Terrible experience, sausages must cost them 3p each and contain around 40% meat. The coke machine squirted all over my daughter's Mcclearan hoodie. Powdered scrambled egg and cold bacon. Pancakes were nice from the machine when it was working. First ever English Breakfast without toast as apparently it sets the alarms off. Makes you realise why the bacon is anaemic if the don't grill things in the kitchen... If they have one lol. Worth paying £15 for the drinks and £5 for the poor quality food.

Few salads, only fresh leaf lettuce. Some drinks are priced out, such as cider. Carlsberg on tap and wine at no extra charge. There is also a coffee machine and mini muffins. Filthy place, staff move at 1 mph. Person with rainbow striped hair who works in the kitchen is unbelivably rude. Stood waiting for a plate for 5 minutes, they came out and completely ignored the line of people twice, and when I politely asked I got berated about being short staffed and there only one pot wash on, wouldn’t let me speak and then walked off. Understand that might be the case but just explain that calmly and politely and have some manners and respect for people, especially when you have signs everywhere reminding guests to respect the staff. Awful rude person.

When I said no, i don't want it now thanks. The staff member rolled her eyes at me. Now I'm not cheap. But, when you pay to go in a lounge you expect everything to be included. I do not recommend this lounge at all. I have been in lots of lounges and I have never been asked to pay extra and there was plenty of food. I see i had a reply, but I can't reply to you. You can find my booking on the 27th September at 4;20am. It would be nice to offered a refund seen as we dank a coffee and I had one plate of egg and beans. As someone who travels a lot I have been in a vast amount of airport lounges. This is most definitely the worst airport lounge experience I have ever had. How this can even come under the “executive lounge” framework is beyond me. We were seen too quickly at reception and checked in. That’s the only positive. As we entered the lounge most of the tables had dirty plates, cutlery and glasses left there. We found somewhere to sit and decided to go get some food. I was shocked to see such little choice for food. Luke warm Chilli Con Carne which tasted like it had come out of a can, with clumps of white rice. The garlic bread that it came with was soggy and tasteless. The “salad bar” was empty and all needed topping up. I generally cannot describe how bad this food tasted. We decided to get a drink in the hope this would cheer us up. The draft beer had ran out so I opted for a bottle which was not even cold. My partner had a glass of wine which she didn’t even finish as she said it was terrible quality. Most of the seating areas don’t have plugs but the ones that do, most don’t even work! For the price this company is charging I would remain well clear and get yourself a decent meal and drink in the main terminal. We will be requesting a full refund.

Went to the bar to ask for a drink, don't do cider and if you wanted prosecco you have to pay £7 a glass for it. Other lounges I've been in and this was included. There were only "spirits on the right hand side of the shelf" that are included in the package as well. Don't waste your time at this lounge. I have the unpleasant experience of visiting this lounge every week whilst travelling on business (it's only worth going for the somewhat 'speedy wifi'. It's dirty, dingy and the food is inedible. I've been visiting this lounge every week for the best part of a year and the food never changes, it's always rubbery tomato pasta and chilli con carne. I nearly passed out when I saw Mac & Cheese the other week, but that was equally awful and I've not seen it since. If you dare to brave the 'salad bar', you've got quite possibly the driest bread known to man, slimy carrots and warm potato salad. I wouldn't usually write reviews but this week I was rudely turned away due to it being 'fully booked' (the place looked empty compared to how busy it usually is). The woman at the front desk was extremely rude to every one who attempted to enter. Given this I feel compelled to write a review on this sorry excuse of a 'lounge'. Please do not waste your money or annual lounge credits on this lounge, it's just not worth it. If you have unlimited lounge visits then it's only worth it for the faster wifi than the rest of the terminal.

We went for a breakfast the two of us. Good food nice and hot and had a drink after. We don't have Yates in Northampton anymore used to love going there.
