Got the order wrong, stuff that was sent wasn't great

Really good, tasty food and good value for money. Hands down the best kebab in York.

So disappointed we ordered last night and got small size garlic breads missing pots of sauce this happened before but we really liked this takeaway so tried again .unfortunately we will not order again we were loyal customers spending around £60 a week definitely not anymore

May be best pizza in York and I've tried all the good ones, the deal was overly generous so felt bad I couldn't leave a tip, will leave double next time😁

Pizza is amazing, perfect crust. £7 a tad excessive for popcorn chicken, given the cost I’d assumed it came with chips but that’s on me really for not checking.

Vegetarian pizza arrived with meat on it. I had asked for pineapple but they had put on pepperoni. I double checked the order I put through incase it was my error but wasn't the case. Was a nice pizza the bit I could eat though.

Great takeaway with lots of choice and great food for price. Only issue was ordering online the details (in terms of collection or delivery and time for pickup) dont go through to the staff so maybe ordering via phone might have been a better option

Pizza was flavourful but a thinner base than expected. couldn't find any Donner meat although it was in the pizza description. They did exclude the spicy beef as I added in the order notes, but missed the pineapple I paid extra for.

Food was excellent, the driver lovely and polite. My first order and will it will not be my last!

Excellent food! Made the pizza thin crust like requested and most resturants will ignore that! Food was warm, chips were good and jalepeno poppers ran out so were replaced with extra mozz dippers which most resturants will just not inform you or replace/refund! Def new go too place

Ordered a medium pizza and chips No driver when ordered so Had to have it the next day instead No medium pizza driver came with a small pizza and garlic dip to compensate the small instead of medium 🤣 Did upgrade the chips from small to large Would have rather had the bigger pizza as ordered instead of a couple of extra chips 😡

Always have a great experience when ordering from Babylon. The pizza texture and crust is amazing. Lots of cheese tomato and toppings and not greasy. Always a quick delivery time from them and never had a bad experience when ordering. Best delivery pizza shop in York

3 x Large cheesy chips for £19.20 = basically 3 regular sized in a bigger container. Total Rip off. Also too greasy and tasteless!

Order never turned up, after being accepted and waited up 1 and a half hours. Disgusting service. Avoid this takeaway and choose another one on the list.

Pizza dough tasted horrible n undercooked as were the mozzarella sticks still frozen in middle. Donor meat and chips taste like they were cooked earlier and reheated. Also drink was missing from my order rang to ask them to complain about the drink missing n attitude from them was atrocious zero customer service skills. How they have all these good reviews is beyond me. However I did order close to closing time so by time I rang to complain driver had gone home. Won’t be ordering here again that

The chicken in my kebab was perfect for me as I had asked for it to be well done, extremely disappointed tho as the kebab didn’t come with any salad. Just the chicken in the pitta with the separate sauces!

Absolutely love this place, order from here quite a lot, every single time the food has been brilliant, the shop even lets us add pizza base sauce to the nachos even though it dosent come with it on the menu, they add it every time for us and ring to ask if we want the same again, amazing service each time we ring, highly recommend this place 10/10

Ordered the babylon box. Both myself and my partner were disappointed with the food. It was delivered on time, but everything was cold apart from the burgers. The chips were hard and tasteless. The only thing we enjoyed was the onion rings.

Excellent food as always and delivered in good time, but the restaurant even included a free slice of cake as they weren't happy with their delivery time. Excellent customer service and the driver was very nice.

Just had our 2nd takeaway from here we had pizza the first time great value and very nice food lovely delivery man gave us a leaflet for 10% off if we ordered on line so we did tonight Kebab chips salad the chilli sauce is the best !!!!!! Defo our place to come to now Many thanks 😃

Only discovered this tonight and it’s the takeaway in York!! Well cheap for what u get portion wise !! Cost me & £15.50 for a massive portion of donner and chips with salad and sauces separate and a pizza. That includes delivery and service charge aswell ‘n

Nice pizza, reasonably warm. Let down with the fries packaged in polystyrene. Such a shame because they had steamed themselves then become chewy. Ok and tasty.
