Staff are rude. I only asked if one of the guys could chop the tops off the chilli's he refused and when I asked another staff member who was willing the other just eye balled me the whole time. Not a pleasant experience and the food was average at best

Food was good, the delivery driver was a lovely older man, but when i went in and got some food, the managent especially the one with a beard in the shop were rude towards their staff and customers. Needs better owners or management to sort the rudeness out

I would rate them the best kebab shop in Ramsgate, Kent . Meat Quality and portion size is more than reasonable. Mix grill cooked on charcoal is their best house specialty. Highly recommended.

Had a bad experience recently with my local Kebab shop…so I changed and came to Aysan…the two fellas serving my food was so friendly and kind. Food was reasonably priced and I had a big portion. It was also delicious. Highly recommended and will be coming again thank you

Aysan is the best food delivery place I have tried. They are fast, friendly, the food is always good, and their website is cheaper than using Just Eat. Highly recommended.

Ordered a take away for large lamb shish kebab and chicken mixed large kebab. Chicken kebab came in full of chicken and salad , however lamb had only a few peaces of it, onions were missing , only tiny bit of salad. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again.

£12 for 5 jalapeño poppers and a tiny portion of chips. Not good value for money. Since they have changed hands prices have gone up and portion size has gone down. Will go to Bodrum Kebab next time.

The business has gone right down hill The food is not even fresh and not cook properly And now he's put all his prices up so I would seriously not recommend him I've been going There for years but not now.

Have used Aysan several times now & food is always piping hot & tasty. Kebab isn't too dry, burgers are juicy & pizzas are delicious. Delivery drivers are friendly. Definitely recommend.

Thanet kebab much better food alot cheaper asked for a medium kebab and one large £34 pounds never !!!! I've used aysan for years .man on phone was so rude .understandably prices have gone up but hey bake beans tonight thought I'd use local never again so rude .we have probably used them 15 times a year see ya

Good food - however has gone down hill since the 2 previous owners took a step back/stopped working. New ppl there are a shambles.

Much better quality food than other local kebab shops, used to get my kebabs from Queens Kebab Ramsgate, but no longer... This place rocks chilli sauce that has a kick, the other place is like a tomato paste😞...fresh salad (that makes a change too), nice green chilli's that don't look like they have been runover, all round great food! 10/10 recommend this place😉

I've used Aysan quite a few times and I've never had a bad meal. Delivery drivers are always on time and polite and the food always arrives hot.

Just this second received my order. After explaining to the guy on the phone we had to have meat well done the order has turned up and is basically inedible as its like rubber and extremely under cooked. Be warned

Only reason I gave this a 1 star is it wouldn't let me leave a review without lightning up a start... I ring this place up and they say they do delivery's soon as I go to give address he put phone down... So I ring back.. He says... I don't do deliverys.. Fares do I will pick it up.. He takes my full order then says SORRY NO PIZZA... WTAF!!!

The meet and salad was NOT inside the pitta bread ., other kebab shops it is and I ordered no jalapenos and there was 2. disappoint

On first impression walking in to shop to collect my order the 2 men seemed unfriendly and kept glaring at me, which I didn't like. As for the food, the chips were soggy, the lamb doner was like trying to chew a leather belt and the large chicken shish wasn't a very big portion at all and the chicken pieces looked like it had been hacked with a knife. The only good point was the pitta bread although was overcooked. Not the worst but certainly not the best

Food is fine cant fault that bit the language and attitude from the bloke that answered the phone was shocking swearing when i asked how much it would be 😡 last time i order here!!.

They got my order wrong so I thought I had to purchase something else for delivery, it arrived and everything was wrong with our meal! When I tried to discuss this I was met with aggression. Never again will I order from Aysan kebab. Katie

This kebab shop is rated very low on customer service in my opinion. They are rude and very unprofessional. I have ordered from them and also been into the shop and the service is disgusting. This is matched by the food that arrives cold and substandard. They need to remember that just because your ordering a kebab it does not mean your pissed and lost all sense of taste and respect! Never again !
