A quiet meal here. First time at this outlet. Would go again if in the area.

Food was decent enough, drink sizes seem a bit stingey. It is your typical KFC, not somewhere I really want to dine in but pleasant and clean enough.

Great food, staff were really kind, even close to closing time. However, it's a bit too well ventilated so can get a bit cold.

Food okay hit and miss really, seems clean enough in the main eating area never go to the toilets so can't comment

I had visited this KFC outlet on my way back from Edinburgh. Food tasted same like other KFC outlets.

Do not recommend tower burger and sauce should be an option. Restaurant clean

Its a KFC --- Clean and speedy delivery

Decent food, pretty much the same as any other KFC. Was prepared in under 10 minutes. No queues, but also not really anyone sitting in. The place never seems to be busy.

2 big sharing buckets, staff on the ball , food came quickly, daughters with friends all enjoyed it, couldn't fault anything we had , well done KFC Berwick

Must be check cooking oil I have bad experience with couple a time

It's a perfectly good KFC. Clean, tidy, quick with food that's up to scratch.

KFC is a firm favourite of mine 😋 very helpful and friendly staff also.

I can not give it no stars for food or service, had to return the 2 meals we ordered as we felt both had been suplied with Zinger filets and a Zinger burger. We were told that the order was correct, then why were we missing the chicken piece from the boxed meal? Yes we got our money back but ended up hungry, NEVER AGAIN.

Chicken tasted like it had been cooked with a hairdryer, massive hair wrapped around it and batter slimy. Disgusting and has ruined kfc for me in general

I’ve been 6 times and once it was good. Chicken was dark brown and like it had been sat for a long time, also dripping with oil. Nothing had any flavour. Chips were very dry and bland like they had been sat a while. Staff seem to have no clue what they’re doing and the place is always scruffy even though it’s dead. Not going back.

Wrap was soggy, chicken popcorn was soft and damp with dark oil. Tasted awful. Even my dog wouldn’t eat the chicken! Chips were chewy. Coffee was ok and service was quick. So quick that the meal could not have been fresh cooked as KFC claim on their website. Couldn’t really rate the atmosphere as it was a drive through order. Back to McDonalds when in Berwick next time. At least you can eat their food and the coffee is better.

Such a shame Berwick has cried out for a KFC for years but now it's here it's tarnished the dream. I'm not one who moans and writes bad reviews normally...but...this is bad visit number 6 and again the food was terrible, slightly warm with that great dirty oil taste over everything chicken, fries popcorn it makes no difference it all tastes the same dirty cold oil. Service is pretty poor no one seems to give a monkeys about the place dirty tables, litter on floors, smelly toilets all the usual. There's no atmosphere cos there's no one there just the staff on there phones or playing throw the burger bun at each other. Also they don't sell any drinks that have sugar in...there all artificial sweetened and taste aurfull. They don't deliver so it's hard for them to mess that up. Please please bring this KFC up to the brand standard.

Really disappointed again at both service and meal. We ordered a bucket of 6 pieces of chicken, which was only just warm and very dry. One of the pieces of chicken was too dry to eat. The chips were also cold and dry.. My husband ordered an americano coffee and was given half a cup of black coffee. He went back to tell them and they said they would bring a cup to our table. We waited ten minutes and in the end he had to go back and ask again and waited at the counter this time to make sure he got it. I wanted to leave a review on the website as suggested on the receipt, however, the receipt we were given was nothing like the one on the website and had no location code so I have been unable to give feedback.

Every kfc seems to dish out a drum if you order one piece. They all usually let you swap it, however, not at Berwick....despite not touching it, they cant resell so wont swap it.....put an option on the screens to choose your piece!😂

1st time in this kfc & although no complaints on food etc I was VERY shocked to find the 🚻 🚽 were shared with 2 cubicles for female & 2 for male within the same place....sorry definitely not a safe place for any young girls or boys to be in. In today's society this really shouldn't be a thing & needs looked at!!! IMO

Really nice new branch, food was served promptly and tasted good. Friendly staff and a nice new location that is kept clean and fresh.

every single time ive come here, i have received missing items in my order, ive been told the shop was "out of chicken" ages before it's shut, waiting times are atrocious (ive waited up to 40 minutes before for my food in a *fast food* shop), its a shame because i really like the food but the staff are all completely incompetent teenagers who have no clue what they are doing. do better.

Excellent place staff were nice did have to wait on staff as they wanted to finish there filling up napkins ect was asked to wait which we did 10 minutes think they should be told to serve and fill later as she could of carried on after serving us as the place was empty

I not happy about the situation order is not completed 2 times and for my happy no one has been saying sorry

The coating on the chicken zinger was missing from the bottom half. It also sat for about 5 mins while I waited on fries. Think it sat even longer through the back as it was very greasy. The service was ok. Staff were limited. Won't be back though as felt ill after eating only half of it.

Best KFC we have had in ages, quick service, and much cleaner than others

Chicken was awful, it was old and reheated. It should be gold and crispy, but it was soggy and brown. Very disappointed.

Overcooked and cold food. Some items of order missing. Should have taken it back but after traveling and hungry just couldn't be bothered. Will not return what a waste of £20!!!!! Kids behind the counter with no clue what they are doing.

Chips were not very warm the chicken was the same won't be going back .

What a waste of time. Fourth time I have had the mighty bucket for 1 Never had any chicken legs or breasts yet. Even asked for one last night and was told that I would get what ever was ready. If I had still been there and not at home when I opened it I would have given them it back. 😡😡

The food was fine but it did take 25mins to cook. We went ther e at 11pm

Unable to share anything other than 1 for service. Shortly after opening we sat in the drive through with no response or staff taking our order. After waiting a couple of minutes we drove around to all the windows, not a staff member to be seen... although Google had the opening times showing they should have already been open 10 minutes by that point. Not good enough, if you have a drive through it should be staffed appropriately or clearly state it's shut. We were on route to a funeral and could have done without the time wasting or delay.

Lovely food, great deals and excellent service.

If I could would give no stars, just paid £21.99 for the worst KFC I have ever had , I waited 10 minutes while they cooked it and I was all very dark brown and burnt including the fries , the only thing that was not dark brown was the hot wings , I live twenty miles away .and would not waste the fuel to take this awful meal back .

First time that I've been to a KFC. I'm a little disappointed. The chicken was quite nice. However, the chips were disappointing, warm, and not very appealing. Will give it another go, in the hope it was a one-off.

Staff very quick and efficient. However we had a family 10pc meal and the chicken was so dry and overcooked. Nice Gravy, thick and tasty.

Visited the new KFC in Berwick, waited years for this. It was the thing of myth and legend, for many years rumours of KFC coming to Berwick. Finally KFC arrived, my quest was to visit soon after it opened to experience the succulent juicy chicken. I set off on my journey and there it was sitting proudly at the top of Berwick like a beacon of hope . I was very disappointed with the meal I ordered, the chips and gravy were tasty but the two pieces of chicken were very dry. The zinger tower burger was a sloppy mess, the bun was soggy and falling apart. The potato thing was mush, I can only call it a thing as I could not define what it was. I removed the chicken from the bun and scraped off the potato mush as the zinger chicken fillet was not bad. In summary I will not be rushing back unless they up their game. The myth the legend destroyed, back to McDonald's.

Staff attentive consumer focused, service great chicken cooked well and fresh hope they do well in there new restaurant!

On the night we were in there around 22.00hr on Oct 2nd the staff seemed disinterested, the chicken was not cooked though enough (very pink on the inside near to the bone, the chips tasted like they had been kept warm to long in the warming tray/oven. The seating is very simple, the toilets were joint male/female /unisex , all in the same room with internal doors that had the male figure on one and female figure on the other, when my wife when in men were using all cubicles on both occasions . This might have been a off night for this recently opened KFC but it put us off.

this kfc is great! the staff were all positive and the genuine vibe of the store was awsome and so was my food will definitely be coming back sometime soon :)

We got a 6 piece bucket with gravy and coleslaw as sides, omg it was gorgeous, chicken so succulent on the bone, chips crispy, 10 out of 10 glad they’ve come to Berwick, hope they keep up these standards, plus staff very polite

great food terrible service althought the food is good the service is awful every time i have gone something bad always happen missing items wrong order dropped food i have been 5 times and 1 or 2 of those things happened

Absolute rubbish! So disappointed . It’s a while since we’ve had anything from a KFC and we most certainly will NOT be going back to the one In Berwick. Chips were cold and greasy, the order given was not what we’d asked for( three piece meal, bone in. We got dippers!). The photo is of the chips we were given for one order, terrible. Buck your ideas up.

Have now had two meals from this KFC. The chicken was like rubber and the coating nearly broke my teeth. If I could give no stars, that's what I would have chose.

I'm the happiest guy, I waited so long for KFC, I've written to KFC, about opening here Berwickshire, the one in Edinburgh is 46 miles away. I'm an American, living here now 30 years with my Scottish wife and I love my KFC, since 1960 NYC. Thanks for coming, I live just 7.2 miles from KFC. In Chirnside Duns.👍👏👏👏😄Dimas👍

Food: 9/10 Price: £ Staff: 10/10 Wait time: 10/10 I decided to order on the second day of opening and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the service was. There are plenty of areas to sit inside, with a comfortable waiting area for your food. You are able to order via touch screen or at the desk and can scan your rewards app to gain rewards. It was easy to choose what I wanted and easy to edit and alter my meal. I was served within a few minutes of placing my order, which I was pleasantly surprised as it was fairly busy. There are a wide range or different food options; something for everyone, as well as a big range of drinks. The only issue I had with beverages was that the majority of drinks are diet or sugar free, which can be an issue for those intolerant of the ‘fake’ sugars used. Overall experience of my first visit was definitely a positive and I look forward to visiting again!
