Went for NYE, staff were great, atmosphere was awesome and the food was brilliant. Couldn't have asked for a better night

The food wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. The staff were friendly and the decor was quite nice.

My partner and I attended the new year party last night and we had a fantastic time! It was very well organised, very friendly staff and just an amazing atmosphere. Perfect way to see the new year in! Will definitely return in future for sure!!

The food here is excellent, The duck was cooked exquisitely. Previously a wine bar, but is still the venue that is leading the class charge in Hailsham, whether for drinks or food. The only piece missing is the lack of beer on cask. Lagers and Guinness at the bar as the only choice for beer drinkers don't cut it.

We had the most amazing food this evening at B12, the staff are friendly & attentive and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Would highly recommend & we will definitely be returning again..

Had a private party at the B12 on Saturday. Everything was amazing, the food was amazing, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you to Finley for helping with the organisation of it all and thank you to Luke (I think) for dealing with the drink requests!

We had a really nice lunch at B12! The staff were really welcoming and friendly right from the beginning, and the interior was cosy and comfortable. A couple of us had the fish and chips, I had chorizo hash, another had the pie, and the eggs Benedict. All our food was greatly enjoyed, it tasted amazing! It did take a little while to come out but we were a party of 6 and the food tasted great so it was worth the wait. The only issue I had with mine was that the potatoes just tasted a bit old, not entirely fresh. Everyone else had no complaints about their dish. Overall, loved it and would definitely return

This looked a nice place, but unfortunately there is no wheelchair access, only high steps at the front entrance, we were advised by the staff there was no other entrance, so as one of our party was in a wheelchair we had no alternative but to go elsewhere, I feel they should address this situation if they can.

Fantastic place with lovely food and very friendly staff that are willing to listen to any concerns you may have with certain food allergies.

TBH i have not had any food here but it's a wonderful place to visit with friends for Drinks

Went to a family members 80th Suprise Birthday bash. It was a fab place. Lovely staff. Fantastic food and drink. Loads of room but could do with a lift as most of our guests were elderly and stairs are an issue. But it did not spoil the event. Everyone enjoyed themselves

Today 29th July 2021. I was part of a hen party. We requested a particular song to be made louder but there was no difference to the sound. I asked again but I was ignored. Customers are paying for a comfortable environment which is reflected in the price of the drinks. Customer service is poor. Customer service needs to be improved upon. Not acceptable for the price charged for drinks. Needs vast improvement.

We had a great evening at B12, all the staff were very attentive. The food was the winner, lamb chops were cooked perfectly, and the prawn linguine was delicious. To finish we had cocktails from the friendly bar staff, again nothing but perfection. We had a wonderful evening.

Celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary there. Lovely from start to finish. Service and food first class, Live music from Tom Walker and Christabel which was fantastic. We had a chilled evening and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again.

Nice place, attentive staff. Had a prawn sandwich but bread very dried out so spoilt the experience really. Did mention it. Once the bill was given we had to call them over to pay it some while later...however it won't deter us returning.

Fabulous cocktails but even more fabulous staff members this afternoon- 27th May- who were so caring and considerate when one of our party felt faint and unwell. Thank you for your kindness, so much appreciated!

Relaxed vibe, plenty of drinks to choose from including cocktails, draft beers and selection of wines. Great staff in there as well. Best bar/pub in Hailsham. Plus the food is great too

Because of Lisa and Adam I had the most amazing night they look after me and Worked together as a team they went the extra mile to make sure all the customers had a great night. Lisa was amazing the best!

Thank you Melvin 😍👍 Went in here for a Saturday morning breakfast, an event called "Men@HPC" arranged by Hailsham Parish Church designed to allow men share their experiences about Jesus. The "full English breakfast" consisted of a sausage, an fried egg and tomatoe, baked beans, small button mushrooms, hash brown potatoes and a slice of bacon plus a cup of coffee. Not the largest breakfast I've had, but it was hot and delicious. The surroundings of the B12 have recently been modernised and are very clean & comfortable. The staff too are very hard working, friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return to try out the rest of the menu. Thank you B12 👍🙂 Nov'22. Lovely bar to sit relax and chill out . Great choice of beers wines and food . Fantastic atmosphere they really make you feel welcome. We love going there

The food was average but we waited a frankly ridiculous time for each course. Really ruined the experience and the food was not really worth the wait. They also brought my food out with half the plate of food missing… really unprofessional.

Dropped into B12 as we were passing through. Just a fantastic find, such a warm welcome from Melvyn and the best coffee in Sussex. Cool decor, filled with happy customers and a great buzz - even at 11am! Will be back for food next time as everything looked delicious.

I looked at the lunch menu and found I would be happy to eat as a choice, not just one or two of the meals, but ALL of the food displayed on the menu. The venue atmosphere was terrific and the staff were simply the best. I have enjoyed many five star restaurants in my long life, but they do not hold a candle to the B12 Bar & Kitchen. I will most certainly be back!

Last night enjoyed our Christmas Party night at B12, it was great - Food was lovely and Staff great. Unfortunately had one to many of their cocktails - so nursing a sore ahead this morning but that's my fault 😄 Well Done B12 for a great evening.

Can't fault B12 it has everything. We popped in for Saturday lunch. Great and interesting menu choices (including many vegan options). Quick service, friendly atmosphere and live music!

Had a really pleasant evening here in a lovely atmosphere, at a great venue. Front of house service was superb and live music with solo acoustic guitarist was first class.

Great food, superb staff. We had king prawn linguine, and a tasty beef burger with fine sauces and sides.Finished with very enjoyable dessert of peanut butter and chocolate tart topped with peanut ice cream.

B12 is always reliably good for a cocktail. They aren't too strong and they're not very big for the price of them but they're always nice enough. We popped in for a sharing board for lunch. The polenta chips were INCREDIBLE and the cauli cheese was not bad but the bread seemed a bit stale and chunky for our liking. Staff are always so lovely and friendly.

100 % brilliant.. From start to finish. I arranged a surprise 30th for my partner. I couldn't of planed it better. 5 stars isn't enough. I didn't taste the food sadly but the 40 guests said it was excellent

Cocktail 'hour' awesome.. great choices. Barman were happy to explain talk about them as they were making. Didnt eat there, menu looked ok.

Think it was Vanessa Williams who sang about saving the best 'til last. Off home tomorrow after a week's holiday in Hailsham area. Ate out a few times around and about, but the food's quality, taste and presentation were by far the best of the week. Serving staff attentive, polite and pleasant too.

I wish there was an option for 6 stars! I go to B12 whenever I need to celebrate. The food is amazing quality for the price and the staff are the sweetest people. If you need a place to eat in Hailsham, this is the place. I never begrudge spending money here.

Good food, nice cocktails and well decorated bar and restaurant. Unfortunately our meal in the restaurant was spoiled by the very loud dance music playing throughout. I couldn't heat what my partner was saying. We were given the wrong wine and asked for explanation but none given. Shame as we always liked it here before.
