cute atmosphere & 10/10 shisha. mocktails were also really good. one of my favourite lounges in birmingham!

This fine place situated near the famous balti triangle has really recaptured the essence of enjoying the finest Double apple, in a lounge.The owner was on hand to greet upon entering the cosy looking establishment across 2 floors.The service was great as it came with more than just a few words like experienced in other venues and once again the owner is on hand to ensure your experience is one of satisfaction.I recommend those that enjoy the experience of an authentic lounge to pay these guys a visit...Keep up the efforts lads.

Went with my wife and had breakfast which was no doubt really nice. The customer service was good too. . .However i have given 3 stars because the whole experience was somewhat over shadowed by the immaturity of the staff shouting and laughing with mates and swearing at each other. Some might call it banter, but try to keeping a lower tone. Also the choice of tracks playing in the background are not suitable if you want to take your family for breakfast or lunch. Overall its not a family place, and on that basis i would not go again.

Excellent atmosphere with taste of west , staff are friendly and quick to serve, food presentation 7/10 , drink presentation 8/10 , value for money 7/10 , try this place out it worth it.

It was very clean and cosy, service was good and I was happy with my food.i would go again.car parking was a problem.

Went this morning with my mum to try the breakfast, had great service and was made to feel welcome, food was great and good portion sizes.

Lovely decor. I tried the cafe despite the negative reviews on here being labelled as fictitious. Their shisha coals are good, flavour is good however the coal change is rare and I had to keep calling for a change. Tried their karak chai but it was not karak chai, more like store bought powdered chai. Staff tend to sit around. I hope you take up the feedback and improve as it has a lot of potential.

OVERALLY PRICED AND COLD TEAS Worst cafe ever! First it was actually so cold and when we went upstairs still the same. It was quiet yet took over 45mins to get simple food. The two paratha they call is roti smothered in oil and cut in 4 pieces might as well got a tortilla wrap! No cutlery or napkins on table when food arrived. Tea was freezing..when asked for a glass of water they bring a bottle and have a cheek to charge!! Was asked when paying bill everything ok told them all above and still didn't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After a few friends recomended this place we went as a family with a newborn to try it out for breakfast absolutely terrible experience! When we first arrived the worker was alone we was told to just take a seat he was rushing around with delivery orders we waited for him to bring menu then for him to come back to take order he was all rushed off his feet the place was FREEZING, we had a newborn with us, told by the guy only the owner can turn heating on/off from his phone and he was not answering just phone to ask him to switch it on. Asked to order pancakes was told they have none, ordered desi breakfast stated on menu with two paranthas you actually get one cut in 4 pieces breakfast came out cold ! Karak chaii is mixed up powder absolutely DISGUSTING, service is just not there the place has no atmosphere would not bother with this place !!!! But the guy who was there

Terrible is not even the word. Lucky I can’t be asked to access a thesaurus. The double apple tasted like mixed fruit; iron blast was ok, karak chai was grandma milk with sugar. I always like to give analogies to help people understand. It’s like me saying: “I am a man.” I advertise as a man on a dating website and then I turn up with a bulging chest and no bulge down below. Some may argue that the bulge below being non-existent is actually the case, but let’s not go in to that. That is exactly the same as advertising karak chai and receiving milk. The mocktail gave my friend type 3 diabetes (new medical condition). The mezzanine floor is height discriminatory. If you are 6ft 5in, you’ll suffer head trauma. I am not in to music, but nevertheless what was being played was an attempt at Desi Mozart. It was dastardly. When we complained about the pipe; there was no initial offer to change it. I made this same mistake in marriage. My ex would tell me I need to change. I didn’t. I ended up being a bachelor. Same happens with business. Don’t change and it will shut down. Never coming back here. It looks all beautiful, but substance is lacking. It’s like most women on matrimonial sights.

The food here is amazing! The quality and presentation is top notch. Shisha is great and I can highly recommend this place as a hidden gem

This has got to be the best place for sheesha and food with a nice environment which is hard to find these days but these guys have managed to keep it decent in there.

Venue looks great and staff are attentive and food was okay. I'm not a sheesha fan but feels a bit small too

5 star service from the waitress who was serving me the food was perfect fresh, the decor was nice matched the atmosphere all round a nice place to take your family and friends

Great food and nice chilled out vibe. Food was very nice, i would recommend the chicken tikka and lamb chops starters. Overall it was a very pleasant experience will definitely be returning

Terrible service. I asked for the coal to be changed atleast 3 or 4 times before it actually got changed.Wasnt even busy so I dont understand what took so long apart from the staff talking amongst themselves rather then focusing on customers. Also they didnt mention they are not taking card payments and said to do bank transfer instead.They should had clearly mentioned its cash only .
