Just had probably the best breakfast in a long time and I used to be a chef, and it was superb value . Been again today as I was in the area still the best value and best breakfast around

Stumbled upto this place by accident, amazing full English.

Food was good. Got charged too much for a pot of tea, there was not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Sat down and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Burger and chips were nice. However asked for a glass of tap water and never got given it. Atmosphere was so awkward, felt like they just wanted us to leave. We ordered a pot of tea to just share which is £3.10 but were charged for two separate teas instead (£4.80). Very uncomfortable cafe to sit in, wouldn't go again.

This was the first time we had been in here since it had changed hands, and I must say it was a very nice experience and we will definitely return and we would recommend using this place.

Nice little friendly traditional cafe in Atherstone. Conveniently close to the Coventry canal and bridge number 43, which has moorings. I had the Full English Breakfast priced at £7.50 and it was spot on! Exactly what I wanted. Tea and coffee is not included with the breakfasts, they ordered extra. The largest breakfast, the Mega was £9.50 Has a toilet.

Absolutely horrible food, no one speaks English, terrible service and we were made to feel like imposing foreigners. Avoiding this will make your trip to what was a lovely English market town much better. This is under new management, it's not the lovely little cafe that it was

A very good full English breakfast

I wanted a nice cold refreshing egg mayo sandwich. When it arrived it was warm. As if just boiled. Not that nice actually.

I had a made my own breakfast, £1.30 a items, had 6 items which totals to £7.80. Don't know how much the tea was. I charged £11.50!!!! One black pudding, which was wafer thin, one bacon was strag end, one hash brown cheap and awful. I think i was charged me for using the toilet. The owner looked annoyed when i used it. I forgot why i didn't use this cafe.

Cheap and nasty sausages, cook rude won't be going there again.

The best breakfast for miles around. My wife and I live in Burbage but regularly visit this cafe for our Saturday morning breakfast. Piping hot food and very friendly staff.. Highly recommended. 10/10

Great freshly cooked food served by friendly staff

Absolutely shocking. Was ignored by young girl. She handed out menus to people who came in quite a while after us and she had been ignoring us, so got up to leave and I complained we hadn't been served. Her response was "sorry but we're busy"..... I said she shouldn't be serving people who came in after us. Her attitude was atrocious!

We had breakfast here and it was excellent , both my partner and I loved it . Very cheap too - highly recommended

I worked here for about 2 years and the way the owner treated me was disgraceful , constantly calling me fat , speaking to me with little respect , when costumers had requests with there order it was my fault , and if the food orders was wrong it would be my fault AVOID THIS PLACE AND MAN

Great food, fresh and hot. The waitress stands a bit close from where I was sitting though waiting for a job, put me off a bit!

This lovely little place was a very pleasant surprise to us! The service was so fast and the coffee and food was great! Truly taken back by the good service and friendliness of the staff. I would recommend anyone to pop in if you are in the area!

The breakfast is superb! Eggs, fried bread, black pudding all cooked perfectly, and they use plum tomatoes which I prefer to grilled tomato. Decent pot of tea too!

Showed as delivering on food hub, placed order and waited ages. Then rang them only to find the number provided was out of service so I found their actual number on google and rang them. They denied being on the app with no apology whatsoever. I suggest you remove yourself off foodhub if you can't be bothered to deliver or give correct information. Won't be using this cafe or food hub again.

Not as good as it used to be. Needs lots of renovation. Waitress was very miserable, she didn't seem she wanted to be there. Food is average nothing special.

Five star pleasure to visit very friendly.

First of NO Coviid signs, or sanitizer,!!!! Table was wiped for us, but not the corners. Salt, pepper already on table, menu was old. Luckily we had our own sanitizer with us!!!!!!!! The only Covid rule we saw was that the watresses wore mask. We chose the cafe because I noticed we could sit near door and window and it wasnt too busy. The good thing was our lunch was fresh & hot and tasty..

Don't use this cafe Turkish guy rude treats is staff appalling clueless with out his s highly trained staff he'd be utterly useless one word bully no ratings for him 5 for the staff, that they should be working somewhere more up market. Won't let me post without a rating, gave a undeserved 1 star.

Wallpaper all upside down and not lined up, and cafe not taking part in the eat out to help out govt scheme, so was very expensive!

Very rude and horrible owner/manager! I’ve seen first hand how the Turkish chap treats his employees...Yes it can get quite busy, yes it can be stressful but no need to shout at them..you could hear all the commotion from outside, it wrecks the whole experience, AVOID

The Mega Breakfast here is great value, good service, good prices and friendly staff. It's an honest, good value place to fill your stomach.

Expensive for what we had. 2 mugs of tea 1 sausage batch and 1sausage and bacon batch for £10.60!

Absolutely gutted that they have turned an amazing war time cafe, that people like me travel to into a cafe another generic grey cafe. The food wasnt great. Really gutted two cafe owners have joined forces and that's what they made.
