Loved this place, food was really nice I had the Salmon, the interior was very instagramable! Prices reasonable and a large selection tion of drinks including cocktails. Service was impeccable, the staff even helped take some pictures. Highly recommend

Came for a breakfast and a surprise birthday dessert for my sister. Food was exceptional and service was brilliant from Ebru and Akif. Definitely recommend!

Where do I begin. I tried addressing these issues with the restaurant directly before leaving a review, and they said they would do something about it and never did. So here’s my warning to other diners. Firstly we had someone ushering us into tight parking spaces when the whole car park was empty when we arrived and left. Unnecessary, but we did it. Upon arrival, I found our waiter to be extremely rude to our table. I’m not sure if it’s because we were all young women, but we were spoken to in a condescending tone a lot of the time. Finally, we noticed an issue with the bill. As we were a large table, we were charged for things that we hadn’t ordered- and they must have assumed we wouldn’t have noticed. Additionally, we had all paid a deposit which was not subtracted from the bill and had we not said anything- they probably wouldn’t have done so. That’s £120 extra they wanted to charge my table. When one of my dinner guests brought this to our waiter’s attention, he shouted at her. When we addressed this, he gaslit us and said he was talking normally. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, the bill was amended. But after all of this headache, I requested he remove the service charge because I was very unhappy with how my guests and I were treated- to which he said it cannot be removed because we’re a party of over 10. This is not stated on the website or emails, and the receipt even said it was discretionary. My mood was ruined completely and I had no headspace for further confrontation so we just paid it- and it took 20 minutes for us to receive our change. All in all, although the food is nice (and expensive) I would never go back after that horrific experience. If you’re spending that much money, I’d go somewhere with better customer service.

Expensive especially when you have to pay extra for chips or rice to accompany the meal.

I have been to Array for my birthday meal and I must say the service was beyond amazing! They really made us feel welcome, allowed us to choose our own seats, and even surprised me in the end with a birthday cake complimentary!! Although the only thing I didn’t like was that the mains for the food were not as good as I thought it’d be but it probably was because we didn’t know what to choose as there was many options on the menu. Despite this, everything else was a 10/10. Aesthetics were gorgeous and the vibes were just perfect 😍 Thank you for making my birthday so special and memorable! ❤️

I recently visited Array Brasserie & Grill for breakfast with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed morning. Work party of 11 (NHS). £660 bill. The salmon was off and not eaten at all. We were happy to pay for the entire order but wanted a refund on the salmon. Outright refused. Eventually negotiated £12.50 off. Will not be returning and will be informing colleagues in local hospital of this experience. Disappointed.

We booked this place on a friday night and found out there will be live entertainment. We called up a day before and asked if its possible to sit at a quiet section as we had a large group booking and we arnt fond of loud music. The guy on the phone told us how we will be seated in a quiet area and it wont be too loud. We arrived on Friday and the music was so loud, we couldnt hear each other. Bare in mind we drove 40 mins to get here so we were not happy. There were kids on other tables covering their ears. Due to the lies we were told on the phone and not being able to place us elsewhere we just got up and left the restaurant. The live music is not it. Please stick to basic DJ.

Sooo decided to join the hype and have a try at Array today as it was very local to me and thought I'd treat the family . . . Service was 10/10 the man who served us and took our order was top fella 👍 Lady in the front (reception) who I think we spoke to on the phone when I booked seemed to be in her own world not really a hostess and seem to not bother about who comes in and out of the place. The venue was very pretty and classy with enough parking on site. Now the food . . . I mean it wasn't amazing but it wasn't terrible either. I had the rib eye steak which basically had no flavour but it was cooked very nice and the only saving grace was the mushroom sauce which I enjoyed very and honestly just about saved the dish. Mac n cheese very meh. Wagyu slliders and dynamite prawns for starters was very meh. Wife got the mix sheesh which was actually pretty good and very filling. Drinks were nice but a rip off at £10. Honestly for the money I expected WAY better. So I have to say I'm actually pretty disappointed and don't think I'll be back anytime soon unfortunately.

The manager/host gave us free rein of the restaurant to take photos. Made my friend’s birthday so special and she loved every bit. Will defo be coming for dinner as we always go for brunch!! Special thanks to our waiter who we didn’t get To thanks as he was serving someone else. I’d like to edit this review as it’s been a couple of months since this. After this experience we’ve been coming to array up to 2-3 times a month. I’d like to make clear that the standards of service have changed. The waiters have a really bad attitude. The bar staff are great. The last time we came we arrived to be told brunch had ran out. I just think the standards of this restaurant have dropped.

A brief visit staff accommodating and pleasant.

I was initially drawn to this restaurant by the beautiful breakfast and brunch photos I saw on Instagram. The decor and atmosphere looked promising, so I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. First off, their website gives conflicting information about when breakfast and brunch start. Some parts say 9:30 AM, but in reality, it doesn't start until 11:30 AM. This kind of basic miscommunication was just the beginning of the problems here. When we arrived, the reviews on google about long waits to get a menu proved accurate. Despite there being plenty of staff, we had to actually ask for a menu after waiting far too long. The restaurant itself looks nice, and the staff were polite enough, but politeness means nothing without efficiency. Now, let’s talk about the service—or rather, the lack of it. I ordered my eggs medium, with runny yolks, and what I got were overcooked, hard eggs. When I questioned this, the first waiter couldn’t understand English well enough to help and had to fetch another one. The long-haired waiter who took our order admitted that although he had supposedly told the chef, he didn’t even bother to write it down properly. I couldn’t believe it. They eventually brought the corrected eggs, but only after I had already finished the rest of my breakfast. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the food took an absurdly long time to arrive. There were only four tables occupied, and two of them were seated after us, yet we still waited 40 minutes for what should have taken 5 minutes to cook—just eggs and sucuk! I can’t imagine how disastrous the wait would be if the place were actually busy. It’s clear this restaurant needs new management because the current one is failing miserably. To add to the frustration, I ordered Turkish tea. Not only was I not asked if I wanted sugar, but when I requested it, I wasn’t even given a spoon until I asked again. And when I finally got one, it was the wrong size for the cup. These small details matter, and they got them all wrong. If that wasn’t enough, both my meal and my partner’s were missing borek, a key item. The waiter had no idea what borek even was and had to check with the kitchen. He came back, admitted we were right, and then casually mentioned he’s more familiar with the evening menu. Are you serious? In summary, the breakfast was mediocre, the service was disorganized and shockingly bad, and to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge for table service. This place could be something special, but right now, it’s a disaster. They have plenty of staff, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing, and it’s the customers who pay the price—literally. A huge disappointment.

If 0 stars for service was possible that would have been better. Extremely poor management and service. Food is overly expensive for less than average food. Owner needs to rethink and improve service that is being delivered to consumers.

10/10 for this place. Staff were amazing, entertainment bang on ! And food was delicious. Had a small mishap with my wife’s food but they were very very quick to rectify and apologised. Didn’t affect our experience at all if anything made it better. Will definitely be coming back to dine with you guys.

I went here for my friends birthday on Sunday and honestly the restaurant is nice however the service wasn’t great. It took about half an hour for us to order after trying to get a waiters attention he said he’ll be with us in a minute then proceeded to take another 10 minutes. The food was not worth the wait. However one of the waiters Adam was very lovely as he brought out her birthday cake, he was patient with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you Adam for making our experience better

Thurs 1st Aug 24 @7.15pm well my son had been here before and previously gave it good reviews so we all went this time we didn't have a reservation but we're given a table very quickly and it wasn't too busy when we arrived.The table was laid and menu's were on each setting, we were immediately ask if we wanted drinks and we ordered them, after looking at menu and deciding we waited and waited and waited about 20 mins then asked if our drinks were ready. The waiter (who I think was more like a manager) then brought out the bread and sauces saying drinks were almost ready and took our main orders. Finally the drinks arrived although the ice had half melted in the glass, the starters of mushrooms in cream sauce were delicious however the scallops were over cooked. We waited a further 30 mins for the main course to be served so 1 wagyu burger with chips burger was fine chips very dry 2. fillet steak med well it was.mostly still.walking and after three bites from around the outside the blood was all over the plate and off putting so nothing else.of that was eaten again dry chips. 3. Portobello stuffed mushrooms this was served and looked like a pile of puke and didn't taste any better no way did this represent stuffed mushrooms. 4. Chicken shish not a nice salad selection just heaped spoonfuls of onion red cabbage beetroot and the smallest amount of chopped lettuce and tomato only ate half of the chicken as it was rubbery and tough, had to eat the chips as I was starving but they were very dry. The young lady who appeared very efficient took the portobello mushroom meal off the bill which was good as it was inedible. Our biggest moan was the constant interruptions of waiters removing items from the table while we were trying to eat like bottles being reach for and lifted over my head and waiters banging into my chair while doing this. Also members of staff were arguing between themselves in view of customers making the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. For this I paid £200, NO I won't be advising people to go there it needs a big management sort out for the staff menu and service .

My experience was quite disappointing, and the food was subpar. Here's what I ordered: - **Lamb Ribs:** Completely flavorless. - **Wagyu Sliders:** Also lacked any discernible taste. - **Chicken Sheesh:** The chicken was tough and below average. - **Prawn Starters:** Overly vinegary and unappetizing. - **Chicken Off the Bone:** Decent, but nothing special. - **Chips:** Had an odd sweet taste, indicating poor potato quality. Overall, the experience was mediocre. The prices do not reflect the quality of the food.

The attached was a padded bill, including Malbec £32, water £5 virgin Pina Colada £10.00 this was shocking because was going pay with tip. The waiter and mate was rushing me to pay. When I realised, I contested the bill and was adjusted. However this is a fantastic restaurant that must resist bad eggs spoiling the efforts of owners and management. Please review your Bill and shine your eyes 😀

Horrible experience on mum’s birthday (nightmare waiter!): We went for a quick brunch and thankfully got a table as the restaurant was quite full. However this was clearly to our detriment as it took about 15-20 mins for someone to take our order. Once we had ordered, my mum’s food came without my meal or my dad’s meal. We waited another 15 mins for our meals to come and had told the waiter at this point too. The waiter then came another 10 mins later to bring the other dishes. At this point my mum had had her meal for almost 20+ minutes eating very slowly as she wanted to eat with us. She calmly tried to speak about her dissatisfaction with the service about eating alone and the food being very late. The waiter then got very defensive and kept saying to my mum “it’s not my fault” and “don’t attack me”. My mum was very calm so this did not make sense. He then proceeded to serve my dads meal and then he insisted we “speak to the manager and not say these things to him about the service” as he’s only “there to bring the meal”, to which my dad agreed. The waiter was then very rude and kept repeating “don’t say these things at me I’m just here to bring the food”. As my dad requested the manager multiple times after being told we should speak to the manager instead, the waiter then said “this isn’t morocco I’m not your slave”. This was very abrupt and rude and very uncalled for, especially as we only requested the manager because he refused to listen about our experience from being seated to being served the food. It was incredibly embarrassing for the waiter to shout at my parents who were very upset back! The manager tried to offer new dishes as the shakshuka was very overcooked. I had refused this and tried to eat the food as I was starving by then. However the eggs were rubbery and as if they had been left to cook for ages and was just not edible! Overall the experience was very poor from being sat to the incident with the waiter. Whilst the upper manager then listened to me after we had paid, I won’t be going to the restaurant again due to both the poor service and overcooked food. Just not worth the hassle for a quick brunch!

I've been twice, one during evening, there was a male singer who was very good at entertaining everyone with hit records. Food was lovely lots of it. drinks are pricey, but we all know that. Lovey decor and garden space. Music was on point ! I would go again. Oh and parking can be a issue depending on time, lets say past 9pm. Other than that was a real treat. Dress up, or smart cas.

Waiters very rude and making sly comments to my table - lucky I was there for my dad’s birthday or else someone would have gotten hurt. Food arrived and I can say I cook better food myself at home ! No seasoning on the meat / fish. Only good thing about this place was the drinks. Definitely wouldn’t return again

This was my second visit to Aray & the experience was much better this time round thanks to Awayes. I have a back problem & hewas very attentive & accommodating, let us sit on a really comfortable sofa table, was helpful thought out our time there. The beef sausages were a little bland this time round but other than that all good. Definitely will and have recommended this place to many friends & family. My absolute favourite place to have a treat ❤️

Hi can I just say how wonderful all your staff are, we often come to brunch, we came last Sunday and met owayes, my son has learning difficulties, and owayes was amazing with him, and other staff at previous visits, we told him we were coming the following saturday(just me and my husband) to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. On the way out we asked the young man on the desk if we could sit near the entertainment. When we arrived the young man remembered us and took us to our table, in front of the entertainment, our waiter was the lovely owayes, we felt thoroughly spoilt all night and had a wonderful time, you have a great team, and we hope you pass on our gratitude. Thank you Great service again.

Went for my mother’s birthday for brunch. Please read the other recent reviews, it seems like this restaurant has gone seriously downhill in the past half year or so. After 20 minutes of being seated, they still had not even given us menus! It took us walking around the restaurant to find a waiter to ask for the menus. This was not a one off - many other tables waited 15-30 minutes for a menu. It then took a further 30 minutes to receive drinks and nearly 60 minutes for food. The staff did not apologise for the wait. There were 3 chefs and 6 waiters for 7 tables so they were not understaffed. When they finally served the food, we were met with unkind and sarcastic comments from the staff which was incredibly shocking as it was completely unprovoked. As for the food, it was overpriced due to the decor being updated. Even simple things were unsatisfactory - such as the poached eggs being overcooked (who wants to pay £15 for a hard poached egg yolk!). After all this, they had the nerve to charge for service… The only positive was the chicken on the chicken waffle. Over an hour wait and being served by waiters who hate their jobs and their customers is not worth a piece of chicken. I would not recommend this experience for anyone.

Spend your money elsewhere. Food is average - nothing special & prices are a bit outrageous. Drinks are over priced and you cannot taste the alcohol in the cocktails. Service is absolutely horrible. Our waiter was solely focused on two tables and ignored our table for the majority of the night. We asked for salt and ketchup, it was never brought to us. One of us got a mixed shish plate & the lamb was so tough she couldn’t cut through it. Atmosphere - nice tables and booths but Jesus Christ the singer they had gave me migraine. I don’t know what karaoke bar they found this clown in but he is horrendous. Spent the night butchering every song he tried to sing. Honestly it was a waste of an evening out. Better else going somewhere different.

We visited Array Brasserie for breakfast to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We received a great welcome and attentive friendly service from all staff. The food was tasty and served in generous portions.The general ambience was great and we enjoyed a fantastic view of the garden which was active with many birds. A great way to start a remarkable day.

So the 1 star I’m giving is because I’m forced to select A star otherwise you can’t leave a comment! Where do I start? Upon entering and being seated we ordered drinks which took 30 minutes to arrive at our table once drinks arrived they looked amazing but tasted like slush mocktails rather than cocktails with zero alcohol in them. Once the drinks arrived not once were we asked if we were ready to order our food, after 45 minutes the waiter decided to take our order which took another 45 minutes to make on arrival the food looked ok, well… my friend's mixed shish dish was so tough that you needed a chainsaw to cut threw it! Nothing had salt and when we asked the waiter for last and ketchup did he bring them Um… no! When asked how we found the food gave our honest opinion the waiter insisted on getting the manager well I think the manager was recruited from the Disney store and he was arrogant and rude but then offered us dessert which we turned down and said how about more cocktails we took the offer up as the manager OFFERED as a goodwill gesture but to our shock we got charged for the cocktails! Please do yourself a favour and go spend your hard-earned money elsewhere and not at this place as they don't care about customer service or don't take complaints seriously! It is just a kebab with a high price tag!

Was directed to park at the back of the restaurant by security. When we were about to go home, noticed our car was blocked. Security disappeared after saying he will go check the owner. 25 minutes gone, I called the restaurant, they will sort it, they came to take pic, waited another 15 minutes. They ruined my night.

Staff was amazing, always asked me are everting ok and make us happy.

Went for brunch and the chicken waffle was very nice. However the service was awful. Got seated but then were ignored for 15mins before I had to hunt down the waitress just to get menus. Took another 20mins to take the order then food took over 45mins to arrive.

I ordered a Mediterranean Breakfast and Pear Juice via Uber Eats. The breakfast consisted of a simit (bagel), 2 eggs, sucuk (sausage), halloumi, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, borek (pastry). Everything was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The bagel was fresh and soft inside. I loved the clotted cream and honey as I used it as a dip for the bagel. It came with a separate portion of salad which included, cherry tomatoes, green olives, cucumber, leaves, red peppers. I highly recommend trying this breakfast!

Didn’t realise they have 10% service charge until I got home.
