Baguetty Junction in Cardiff

Placed a big breakfast order for the office with baguetty junction and couldn't be happier with the service and food! The whole thing was organised perfectly by the team at baguetty junction and the quality of the breakfast we had for the price we paid was phenomenal! Highly recommend and will be returning in future! J

My experience with baguetty junction has not been very pleasant! Started a new job in cardiff so thought I would try this place. Orderd 2 deluxe breakfast trays then went to pick it up and they come out with 2 baguettes?? Bear in mind there is no deluxe baguette! Then waited 45 mins for the trays! Ordered from there 16th Oct 2023 Ordered Chicken, Pesto and mozzarella baguette and a bacon and sausage baguette. The first baguette come with no chicken and had food poisoning from the bacon and sausage!! Will never eat here ever again!!!!

Delivery driver was really friendly, I enjoyed a chicken mayonnaise baguette, portion size was great! Very tasty.

Had a tricky experience with Uber Eats and Michelle was super helpful in trying to rectify it. Whilst the delivery driver was awful the food was delicious and super reasonable, and I appreciated the offer of some extras with my next order. Great food and service.

Though I sort of enjoyed the baguette as I was hungry, it was probably the most basic of baguettes I've ever had, made with what seemed to be quite cheap ingredients. Shop smelt a bit funny too. Think I'll stick to alternatives in town.

please do not bother food is under cooked and cold when it comes to you arrives late and the place as rats as i seen when i went to speak to them dirty place

For the best sandwich in Cardiff, look no further (the southern fried chicken baguette in particular is exceptional). Everything is made fresh and I feel that the quality of the produce is very good. Friendly, local staff and always great service, even at busy times. There's a /certain sandwich chain/ in my building and I would still rather walk here. Their prices are also highly competitive, especially for the quality. I don't often have a sandwich but, if I do, it's a Baguetty.

Really beginning to like this place. Breakfast meal deal about £6. Breakfast in tray, small chocolate bar and coffee. Staff are lovely, and obliging. Local business and they do deliveries for a charge. There maybe a wait for delivery.

First time i had a delivery from Baguetty Junction and the service and food was of a very high standard. Will definitely be ordering again and definitely recommend to family and friend's *****

We popped in to get some baguettes on a Tuesday lunchtime when it was quite quiet. The baguettes were nice and fresh with a decent amount of filling. Would recommend if you're looking for somewhere without a long lunchtime queue. Also, love the name of this place!

Second visit after the change in ownership. The young girls at counter were inexperienced. One looked overworked but could have just been under trained. Too many empty dishes in the display cabinet with dried black ring marks on the tray. A sign that the trays being reused for consecutive days which I guess is ok but looks a bit off putting. Lack of organisation as too much running back and forth to the kitchen. Food came out fast but I’ve tasted better from a burger van. Given 5 stars as I don’t want to be the first to give less stars.

I have been going here for years usually on lunch from the office. The food is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. Just ordered on Deliveroo for a takeaway breakfast and it was 10/10. Took a little while but the lady called and was friendly, apologised for the wait and let us know our food would be on the road in ten minutes and they will throw in a free cookie to say sorry. Unnecessary as we wouldn’t have moaned but another example of their fantastic customer service. Can’t wait to get back here for lunch once COVID is all over!

Great breakfast baguette & also a wide selection of other sandwiches, rolls & baguettes. All at a reasonable price. They also offer a variety of drinks & even the large tube of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream.

Great food and really tasty. Great easy food for on the go. Prices are great. Service is great and staff are friendly and helpful.

I have become completely addicted to this place! I've been searching for oven baked jackets for ages. I call once I've ordered via just eat to specify oven baked jacket as I love the crispy skin and flavor. It comes with salad which I ask for separately. The portion is amazing value for money! They will happily add more salad items free of charge. They are so helpful and will happily accommodate any request. Food is always delivered boiling hot or cold depending what you order. I would recommend them...

Used to work nearby a few years back and they were great then, still great now.

Ordered 3 baguettes for the journey to Cornwall after renting a car across the Rd. I had a 4yr old and a 12yr old with me, very disappointed. Had to stop off an hour into the journey for more food, expensive for low quality food.. The sausage baguette was drowning in bread, with a small burnt sausage in the middle. Blt had greasy bacon? Breakfast baguette comprised of 1 sauage, 1 bacon 1 egg, 1 hash brown. Was offered a £15 voucher which I refused as I wouldn't know what I would spend the voucher on.

This place is a regular for an office lunch. We use their menu online and order over the phone for pick up. The menu is extensive and always a good variety. The lady who run the shop are lovely and always make you feel like you want to come back and order again. The food when picked up is clearly marked so no opening of other peoples food to find your own choice. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, decent sandwich.

Waiting at BMW to collect car , was recommended this place and told great proportions. Place was spotlessly clean , well laid out , totally charming lady serving. Service was quick , was a great selection ; example six different chicken fillings. Great value for money at £3.50 I chose a spicy version with all salad, it was great proportions , salad super fresh and bread too. Far superior to any chain sandwich place I’ve used. Willl call again and strongly recommend. Visit date 8 March , early lunch time.

They do fab breakfasts .can't get a breakfast anywhere in cardiff for this price.

This shop is great for sandwiches and baguettes, hot or cold , other snacks are available too, great portions and good value, our office uses virtually every day
