 mile away from the shop... And not so much as an apology disgusting!!!!

A whole nice experience. I was attended by Turan, the owner, and he was really helpful in our take away. Good price, good quality and open to adapt orders for vegans.

Would give no stars if I could in this awful time we thought we would get a take away and try ozkan's yet the man that answered the phone the 2nd time was rude and very abrupt and hung up yes we understand its busy but does not give you the right to talk to people in that manner then hang up on us so we phoned back and cancelled only to be give even more abuse will not be back and will make sure to spread the word of how they treat their customers! The first English man to answer the phone was a charming and very pleasant man and cant fault him.

2 hours and still waiting for food delivery 😔 phoned after 70 mins to be told it was leaving soon.... 30 mins later phoned again and told it was on its way soon. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Great food but needs to be ordered in the shop.... Food finally delivered 2 hours later but one pizza short! Not the 1st time this has happened either its now second time I have missed eating with the family 😡 phoned up to explain but manager wasn't interested had to wait for the delivery driver to get back b4 he would make one and send it out. Thanks for ruining a family night in!!

Asked and paid for 3 small doners went to the bank to get cash out as they don’t accept card payment, when we got back it was already packed, got home and opened the bag to find 2 small portions of doner. Won’t be back!

Our food arrived over 30 minutes late, food was cold and bland. Overall it was a disappointment. Chicken wraps were dry, pizzas were just junk, chips soggy, even the garlic mayo dip tasted bad. A couple of our group who had kebab meat said theirs was ok (except temperature) otherwise I'd be asking for a 0 star rating

I am from Bradford was in Wooler for work. Travelled around 16 miles from Wooler to these guys just for pizza. Staff is amazing and Food's lovely. Pizza's were perfectly cooked with balanced ingredients. Definitely Recommend. Give them at least one try if you are near thr. Perfect guys keep it up.

Just got Donner kebab from this place . It's not even edible. Very dry ,cold donner kabab served in pita bread which not even hot enough . Asked for garlic meyo sauce on it . But the sauce it's like stozzy mayonnaise not taste of garlic in it . Total waste of money . Thanks very much . This is the 1st and last time for me . Awful

I despise this takeaway establishment as I the food arrived in awful condition and we asked for food (burger) with noo cheese. And what arrives 1/2 an hour later. The burger, covered in cheese my dad is allergic! We requested another, free of charge, which they complied and all was well! Despite that, avoid the place at all costs. Never ordering from here again!!

Ordered here whilst staying at Haven Berwick site, went to collect order, staff where very friendly and helpful, food was fantastic and huge portions, special kebab was amazing, keep up the good work! I'm visiting the area again soon and will definately be back

Absolutely great food enjoyed every bit of it and delivery right to your caravan door at the Berwick holiday centre. We will be ordering once again when we're back down in Berwick.

Pizza was gorgeous. As was kebab. All made fresh. Wait time wasn't too bad. We were just visiting the area and spotted the shop. Very glad we stopped.
