Probably the worst Domino’s store I have been to. Upon entering, the staff knew i was there and just disregarded me, I waited 5 minutes and still nothing. I called over and they game me my food, looking in the chicken box there was 3 pieces missing, no apologies or anything. I then waited a further 15 minutes for the chicken to be ready. Not a care in the world with the staff in here, rude, unprofessional and I complete waste of time

The worst domino’s pizza ever. Under cooked pizza and ingredients taste worse than frozen pizza, how they manage to do that is beyond me.

Was over charged by a couple of pounds last week when getting my regular Tuesday pizza. Mentioned it to Sachin duty mgr tonight. He said there will b no charge tonight for the inconvenience of the over charge. Now thats good customer service . Thankyou 👍

Was ignored when entered then someone else arrived and they were served straight away. I complained and was then given a small discount on the bill..... I waited 15mins for order to be taken with no other customer in store. I was not spoken to reasonably either.... until I complained! I hope this was a one off as I have had good service previously. Our pizzas were great!

So, if you are looking for great food, excellent service and an A1 night out - there is nowhere better than Avatar Dining, Lutterworth. Superb menu with a concentration on Nepalese food

This, without doubt is the finest restaurant in Lutterworth. The extensive menu - Many dishes having a taste of Nepal - is terrific. The staff cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. So, a big thank you to Ash, Nissant, Anthony and Deepika. Brilliant night.

The delivery driver was very friendly and treated our food with respect and got it delivered still steaming happy will defo be going back x

Food has a habit of not turning up on time and being cold when it does due too the drivers not knowing where they are going or can't be bothered too use a sat nav ,

Order through Uber eats for my partner. This was 40 minutes from the expected time. driver has arrived and instructions to deliver to reception. I have told him I will send someone out. One minute later the dominoes driver calls me back in an extremely aggressive manner stating if I do not send someone right now he will be going to his next order, he has then hung up the phone. Thankfully my partner collected her order. The driver was very aggressive and unprofessional and not what I was expecting from a dominoes worker.

Ordered last month some pizzas for work. The manager was incredibly friendly and sorted out the vat receipt. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you

Not cheap, so expecting more than what's being offered. Pizza okay, but not as good as used to be. Staff friendly and place clean. Service is good. Just wanting more toppings and better deals for the money.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I made an order for delivery and entered the wrong telephone number. They re arranged me a delivery as the first driver couldn't find me and when the new delivered arrived there were a few extra goodies from the store to say Sorry!! It was totally my fault but I really appreciated the kind gesture!!! Thanks guys!

Very expensive and now charge £2.50p for delivery Lutterworth is a tiny town you can drive across it in 30 seconds

Food came really cold and manager said it was because the WEATHER is cold, without it being replaced or any other option as whoever answered the phone, put it down without any discussion. Dominoes Lost 2 regular customers.

We were late a bit but was very, very cold. This was 10 mins and everything was cold. No hot shelf? Literally no where near as many toppings I’d added, no bacon. At all. Wouldn’t recommend anymore. Nice one.

Ordered pizza to my house the other day, delivery driver “kornel” was faster than lightning! Extremely friendly too, shook my hand like a gentleman (firm grasp). Would recommend. Splendid.

Atmosphere is a little irrelevant as just popped in for collection but staff very friendly.

I ordered online & when I arrived Shaun told me they had done one of the pizzs as a medium rather than a large, I was offered a refund or I could wait for the large to be made and still have a refund. I also got a free bottle of pop. Shaun called me the day after and explained they had noticed the whole order was incorrect and told me he will refund the whole order. He could not of apologised enough … other than that the food was very tasty, good customer service.

Slow. Lies. Clueless. Cold and congealed. Probably says it all really. Giving up on ordering domino's from Lutterworth they're appalling. Ordered again tonight. Said was out for delivery after 15 minutes 45 minutes later nothing. Rang Lutterworth who had absolutely no idea and told me three stories in one conversation. Lies as usual. Then turned up cold and inedible.

Worst Dominos ever, always has been but even worse now. Horrible pizza and customer service a joke. Good luck getting a pizza that actually has any cheese on it. Been refunded FIVE times now for a double cheese pepperoni passion that only gets a few morsels of cheese. Why keep trying? Well I live in Lutt and at least it’s free bread.

Wish I could post the photos of the so called pizza, topping stuck to the top of the box, cold and not able to eat. If I could give zero stars I would. Phoned Lutterworth and the person organised a refund.

Waited for 40 minutes for delivery. Called Lutterworth branch, to be told it would be another 15 minutes only for it to turn up as call ended. Pizza barely warm and cheesy wedges cool, but cheese burnt! Not happy, although when I called to complain, they did refund 50% of the order! Going downhill fast!

Food was Excellent, Staff were Exceptional but Unfortunately Dominos have gone with the Daft Idea of not Accepting Cash

I received the wrong order last week and was told I can keep that order and have the next order free. So I phone up a week later on my normal pizza night to be told I can’t have it because there is no note on the system. Someone is getting a visit tomorrow.

Consistent pizza's with plenty of customisation options, price is reasonable if getting a ~50% discount otherwise avoid.

Got my pizza an hour and a half later both cold and damp the box was crushed on delivery and I didn't even get my drink I made a phone call and its now being refunded safe to say I'll never order domino's again so many good experience ruined by one bad one

Just received our pizza cold after nearly 2 hours wait. We were called after about an hour or so to say it would be 20 mins. 50 minutes later and we have now had to re heat the pizza just delivered. We won’t be using them again.

My server Dougie was incredibly attentive and helped me throughout the whole process. The food was hot and fast thanks to Dougie. Will definitely be back, highly recommend. Thanks Dougie.

Despite the price pizzas are very poor in ingredients. I definitely don't recommend.

Won't be ordering EVER again, ordered at 21:27, One pizza, One portion of kickers. 4x now my food orders have been late, of poor quality (sat for too long, burnt or not fully cooked throughout, or not arrived, had enough chances, I'm done. It's almost midnight, store closed at 11, I have nobody to contact, no food and I'm out of pocket. I will go above your store tomorrow and complain.

Orderd a Pizza, payment was taken over rhe phone, refund about 6 days later...do your self a favour and find some roadkill instead.

## Go to Bagos pizza instead!! ## The worst dominoes I've ever experienced. The order was placed at 9.04pm. The app said delivered at 9:30pm. We called at 9:40pm asking where it was, and they said no drivers have come back yet, so it's still here. We called at 10:00pm and they said the order has gone out for delivery and it's on station Street. We called at 10:30pm and they said they have no drivers and it's still here, what do you want me to do about it. We called at 10:40pm and they said they will go check on the order, left us on hold until 18 minutes, so 2 minutes before closing time, and they said they will give us our money back, and still deliver the pizzas. They wouldn't give us an ETA, or the drivers number. It's now 23:18pm, we have no refund, no pizzas, and they're now closed. What an absolute joke. ## Go to Bagos pizza instead!! ##

Unbelievable! This has happened several times now, taking way too long, having the food sometimes arriving cold and making excuses such as "they've tried knocking" when we were literally waiting next to the door, hearing nothing. It's extremely scummy and it's not fun chasing calls to get them to deliver.

I went to pay for my pizza on my card thay said I could not have one because my location is a bad area is that fair I offers to pay up front and thy said no bad bisness shame on them

Worst customer service, @inside experience so far. Ex: you specificaly order, something, and they just din't care(no sos=plenty sos!) Like you order to a wall... I rather go to Rugby, especialy, near McDonald's, fantastic pizza! >>

The Pepperoni Pizzas were good but the Margaritas were very dry, so bad that we had to throw away. Not good.

pretty poggers place ngl , pizzas sloppy and chihken is undercooked , my friend casper weclawizakiwak said his pepperoni had a bit of spice on it but the workers give you sloppy toppies for a tenner and theyre pretty fit ngl

I have ordered from here 10+ times and every time it’s late - 60-90 mins minimum. When you call, you’re always told it’s “out with a driver and will be 20 mins” but it never is. There are much better pizza places in Lutterworth. Choose on of those… or always order 2 hours before you need it.

I wish I could post a photo, the driver got the orders mixed up and delivered them to the wrong address's, we called to let them know and my husband told them we wanted a fresh pizza, when the driver came to collect the pizzas he had our pizzas with him.. this was literally 5 mins after the call, he asked the driver if it was a fresh one and he said he hadn't taken ours to another door and that he came straight to us, he blatantly lied to us cause when we opened the pizza it had been broken up and messed with, my husband called the staff to ask for a refund but they wouldn't answer the phone, after 3 attempts my husband ended up going out to the shop to get a refund... they need to sack that driver he's a liar and doesn't give a stuff about people's safety in these uncertain times.. disgusted doesn't even deserve one star 😤👎

Regularly my pizza's are delivered later than the APP indicated. If your drivers are reliant on Google maps for locations, supply them with a sodding torch to see the house numbers. Can't wait to tuck into my cold pizza 🥶

i don't normally write reviews but this warrants it and i will not be using dominos again at 17:49 i placed my order which totalled £31.98 using dominos tracking app i looked at it 18:29 and it said it had been delivered i then rang the shop at 18:30 and explained the tracking app is saying it has been delivered the lady said she was waiting on a driver and got a half hearted apology at 19:12 i got a phone call from the driver saying is he at the correct address i said he was and i explained for him to come up the stairs but he said he did not do this and he will explain when i come down i went down and he said that his manager has told him to do this . i got my pizza and side orders and they were freezing cold it has taken 1 hour and 23 minutes to receive my order i can only say that the staff are bypassing the tracker app to keep there stats up to the management . the attitude of the staff leads a lot to be desired they just do not care and the driver needs to learn some phone manners especially saying " let me talk" when i am in mid sentence this is not the first time this has happened previously i had ordered a collection i went to the shop and they had not even cooked it but the tracking app said it was ready for picking up , all i got we are busy .

Since moving to the area 6 months ago we've had mixed experience, several occasions delivery has been very late, we've had incorrect orders and cold food. Tonight was the final straw, another 1.5 hour wait including chaser phone calls. Cancelled my order and ended up with 2 crying kids who'd been waiting an age for a treat tea of pizza. Will never be ordering from here again.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting, I told them to cancel the order. Estimated delivery time was 25-40 minutes when I placed the order. Save yourself the headache and just go TJ's..

Told to wait outside in the rain for quality check. Found out that when we got home the order was wrong- unclear what quality check does. Had to go back, as delivery not possible. No apology. Fairly rubbish all round.

Received text message to say pizza's ready. When I got there they had not made my order so had to wait while they made them,good job it wasn't a large order.

Ordered from domino's pizza in lutterworth but was left feeling disappointed with the portion sizes of the potato wedges the food was nice though and arrived quickly but they could of done a much bigger portion size especially for how much it costs.i don't think i will order from these again.

Order took 50 minutes to arrive so was cold when it got here. Tracking app said it was being delivered after 20 minutes. Driver got lost again despite coming a few weeks ago and doing same thing. Housing estate is 6 years old now and a 5 minute drive for the shop. Didn’t call to ask for help. Rang store just said be there in a few minutes 🙄 Bagos are much better!

The gentleman/chef was so polite and helpful serving under covid restrictions with my two young nephews.

I usually create my own pizza on the website and collect it in person. That way the pizza is usually still hot. I've never had to wait more than 20 mins for it to be ready. Staff are friendly also. Since the covid 19 regulations, it was only possible for the pizzas to be delivered. Despite only living two minutes away and telling them I live next to a specific shop, a few delivery staff struggled to find us.

Last night, I ordered a pizza and it was a different guy that delivered this time. An Asian guy, possibly Indian. He delivered the pizza and commented that my perfume smelt nice which is nice right! However, this is what freaks me out, I don’t expect to give my personal phone number on a pizza website to later receive a missed call from the same delivery guy and then a text about how my perfume smelt nice, Really Nice! I’m so nervy now to ever give my telephone number again because he broke a data protection act possibly by abusing the use of a customers number. I did phone the pizza place Dominos Lutterworth and even though I had already explained what happened, he said, the delivery guy is allowed to call you when delivering! I had to actually over explain that not after delivering they don’t! I don’t think this place take it seriously until I report this further like Trading standards, data protection office, Head of Dominos! Just letting you know to try not to give out your numbers. If they don’t find you, they don’t find you I say. I find it weird that the young guy was texting me like that when I’m old enough to be his mother anyway. Dominos other guys who delivered were fantastic though!

Pizza tracker said the pizzas were delivered 5 mins before they arrived. They were also out for delivery so long the pizzas were barely warm when they did arrive. Disappointed that this isn't a one off as the same happened a few weeks ago too. Won't bother ordering again.

Ordered some food but didn't deliver. Problem is that I paid from card and I never received a refund. I will need to find out UK costumer service and try to get back my money.

The guy hangs call thinking he is hard. He probably eats leftovers in the basement by the sound of his voice.

Ordered a couple of times from this branch and delivery both times has been well over an hour. Call them up and both times just get told hang a few more minutes. When the food finally arrived it was cold. Disappointing when you spend £50 on pizza, would have told them to take it back but were too hungry too wait again so accepted it. Will probably not be using them again.

It was ok. The two things that was not right was that we asked on the order for the gherkins to be taken off one of the pizzas but it was kept on. Good job none of were allergic. The other thing was that it said I would get a call for when to collect the order but i never received it

As others have mentioned took about 1.5 hrs for the pizza to arrive. No apologies pizza was cold. Not what you expect from a dominoes

Absolutely disgusting service, pizza took well over an hour to arrive. I rang to find out how long it would be I was on hold for 17 mins waiting for the manager to speak to me. I gave up and rang back and the young girl on the phone went to tell the manager ive rang back but forgot to put me on hold and I heard them talking bad about me and my colleagues. Pizza finally arrived it was stone cold! I ordered this pizza for our last day at work for all the staff to enjoy as you can imagine it all got ruined. NEVER will I be using there services again and I will be telling all my friends and family not to use them also. Gemma who was on the phone did everything she possibly could but the manager really did not care and left his staff to take the downfall.

Having seen the reviews level set pretty poor for domino's, I though nah, when do you have a bad one.... Well mine was burnt, the pizza from the base fell apart and pretty sure there was no cheese. Probably worst pizza I've seen..

Double pineapple was worse than single pineapple. If I pay extra for a tonne of it. I don't expect like 10 pieces...

Ordered 2 pizzas and when I've got them after one phone call and 1hour and 40min later the dough was overdone and cold and no one even bothered to say sorry . Never again from this place . Worst place to buy a pizza plus Domino's aren't cheap

Time taken for your own creations is just as fast as all the pre made and all of its hand made right there. Best dough balls I have had for ages, all of the food is perfect.

Absolutely poor customer service, saying they will sort an order out after being 15 minutes late to what I asked for. For it to be sat there for it to go cold to be told that I'll get a free order next time and it will be put onto the system.. which is not a surprise that it wasn't on the system to purchase the free order that told me last week!! Very disappointed as we were looking forward to a pizza this lunch time and not bringing nothing in to eat for the pizza to be disappointed by the lack of service, if I could give minus score I would!!!

I've been for collection twice and haven't had an issue. Order just as I'd requested in a timely fashion with good service.

It's peng but you'll be taking a loan out the bank to eat from here
