Avalon Cafe in Luton

Really great oat milk latte, served by a friendly, cheerful guy despite it being 3am. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you!!

I flew out Wednesday afternoon and was served by a lovely lady who i think was called Rebecca. the coffee she was lovely with beautiful details on top and the toastie I had was delicious. Would definitely come again.

Prepackaged sandwich was more than soggy, I would go so far as to say the bread was wet - inedible! However, coffee and danish were both nice. Shame as die to the sandwich, I wouldn’t eat there again…

Situated by the duty free area, having passed through security, is the Avalon Café. It is in an open space and tries to be welcoming to the eye. Those who don't travel through Luton Airport very often may be tempted to sit straight down, but I would suggest there are better places to try nearby. The breakfast bap was stodgy and greasy - none of the hot dishes are prepared from scratch but instead heated up from cold. The coffee was of an acceptable standard and the staff polite. Keep on walking.
