Staff are rude! The pizza is amazing but couldn’t enjoy as all I heard was the staff making nasty comments about customers. Visited on the 18th of march 2023 at 5pm.

It was ok very noisy, as no partition between shop and café , access to disabled toilets , plenty of parking lift to parking hot chocolate was good

Was a total nightmare ! As most of the menu was not available . All day brealfast being advertised but not available ! Only Fish & Chips . Lasagne & chips they had only 1 of those even tho it a frozen meal. A curry but we don’t eat curry. A cheese omnelette and chips and pie and chips . Also No portions of Tomato Ketchup to go with the meals . Re ordering of food and Ketchup they should not run out off. The portions of chips with meals were very small too! . The mugs are tiny too ! Would not go again even for a drink !

Green Wrythe Ln, Carshalton on the HillMy partner and I where looking forward to our weekly take away, and we ended up spending over 40 Pounds. Everything was cold, drinks where wrong, don't even get me started on the portion of the wedges and fries, practically a handfull of those, they barely filled the boxes they came in. When we spend over 40 pounds on our meals we expect it to be hot and proper portions. Disgraceful. Should close at this point according to all the ratings and reviews.

168-172 High StTook my money from me and wouldn't give me the food, manager clearly didn't know what she was doing. The machine reset once I paid so they wouldn't give me my order even though I paid for it.
