Astoria Bar & Restaurant in Trafford

Great food, the pizza is amazing. We tried 2 different ones and both were top notch and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! this place didn’t inform us that it was 2+ and rejected us on the Euros 2021 Final. Do not go here they pick and choose the rules. Not the bouncers fault. Blame the manager!

Went today for a Sunday dinner with a friend. Delish food (I even ate it cold a few hour later an it tasted just as good) and the lad Tom that served us was a absolute delight! Fab service and a good laugh ! Will be back for more food.

Food took quite a length of time to arrive presented well but parts of it were cold and tasteless. Used the ladies toilets , no hand soap available which is poor in a covid crisis and only 1 toilet seat in place all other toilets had no seats.

What an amazing restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff are eager to please. The chef likes to try new dishes and get diners feedback. It’s a family run business and you can tell the staff get on well with each other. The management likes to try theme nights, special offers etc. Well worth a visit!

Ridiculously good food and service. This place is exactly what Urmston needs. Tom was really helpful and friendly. Just the right amount of attentive, didn't interrupt us but was there when we wanted anything. He made some great food suggestions but we ended up ordering too much. I'm not saying the food is Michelin star or gourmet but it is perfect for a night out with the wife or with a few beers with your mates. Absolutely delicious home made nachos with pulled pork as a starter to share was massive, then a sharing board of amazing burgers (all better than get chucked) Honestly I can say after trying the steam house on a good day, the pies in the barking dog, proost and every other place in Urmston, this is the best best best food around.

Went there yesterday with family, service really poor, shouldn’t do food, should just be a bar, food comes hour wait, staff don’t care, kids work there, no customer service skills, needs attention ASAP
