Ashfield Cafe in Enfield

Overpriced and unfriendly staff. Won't go there again. Before the refurbished the cafe, the atmosphere was much nicer.

Food is absolutely beautiful , staff very friendly. Hot food drinks wide range and very tasty. Definitely will return. Nice and clean through out the cafe and toilets . Very clean which is what I like

My friend and I come her alot for lunch on Thursday after our shift at North London Hospice shop in Southgate. The food is always good and is excellent value.

I came here for lunch after my volunteering shift with one of my colleagues.Ihad the vegetarian breakfast which included coffee,£7.50,very reasonable priced(makes a change!)

I brought my nephew here for lunch. I had a escalope and cheese ciabatta which was served with a very nice and fresh side salad. Quality was very nice and prices are reasonable.

Stumbled across this lovely cafe whilst staying in London for the darts. Food was amazing, service equally as good. We will definitely return next year!!

This has to be one of THE BEST cafes in London. Superb service and a true family run business by 3 brothers who really care about their customers and the food they make. Portion sizes are gigantic!! Beautiful presentation on stylish crockery and OMG the food tastes delicious… I mean really delicious! This is MUST GO TO café!!

I have been here before but not since lockdown. They have a huge menu of hot and cold food. I went for a mozzarella and roasted vegetable panini with salad which was substantial and excellent quality and value.

I had a jacket potato with beans which was very nice quality, a good size and served with a very large fresh side salad. This was a very reasonable £4.30 plus a very good coffee for only £1.60.

Excellent cafe. The food is basic cafe fare such as omelettes, full English breakfasts etc. There are vegetarian options and as you can purchase items separately, vegans could eat here despite the fact there's no specific vegan choices. The food is freshly cooked to order and very good value. I have eaten here quite regularly over the last few years. The staff are always cheerful and helpful.

I had a very good dinner. Pie & mash with veg + gravy.. I was full up..very happy.. No complaints 😊👍

I have been to Southgate many times but have not noticed this cafe before as it is on a side street albeit only a 2 minute walk from the station. It is really clean and has a huge menu. I opted for a mushroom omelette served with chips and a substantial side salad. The portion was generous and the omelette had loads of mushrooms. The price was a bargain £4.50 plus £1 for a mug of tea. This place is definitely on my radar as a great cafe.

Breakfast? I used to use the weatherspoons but got fed up with tiny meals,cold food delivered in bits and pieces and marketing lies laughing in my face from the plate_ (TWO rashers? Fantastic. shame they are toddler sized ! ) So spend your fiver at ashfield cafe and waddle out stuffed_ The food is on the go the instant you order; toast(2 fresh bread), brekky and beverage all arrives together, promptly and piping Hot. Like 5 minutes. The days newspapers are supplied. No photoshopped 'B/S' menu,or such marketing nonsense as 'half a tomato',1 f#+king mushroom or eggs that dropped out of a sparrows @rse. Weatherspoons keep sausages at 67C for hours,so your food can never arrive truly 'hot', it will always just be 'warm'. Its not cooked fresh when you order. At Ashfield Cafe you get what you pay for. Its no biggee, most places do its just weathers that leaves you hungry. There are several varients but basically you can have whatever you want. Something else you cant have at a weatherspoons as the menu is set by accountants,not your desire. Go to ashfield cafe, treat yourself.!

I usually have the Full English and it is most satisfying, I will have to try something else next time

Trabajo a pocos minutos a pie de esta pequeña joya de cafetería y, debo admitirlo, debo comer en este café al menos 3 veces a la semana. El personal es amable y la clientela es una mezcla ecléctica que vive y trabaja en el área inmediata. A menudo llevo mi libro conmigo para disfrutarlo, pero también ofrecen artículos nacionales gratuitos, sin cargo, para los clientes.

Great place for breakfast. Service is efficient and friendly. We had a panini and bacon, egg and chips. Both were served quickly and tasted amazing. Will definitely visit again.

If ever your in the Southgate area and you want a great cafe, come here. Myself and other work colleagues frequent this place if we feel like a really lovely treat for lunch. The cheese quater pouders and chips are amazing! Just as good and arguably better than Jennies or our old friend Whimpy. The jacket potatoes are cracking, with beautiful fresh salad, so cleanly presented. As so are the omelets. All the dishes I see other people eating also look so tasty. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I've never been left waiting, which can be a problem on your lunch hour. A really fantastic place. Such clean well presented food.

Es una cafetería de estilo inglés tradicional. Sirven el desayuno durante todo el día. Creo que se abren a las 6:30 a 16:00). Las instalaciones son lo suficientemente grandes y hay muchos asientos por lo que usted no debería tener que esperar por una mesa....

I started eating here because it was local to where I was working at the time. I tried most of the local cafes and decided this was the best. The food is the usual cafe food but is of good quality and there are a few different touches. The coffee is well above the usual standard and often a free refill is offered. The prices are very reasonable and all of the staff are efficient and friendly. I still go back from time to time even though I have moved away from the area.
