Scoperta per caso, questa galleria molto elegante e carina ospita vari locali, ci fermiamo qui per una pausa caffè accompagnata da ottimi dolci. Una delle migliori pause caffè a Londra, pasticceria degna di nota. Consigliato.

We stumbling upon Aux Merveilleux De Fred which was a delightful surprise that we couldn't resist indulging in. The moment we laid eyes on their exquisite desserts and pastries, we knew we were in for a treat. The presentation alone was enough to capture our attention, with each delicacy crafted with precision and care. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and offered helpful suggestions, enhancing our experience even further. We opted for the Le Sans-Culotte Mini, a delicate delight that allowed us to sample multiple flavors in perfect bite-sized portions. However, it was the Chocolate Cramique that stole the show, with its rich and indulgent taste that left us craving more. The Raisin Cramique was also delicious, although it didn't quite compare to the decadence of the Chocolate. To round out our experience, we couldn't resist trying the pain au lait with what we believe was bacon and melted cheese. The combination of savoury and sweet was simply divine, leaving us with a lingering sense of satisfaction. There is covered outdoor seating with a distinctly French ambiance. As we savoured our treats, we were transported to the charming streets of Paris.

Searched for a quality breakfast and found this little shop. Service, food quality, and valued for money. What more could we ask for.

Visited on Thursday 22nd June 2023 for a cuppa and a cake at Aux Merveilleux de Fred. Had a large Cramique Brioche which at £5.90 was a bit much for a bun. Very limited seating. Suggest you get a takeaway given how busy the area gets.

Ideal für einen süssen Stop für ein leckeres Gebäck in verschiedenen Varianten, die auf der Zunge zergehen mit einem sehr guten Kaffes dazu.

We have walked past so many times and not stopped . Today we did . Lovely helpful staff We were served by a girl who apologised she was a little slow processing the order as it was her first day . It’s little things like that that tell you about an establishment - communicating with customers . The pastries were divine . Lovely place to spend time eating , drinking and chatting

Stopped here on a chilly day for an espresso. Perfect place to sit and admire Leadenhall Market and people-watch. Service friendly, flaky, tasty croissant.

amazing chocolate brioche. Must try. Unfortunately their croissant’s were sold out.. caution when ordering tea because they used tea bags only.

We visited Aux Merveilleux de Fred, at Leadenhall Market, one Saturday. At the weekend most of the market is closed, but we really enjoyed our refreshments from Aux Merveilleux de Fred. The shop is characterised by its huge chandelier and the fact that you can watch the Merveilleux being made. We had a “Le Merveilleux (Meringue, chocolate whipped cream coated with shavings of dark chocolate)” and a “Raisin Cramique” washed down with a cappuccino. The café has seating within the market. So the Aux Merveilleux de Fred provides another great excuse to visit the 14th century Leadenhall Market, other and seeing where, in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, the scenes for Diagon Alley were filmed.

The breakfasts they serve are fantastic! It is an excellent cafe with brilliant staff. The menu is pretty extensive. My favourite is the Vanilla latte.

These lovely people gave us the most beautiful cheese plate even though we almost too late to arrive before closing. What a lovely experience ❤️

We book a table for 9 persons here for the first time, everyone enjoyed their food, lovely service from the staffs and greeted goodnight to the lovely chefs (yes, they are an open kitchen), I would just say they are little pricey than the other Italian restaurants because they are authentic and the one and only Da Paolo in London, so it was worth it if you are looking for a classy Italian vibe but not spending too much £££ with the family and friends
