Worst tasting curry mutton I ever tasted. It’s as though this person visited Jamaica 1 time and return to the UK and decided to start cooking and selling Jamaican food. Best tasting thing I had was the Bigga soda!!! Disgusting food, no seasoning, no salt, no taste. It’s mutton in curry powder at this point. And to add insult to injury the plantains soft and over ripe yet they felt comfortable to sell this to customers. Sir/Ma’am cooking is not for you, please find another job. (I placed the plantains on another container cover, not original paper bag it is served in)

Horrendous service. The condition of the restaurant atrocious dirty and disorganised. The price of the food was daylight robbery. The and presentation was the worst I’ve ever seen. One member of staff Untidily dressed and I didn’t even know what food it was. This restaurant is not going very far at this rate and I should never be going back there again

Edit: changed my review due to it never being open on time, I travelled many times and it is closed. No one answers the phone either. This place has gone downhill.... poor sevice.

Food was ready in time for collection and delicious, it takes a lot for us Blake's to be full up but Aunt Sally's did the job 😁👊

shame! had a menu put through my door looking forward to trying something different from the norm tried to order 1st through just eat (don't deliver to this address) then through there web site ( don't deliver to this address) tried calling for 30 mins constantly engaged!! there menu states within 3 miles delivery i live 2.3 miles from the site ?? Why spend money advertising when you clearly don't want the business??

Customer service was a 10/10 aswell as the food , definitely will be eating from here again!

This restaurant is very disorganised and their service is always poor. When ordering online I'm assuming delivery is available. My orders usually get cancelled without any explanation or a phone call to say why. When the good arrives it's not even a large portion of food and the rice has been stale a few times. New management is needed and more delivery drivers. Will not be ordering from this Aunt Sally's branch again.

ZERO STARS - Terrible service, received the wrong meal (there fault/got the order wrong after repeating it 3 times) we was then told they would re-send this, 1 hour later nothing, called again, we was then spoke to by the RUDE women answering the phone who's only answer was 'the driver's not here and he will have to phone you when he's back? Never in my life have I had to wait for the delivery driver to make/sort an order out! Long story short, I never received the meal I asked for along with a mac/cheese, Pot of Sauce, I total waste of £24 and will NOT be using again!

Fxxxxd up order again wanted 2 portions of curry chicken and rice instead got cuury goat. Slow service miserable man. Main guy is good.the drip is always mess8ng orders up stoned again.

Aunt Sally's catered for our Caribbean Night event hosted by New Life Pentecostal Church and the food was delicious, was gone within an hour of buffet opening. Peppered shrimps, hake fish, rice and peas fantastic, didn't even get to taste it myself because it was all finished by the time I went to the table. wow. Thank you. Jerome was very professional, delivered on time and we will definitely use your service again in the future. Blessings!

Dry dry dry.....food tastes 3 days old,defrosted ready meal flavour..really dissapointed,.something needs to change, iv found that most aunt sallys have the same taste..missing that home cooked flavour

I have Been ordering from here on and off for the past 2 years and I can truly say that the standard of food is at the highest level, hot, tasty and a true taste of the Caribbean. Delivery service is brilliant and usually under 45mins. I would recommend this place to everyone. Warning you could get addicted. Members in my gym always ask "somthing smells lovely, What is it". So try it!!

Owner says we aren't aware of any two hour waits we waited three told the girl we wasn't paying and she took the food back with her as she said well it's fresh no apology nothing ended up going to McDonald's

Went there with my boyfriend after a 12 hours shift. Ordered food and sit down. After 20 mins the girl came out put the plate into the microwave!!!! Yes again....after 20 Mins. Warmed both meals in microwave n have the still fridge cold meat. Asked her twice with each meal to warm it again but after just give up and tried to eat the dry half w8arm rice with extremely dry inside still very cold meat. Hardly touched rice as rewarmed food has to be heated 75 °C to be safe to serve especially rice which has a bacteria in. Next time if I want a microwave meal surly won't go there to wait 40 Mins for a hardly edible food for 16 quid.

Ordered food to take away. Dumplings were missing. Opened up my meal only too see the meat was all the horrible fatty bits. Rice was very dry. Feel sick after 3 spoonfuls

I made a order to be delivered I asked twice if would be longer then an hour as I'd heard and read reviews saying they take along time. And the lady on the phone gave me confidence to say no 1 hour max. They took over 2 hours to come. If that wasn't bad enough I paid for jerk sauce on my meal and wings and paid for extra as don't like my.food dry. It came with none what so ever!!! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. They don't deserve the 1 star. Really poor service
