Aroma Tandoori in Lambeth

We went there for a takeaway. I ordered king prawn shashlick and it was gorgeous.The meals are always cooked fresh and are hot. Been goi g there for years & they have always been good.

This has been my local Indian takeaway for a decade and these guys always give you a bit extra in your order. Chicken chilli masala a personal favourite

La comida siempre es fresca y caliente - la especia y el sabor puede variar ligeramente en función del chef que muestra es fresco y auténtico. La orden ha sido siempre correcta y a veces de piedra en algunas partes de cortesía. Siempre nos decantamos por la recogida y la comida está lista sin falta en un máximo de 20 minutos. El personal es amable y me gusta que puedes ver cocinan la comida en la cocina. Fuera no parece mucho, pero la comida es deliciosa y buena relación calidad-precio!

Comida incompleta y tuvimos que esperar casi 40 minutos para dos platos para llegar.

Fed this to Indians staying with me & missing a taste of home. They liked it, & if you knew how hard that's been to find.... A regular of mine, with some excellent value deals. like the Thali.

Delivery was prompt and the delivery guy was nice but the Food was lukewarm, and lacked full flavour of the Indian dishes that I'm used too. It wasn't totally bad but I was disappointed

I think the food is great but last night was the second time my order has been wrong . I appreciate that they are busy but forgetting extra poppadoms you ordered and bringing them when you have finished your meal is disappointing.

The lamb curry and chicken tikka masaala were watery. The peshwari naan did not taste of coconut. They advertise an offer saying you get poppadoms when you spend £15. They put ONE poppadom with a large order of food which I can not understand. This was not good customer service and suggests a lot about the takeaway's standards. I phoned the takeaway and the person did not seem interested nor willing to rectify the issue.

Best Indian takeaway in the south. Naan bread doesn't travel well but humble staff and food always great wouldn't think of trying a new Indian to avoid disappointment!

Bread was stone cold, meals that say they come with rice dont come with any rice at all. trying to eat an indian meal with cold bread and no rice even when youve paid for a meal including rice isnt good enough.

Good food as always, but a longer wait than usual due to traffic, but not their fault!

Recently i have spoken to the owner and he informed me that he was making a new menu with fresh new ideas and still including traditional dishes which made me make a order and the food was AMAZING and AUTHENTIC!!!!! Absolutely lovely n i have no regrets at all. Will definitely order again!!

No me avergüenza decir que tengo para llevar desde aquí dos veces en la semana pasada. Los platos principales son excelentes, un corte por encima de lo normal y el naan pan es muy bueno también. Los precios son inmejorables y son extremadamente bajos para esta calidad de comida.

Every dish started the same nothing special delivery took 1hr 15min man finally pressed my bell and complained that I didn't answer my phone when he was outside but ringing the bell obviously worked :(

Really good food delivered quickly. The free pakoras, samosas and popadoms were very welcome. Ordered from here several times and the food is consistently good. Highly recommend.

I rated this place with 6 star quality.... Until now. Not so good anymore. Food is not spicey at all and they don't read the notes with order anymore.

I have been ordering food from hear for many years now, ive moved further away & they still deliver & on the od occasion drop of a new menu. There food is of great quality & every dish tastes different, i'm a bit of a fussy eater, but I would highly reccomed the food & service.

Great food, always tastes good and arrives hot. I personally enjoy the meat thali deal, its great value 4 mone and is great 4 a single person meal or as part of a family meal.

Food was very good, but they did short us a keema naan bread - really wasn´t worth the hassle of asking for another one to be delivered. Delivery was within the estimated time, and the portions were generous. Very good prawn on puri which I find is a good benchmark - will probably use again, but will mention the shorted naan.

this is the first time I got my meal delivered in a so short period of time...I was so amazed, and the food is so nice and good value for money..it came all hot..will recommend it

I ordered some food from Aroma. When it arrived a portion of pilau rice and 1 peshwari nan were missing. They wanted me to wait a further 15 mins before they could deliver the missing food. I replied that my food would be cold before the missing items would arrive. Needless to say, my experience wasn´t good. I won´t be using Aroma again.

Lovely as always. The chef is clearly commited to providing a high standard of take away food as opposed to the slop that can be sold in other take aways =)
