I made a booking for 8 people on Friday the 14th of June to celebrate my Birthday. I invited close friends and family and our experience was terrible. Starting with me emailing the restaurant and receiving the answer the same day of my booking and following with the treatment we have received by Jaume. Two of my guests brought two cakes and one arrived not in a perfect condition so they told us not to bring it out so they ended up bringing one but the paella was still on the table and the table was dirty so one of my guests told Jaume not to bring the cake yet and first clear the table and Jaume got upset and took the paella in a very upset way hitting my guest with the paella. After when they sang happy birthday to me and they clap, Jaume came in a very rude way to tell us literally "me bajais la voz un poquito" it sounded like he was talking to people at a parking lot outside the club. I´ve been 3 times since February at Arros QD and we celebrated 3 birthdays and each time even the staff were singing happy birthday but this time we got Jaume to just be rude and disrespectful. After one of my guests was speaking with Jaume because of the way he spoke to us and talking about the fact that one of the cakes was broken and they just wanted me to see it, my sister that speaks spanish went to check why it was taking that long and Jaume said to her " el estupido este me esta tocando los cojo..." this stupid guy is touching my balls, (yes the ones between his legs). Every time I´ve been at the restaurant everyone was very nice and we had birthday celebrations without any problem. After our last experience I don´t feel like coming back at all because I´m not going to a restaurant to be treated like that and the person "responsible" of closing ruined my birthday dinner.

とても素敵な雰囲気ではある。しかし、味がねえ～。メニューの内容もねー。下調べをちゃんとしてたら美味しいものがあったのだろうか？普通にパエリアを食べたかったのだが、大きな皿にちょこんと５～６個の海老と貝だけのせて、それが良いと思っているのがわからない。変なメニュー。パエリア目当てで行ったが、しょっぱいし、感動なし。焼き物はここでなくても、日本で食べても同じ。残念な店。サービススタッフは感じ良い。グーグルでよい評価してねと頑張っているが、頑張る方向性が違う。メニュー作りと味付けを何とかせい。

Ristorante spagnolo elegante e raffinato. Abbiamo mangiato una paella di mare davvero ottima . Come antipasto assaggi di formaggio e jamon , buoni ma porzioni davvero molto scarse. Nel complesso molto caro.

Ottima esperienza. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la paella con cozze e gamberi e la guancia di vitello. Bel locale con servizio gentile e professionale.

An exceptional dining experience where not only the food was amazing but the service is unmatched. Abel, Percy and the sommelier AT with attentiveness and warm hospitality elevated our meal to new heights, ensuring every need was met with a smile.

Disinterested staff. Mediocre food and no attention to detail. Paella was tasty but given how long we waited for it we expected more and for it at least to be hot. Dietary request logged at booking appeared to not be known to staff. Celebration request made on booking also ignored. If your Spanish restaurant doesn’t have any Jamón Iberico you probably should let diners know when you hand out the menus. Disappointing apart from the view of the fires roaring away in the kitchen.

The restaurant staff were surly at every interaction, unhelpful on the phone, unwelcoming on arrival, rushed at table service. Food was OK just, prawns were a bit slippery even though cooked, the Paella was really disappointing as no fish or anything else for that matter, stops of fat pig cheeks were not to everybody's tase, form over substance. at 10.30pm they switched the lights on and said time to go as we are closed !! a bill of almost £200 per head and treated like a nuisance. The place wasn't that busy, I can see why, I won't be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sommelier's (Jean Carlo) recommendation, La Montesa, at the restaurant. The wine perfectly complemented our meal, and we appreciate the expertise in suggesting such a delightful choice.

We has a nice lunch at Arros. The front of house team was incredible, Jeancarlos and the rest of the team really make it awesome. The food was just good, but I spect a bit more… coming from Quique Dacosta I was thinking I would have the best rice ever and was vulgar, nothing special, good taste but that’s it. It was missing flavour, spices, socarraet,it was missing love. The txangurro rice had almost no crab and a plane seafood rice underneath, a just-graduated student from any cooking school from Spain would do a better rice and obviously not change you £28 per head. The starters were just fine… a tuna tartar, is hard to make it wrong, it was just a bit small the amount. The ceviche… fish cured in lime juice, in this case was concentrate lemon juice plus some chilies and a bit of fish. Completely different dish than the one you see on the website. And then the artichoke with pork belly or neck; the artichoke was alright but the pork, was hidden, the dish was alright only a bit too plane. I fell sorry for the customer that goes there expecting that the food would be amazing because of the atmosphere and service but the main point of the visit, the food is just fine, this is another place using the michellin name + Spanish label to increase the value of some dishes that are ok but not spectacular as I would expect. We pay like £75 per head with a nice bottle of wine. I would have pay 35 for that meal to make it fair. I wish the best to everyone working there and more modesty to the one making the menu and pricing it. Come down my friend!! Don’t try to be rich in a couple of year!!

Jean Carlo, the sommelier, made an excellent recommendation with the Finca Constancia Médium. Its buddy, juicy, and easy-to-drink qualities paired perfectly with the paella matanza, and it fit well within our budget. Muy rico!

I thoroughly enjoyed the AN/2 wine recommended by Jean carlo, with its delightful tobacco notes. It paired exceptionally well with the beef cheek and the duck and eel paella, creating a fantastic culinary experience. Kudos to Jean carlo for the excellent wine suggestion!

I booked dinner for my husband’s birthday and it was an amazing experience! Adrian took care of us very well and looked after every detail during the dinner. We will return soon!

We have been a recurrent customer at this restaurant, visiting 7-9 times a year. The previous management provided an amazing customer experience taking care to the minimum details. However, since the change in management, I'm disappointed to say that our recent visit left much to be desired. They no longer seem to care about their customers. For instance, we ordered a cheese starter priced at £38, and to our surprise, they brought an entire cheese, without any prior warning or explanation. Additionally, they failed to provide the complimentary starter offered to ALL customer tables, except us. Also, the manager was listening us to speak Spanish and he was replying to us in English even if he could speak Spanish. Please remember that this is a Spanish restaurant!! What's even more disappointing is the lack of attention from the new manager. No one came to ask us how our food was, which is the minimum you'd expect from a restaurant of such reputation after spending £340 for 2 people. It's a shame that they've lost a loyal customer, as we won't be returning. The decline in service and customer care is quite disheartening.

The best paella in London! All dishes are very good flavour. They have a large menu of different paellas, will come back and try a few more other ones next time. The only downside is that scallops and lobster sizes are a bit small.

I ordered the beef cheek which was succulent and tasty. The paella was a big disappointment served in a large pan but very small portion certainly not enough for two males and at 66 pounds quite shocking. Had the chocolate dessert which was delicious. Only 2 Spanish beer choices and not the best range altogether disappointing.

This restaurant is tired and absolutely not Spanish. The waiters are not Spanish and didn’t understand any of our questions on Spanish food. No tapas. No Manchego cheese. Only one Ibérico ham. We shared three starters which were mediocre at best. A choice of paella - which you can see being prepared in an open kitchen - but the one we had - Valencia with chicken and rabbit - tasted absolutely awful. The sommelier recommended a wine ‘similar to Marlborough’ which, when we tasted it, most certainly was not. It was so awful we returned it. Tiramisu had a rock hard base and was covered in cream from an aerosol. The whole meal was just awful.

Service was quite incompetent. Chef extremely unflexible with demands for a guest with food allergies. Considering that the restaurant is Spanish, and as Spanish person, i know we cook food from scratch , it should have been easy to adapt a dish for an allergic person. Food was alright, but not overwhelming and definitely overpriced.
