If 0 stars for service was possible that would have been better. Extremely poor management and service. Food is overly expensive for less than average food. Owner needs to rethink and improve service that is being delivered to consumers.

10/10 for this place. Staff were amazing, entertainment bang on ! And food was delicious. Had a small mishap with my wife’s food but they were very very quick to rectify and apologised. Didn’t affect our experience at all if anything made it better. Will definitely be coming back to dine with you guys.

I went here for my friends birthday on Sunday and honestly the restaurant is nice however the service wasn’t great. It took about half an hour for us to order after trying to get a waiters attention he said he’ll be with us in a minute then proceeded to take another 10 minutes. The food was not worth the wait. However one of the waiters Adam was very lovely as he brought out her birthday cake, he was patient with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you Adam for making our experience better

Thurs 1st Aug 24 @7.15pm well my son had been here before and previously gave it good reviews so we all went this time we didn't have a reservation but we're given a table very quickly and it wasn't too busy when we arrived.The table was laid and menu's were on each setting, we were immediately ask if we wanted drinks and we ordered them, after looking at menu and deciding we waited and waited and waited about 20 mins then asked if our drinks were ready. The waiter (who I think was more like a manager) then brought out the bread and sauces saying drinks were almost ready and took our main orders. Finally the drinks arrived although the ice had half melted in the glass, the starters of mushrooms in cream sauce were delicious however the scallops were over cooked. We waited a further 30 mins for the main course to be served so 1 wagyu burger with chips burger was fine chips very dry 2. fillet steak med well it was.mostly still.walking and after three bites from around the outside the blood was all over the plate and off putting so nothing else.of that was eaten again dry chips. 3. Portobello stuffed mushrooms this was served and looked like a pile of puke and didn't taste any better no way did this represent stuffed mushrooms. 4. Chicken shish not a nice salad selection just heaped spoonfuls of onion red cabbage beetroot and the smallest amount of chopped lettuce and tomato only ate half of the chicken as it was rubbery and tough, had to eat the chips as I was starving but they were very dry. The young lady who appeared very efficient took the portobello mushroom meal off the bill which was good as it was inedible. Our biggest moan was the constant interruptions of waiters removing items from the table while we were trying to eat like bottles being reach for and lifted over my head and waiters banging into my chair while doing this. Also members of staff were arguing between themselves in view of customers making the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. For this I paid £200, NO I won't be advising people to go there it needs a big management sort out for the staff menu and service .

The attached was a padded bill, including Malbec £32, water £5 virgin Pina Colada £10.00 this was shocking because was going pay with tip. The waiter and mate was rushing me to pay. When I realised, I contested the bill and was adjusted. However this is a fantastic restaurant that must resist bad eggs spoiling the efforts of owners and management. Please review your Bill and shine your eyes 😀

Horrible experience on mum’s birthday (nightmare waiter!): We went for a quick brunch and thankfully got a table as the restaurant was quite full. However this was clearly to our detriment as it took about 15-20 mins for someone to take our order. Once we had ordered, my mum’s food came without my meal or my dad’s meal. We waited another 15 mins for our meals to come and had told the waiter at this point too. The waiter then came another 10 mins later to bring the other dishes. At this point my mum had had her meal for almost 20+ minutes eating very slowly as she wanted to eat with us. She calmly tried to speak about her dissatisfaction with the service about eating alone and the food being very late. The waiter then got very defensive and kept saying to my mum “it’s not my fault” and “don’t attack me”. My mum was very calm so this did not make sense. He then proceeded to serve my dads meal and then he insisted we “speak to the manager and not say these things to him about the service” as he’s only “there to bring the meal”, to which my dad agreed. The waiter was then very rude and kept repeating “don’t say these things at me I’m just here to bring the food”. As my dad requested the manager multiple times after being told we should speak to the manager instead, the waiter then said “this isn’t morocco I’m not your slave”. This was very abrupt and rude and very uncalled for, especially as we only requested the manager because he refused to listen about our experience from being seated to being served the food. It was incredibly embarrassing for the waiter to shout at my parents who were very upset back! The manager tried to offer new dishes as the shakshuka was very overcooked. I had refused this and tried to eat the food as I was starving by then. However the eggs were rubbery and as if they had been left to cook for ages and was just not edible! Overall the experience was very poor from being sat to the incident with the waiter. Whilst the upper manager then listened to me after we had paid, I won’t be going to the restaurant again due to both the poor service and overcooked food. Just not worth the hassle for a quick brunch!

My experience was quite disappointing, and the food was subpar. Here's what I ordered: - **Lamb Ribs:** Completely flavorless. - **Wagyu Sliders:** Also lacked any discernible taste. - **Chicken Sheesh:** The chicken was tough and below average. - **Prawn Starters:** Overly vinegary and unappetizing. - **Chicken Off the Bone:** Decent, but nothing special. - **Chips:** Had an odd sweet taste, indicating poor potato quality. Overall, the experience was mediocre. The prices do not reflect the quality of the food.

The environment was beautiful, had an amazing time with my family. Sherry was an excellent host. He made sure we were okay and indulged us with games. All round happy customer.

I've been twice, one during evening, there was a male singer who was very good at entertaining everyone with hit records. Food was lovely lots of it. drinks are pricey, but we all know that. Lovey decor and garden space. Music was on point ! I would go again. Oh and parking can be a issue depending on time, lets say past 9pm. Other than that was a real treat. Dress up, or smart cas.

Waiters very rude and making sly comments to my table - lucky I was there for my dad’s birthday or else someone would have gotten hurt. Food arrived and I can say I cook better food myself at home ! No seasoning on the meat / fish. Only good thing about this place was the drinks. Definitely wouldn’t return again

This was my second visit to Aray & the experience was much better this time round thanks to Awayes. I have a back problem & hewas very attentive & accommodating, let us sit on a really comfortable sofa table, was helpful thought out our time there. The beef sausages were a little bland this time round but other than that all good. Definitely will and have recommended this place to many friends & family. My absolute favourite place to have a treat ❤️

Hi can I just say how wonderful all your staff are, we often come to brunch, we came last Sunday and met owayes, my son has learning difficulties, and owayes was amazing with him, and other staff at previous visits, we told him we were coming the following saturday(just me and my husband) to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. On the way out we asked the young man on the desk if we could sit near the entertainment. When we arrived the young man remembered us and took us to our table, in front of the entertainment, our waiter was the lovely owayes, we felt thoroughly spoilt all night and had a wonderful time, you have a great team, and we hope you pass on our gratitude. Thank you Great service again.

Went for my mother’s birthday for brunch. Please read the other recent reviews, it seems like this restaurant has gone seriously downhill in the past half year or so. After 20 minutes of being seated, they still had not even given us menus! It took us walking around the restaurant to find a waiter to ask for the menus. This was not a one off - many other tables waited 15-30 minutes for a menu. It then took a further 30 minutes to receive drinks and nearly 60 minutes for food. The staff did not apologise for the wait. There were 3 chefs and 6 waiters for 7 tables so they were not understaffed. When they finally served the food, we were met with unkind and sarcastic comments from the staff which was incredibly shocking as it was completely unprovoked. As for the food, it was overpriced due to the decor being updated. Even simple things were unsatisfactory - such as the poached eggs being overcooked (who wants to pay £15 for a hard poached egg yolk!). After all this, they had the nerve to charge for service… The only positive was the chicken on the chicken waffle. Over an hour wait and being served by waiters who hate their jobs and their customers is not worth a piece of chicken. I would not recommend this experience for anyone.

We visited Array Brasserie for breakfast to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We received a great welcome and attentive friendly service from all staff. The food was tasty and served in generous portions.The general ambience was great and we enjoyed a fantastic view of the garden which was active with many birds. A great way to start a remarkable day.

Spend your money elsewhere. Food is average - nothing special & prices are a bit outrageous. Drinks are over priced and you cannot taste the alcohol in the cocktails. Service is absolutely horrible. Our waiter was solely focused on two tables and ignored our table for the majority of the night. We asked for salt and ketchup, it was never brought to us. One of us got a mixed shish plate & the lamb was so tough she couldn’t cut through it. Atmosphere - nice tables and booths but Jesus Christ the singer they had gave me migraine. I don’t know what karaoke bar they found this clown in but he is horrendous. Spent the night butchering every song he tried to sing. Honestly it was a waste of an evening out. Better else going somewhere different.

So the 1 star I’m giving is because I’m forced to select A star otherwise you can’t leave a comment! Where do I start? Upon entering and being seated we ordered drinks which took 30 minutes to arrive at our table once drinks arrived they looked amazing but tasted like slush mocktails rather than cocktails with zero alcohol in them. Once the drinks arrived not once were we asked if we were ready to order our food, after 45 minutes the waiter decided to take our order which took another 45 minutes to make on arrival the food looked ok, well… my friend's mixed shish dish was so tough that you needed a chainsaw to cut threw it! Nothing had salt and when we asked the waiter for last and ketchup did he bring them Um… no! When asked how we found the food gave our honest opinion the waiter insisted on getting the manager well I think the manager was recruited from the Disney store and he was arrogant and rude but then offered us dessert which we turned down and said how about more cocktails we took the offer up as the manager OFFERED as a goodwill gesture but to our shock we got charged for the cocktails! Please do yourself a favour and go spend your hard-earned money elsewhere and not at this place as they don't care about customer service or don't take complaints seriously! It is just a kebab with a high price tag!

This place is so nice and affordable and the waiter Sherry had such good customer service even with the picky group changing things constantly he was very patient and kind also talks with us definitely needs a raise in pay or a huge bonus as he's the face of the company ahahahhahaha

Was directed to park at the back of the restaurant by security. When we were about to go home, noticed our car was blocked. Security disappeared after saying he will go check the owner. 25 minutes gone, I called the restaurant, they will sort it, they came to take pic, waited another 15 minutes. They ruined my night.

Went for brunch and the chicken waffle was very nice. However the service was awful. Got seated but then were ignored for 15mins before I had to hunt down the waitress just to get menus. Took another 20mins to take the order then food took over 45mins to arrive.

Staff was amazing, always asked me are everting ok and make us happy.

I ordered a Mediterranean Breakfast and Pear Juice via Uber Eats. The breakfast consisted of a simit (bagel), 2 eggs, sucuk (sausage), halloumi, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, borek (pastry). Everything was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The bagel was fresh and soft inside. I loved the clotted cream and honey as I used it as a dip for the bagel. It came with a separate portion of salad which included, cherry tomatoes, green olives, cucumber, leaves, red peppers. I highly recommend trying this breakfast!

I came to meet a friend after the school drop off and absolutely loved it. In the morning it’s baby friendly and the staff were so attentive and understanding. The food was delicious and the drinks were well made. I have returned a few times and still feel the same way.

Didn’t realise they have 10% service charge until I got home.

The security guys outside were friendly 👌 and neatly dressed with good parking skills. The guy that took the orders was professional also... Food was at its best..I finished everything I ordered for.

Got here at 12, had to wait for menus for 25minutes even after getting up to have to ask the waiter with no apology (a shorter lady). Food took another 45minutes meaning a total of 1hr 20 wait to get food- the waiter with glasses was also rude to us and no apology for the wait. Must be an issue with service as saw a few waiters arguing with each other. Food was pretty good though, shame about the shambolic service

Sat for 10 minutes without even a menu. Had to call the non existent staff to give us menus. Then they disappeared and didn’t even come back to take our order. 20 minutes later we left as it did not seem like they could manage with only 4 customers in the place. Very disappointing experience after we drove an hour to get there.

Visited this place for breakfast yesterday, the food was amazing! Tasted really fresh with good portions. Atmosphere was beautiful but unfortunately the service was appalling. The 2 staff that were there were extremely slow and not bothered! They were not attentive towards the customers. only a few tables were occupied & they were still slow, some people even left as they couldn't wait any longer. Really disappointing actually because everything else was pretty much perfect!

I went for brunch and I really enjoyed the brunch menu! I actually prefer it to the dinner menu. Service was great and it's child and baby friendly too for brunch which is great. The fresh carrot juice was amazing. Will definitely be coming back for brunch again.

Over two days I’ve come here, first time for breakfast, which was horrendous. The service was slow and they got my order wrong so I had to wait again for an even longer time. The restaurant only had about 4 tables so I couldn’t understand why. I had the salmon club sandwich it was soo sloppy and wet. Then I visited the restaurant again for dinner for a friends bday, the dinner was much better but again the service was a little slow. Now the biggest issue was the toilets. For an establishment that is so bougie they were disgusting. How can you have toilets so filthy when your restaurant looks so pretty. Array really need to check that Would I go again? probably not, it defo wasn’t worth it

Poor service Slow drinks (Served after our starters) Mains came out while still eating our starters Drinks cleared even thou we didn’t finish them. Had to ask for extra drinks and dessert menu from the host to try and track down a waiter which took ages. Desserts when they finally did come out tasted like cardboard. A real shame.

Our waiter was Sherry and he made our entire experience! His service was incredible and he was incredibly kind. Our food came out relatively quick and he was nice with all the picky changes we made. A very joyful guy that definitely spreads the joy too! He showed us magic tricks to end the night which were hilarious, his service exceeded expectations and has made my entire family love Array! Customer service definitely goes a long way. Hats off to him.

Food is absolutely lovely. Although I personally didn’t like the Mac and cheese if you prefer a creamier Mac and cheese then it’s perfect for you. The staff were wonderful and attentive and the restaurant is gorgeous.

We had a great time and had great food there. A Sunday is a really good day to go as it is not really busy and everything comes out fresh. Shery played card games with us and entertained us while we were waiting for our mains and they are very very humble and made us laugh. Awais was very hospitable and allowed us to feel at home and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back !!

Went for Brunch and was not disappointed !!! Really great menu and the food was delicious. They offer a really wide selection of options and the food not only looks but tastes fantastic. The staff were super friendly and accommodating however they seemed understaffed for brunch and we could see the waiter struggling to keep-up at times. The conservatory area is absolutely stunning in the sun and I’m looking forward to coming back and trying their dinner and even their Sunday Roast which looked epic.

"I booked a lunch at 1pm for a party of six and it was not made clear that lunch was not being served until 3pm. Why would someone book a party of six at 1pm for breakfast? Also we were mostly ignored and would have ordered lots more drinks but we never saw a waiter and had to ask each time for attention. Especially when staff were standing around as very few diners were in for obvious reasons."

I and my family came here for lunch/dinner and were attended to by Owayes. He made our experience at Arrays so enjoyable! Very professional, funny and to top it off the food was amazing. Deffo coming back and will be a regular :)!

We enjoyed ourself when we went to array on Eid.The service was brilliant and the waitresses were so welcoming and helpful.I want to say a special thanks to chery.He was the one who made this experience joyful.He is a good photographer and helped us capture memories.

It’s our second time at Arrays - Love the food, it tasted absolutely beautiful and texture was perfect. The consistent quality of food ticked an important box for us. Great atmosphere, music was not too loud which meant we could have a decent conversation whilst having dinner. Excellent service. The gentleman (Owayes) that served us checked in on us frequently to ensure we had all we needed and were comfortable. My husband and I loved every bit of our time there.
