you 4got 3 things now av got redo my order and pay 4 pound delivery fee

OK apart from 2Kg of sugar missing from my order

had to order food from eat just as my car is off the road and can't get to the supermarket. 4 items are missing. there was no message about items be out of stock. can't get in contact with the store to ask why they have charged me without the items being delivered. I received the wrong order. 1 bag had the correct items and the other bags items were incorrect. So I’ve unfortunately got someone else’s items whilst they’ll receive mine.

I placed this order and when it came i signed for whisky but there was non in the bag when i opened it there wasnt any so i would like as refund for £24.24 .

My carrot cake was ruined. It was squashed and very dry. Struggling to eat it. Id take it back to asda if id bought it from there directly

Absolutely shocking 3rd time ordering through just eat and the order has not arrived in full, I’ve lost out on £3 the first time, £6 the second and now £10 as just eat won’t refund! Asda just makes you go through just eat, it’s theft why not just cancel the order?!

2 chicken tikka meals with rice not delivered

Once again order missing items. £22 order and £19 missing another battle on the way with just eat to get a refund as they believe they can take your money and order but not deliver the goods. Do not order through just eat I have this problem every time

Delivered very late with half of the products ordered missing, and no notification to say these items were out of stock. You should notify this and ask if a customer would still like to proceed with the order before sending it.

When you have the main item you wanted (and the most expensive missing from your order. You contact just eat and are simply told they say we will look into it and get back to you within 7 days.

The food is value for money, staff are friendly and the kids eat for £1 offer is great. The cafe isn't clean though, but they always have spray and blue roll on the side so you can wipe the table and chairs down yourself. It's unfortunate as the staff are so nice and do their best as it's always busy, but the customers don't care and leave their tables in a complete mess.

Retailer shouldn’t be on just eat. I’ve repeatedly had short orders from this retailer but have just had 1 item of 4 delivered which, with delivery and bag fees, means I’ve paid £6 for a £2 bottle of Pepsi with no option to cancel the order. Either retailer can’t keep its system up to date or can’t manage its staff to make the effort to find items.
