Avenue House Cafeteria in Barnet

Good choice of meals and sandwiches, freshly prepared. I dislike paper cups for hot drinks but I can understand they are safer for outside use. The prices are much more reasonable than most local cafes or restaurants and certainly much cheaper than at any English Heritage or National Trust site. Service is efficient and friendly.

I don’t live very far from st Stephens Gardens I took the kids with me to have a fun day out with some friends they had a lovely time in the play area and sandpit and explored the grounds, so after we were there for awhile we decided to have lunch and I must say I was pleasantly surprised of how friendly The staff were as it was a little busy nevertheless the food was great and my children loved it we are going to make this a regular it’s funny a few years ago I got married in Ave house so it brought back lovely memories for me it was a little strange being there after seven years.

Estábamos buscando un lugar para comer en Finchley con fácil aparcamiento. Estable inky's Café, junto a la Avenida de la casa tiene un aparcamiento. El café es de un granero convertido. Hay mucha variedad de comida que es razonable (e. g.) y muy bien servidos sandwiches. El café sólo tiene una puerta corredera y en el invierno hace frío cada vez que alguien abre la puerta. Asientos es principalmente bancos que no es tan cómodo. Además, los baños están fuera de la principal café y frío en el invierno. Sin embargo, un buen lugar para un aperitivo.

Pequeño pero perfectamente formado, este pintoresco café ubicado en los establos de la casa de Henry 'Inky' Stephens. Buena selección de comidas frías y calientes y refrigerios, especialmente la variedad de ensaladas de temporada. Igualmente grandioso si solo quieres tomar un café y un pastel, incluso café helado. Disfrute de un paseo por los jardines paisajísticos y el arboreto abierto al público de forma gratuita los 7 días de la semana.

Just popped in for a cuppa. Member of staff having a fag when we arrived, and scuttled away. When we went in other member of staff came out of kitchen, ignored us. Smoker did wash her hands and greeted us nicely. Place smells a bit of frying. UHT milk. I want this place to be nice as it is local and has lovely location.

Food is ok - slightly mass produced feeling but reasonable quality. Nice option for tea / coffee or a hearty breakfast after a walk. Good for dog walkers, or best avoided if you are not a fan of dogs. Outdoor seating lovely on a sunny day.
