Perfect spot for a superbly made Flat White.

Popped in today on my lunch break for a takeaway coffee and sausage roll. Lovely welcome and kindness throughout. Delicious coffee and food. Will be back again soon.

Used on December 30, 2023. The drinks and food were all very delicious and had a heart-warming and gentle flavor. Thank you for the information about Norwich. I would like to go there again when I go to Norwich. In fact, it's a drink or food that makes you hungry just by looking at it. Please note that the photos are not good.

As a regular customer of Aroma I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great coffee or excellent food. The staff are very friendly and very the prices are very reasonable so if you’re looking for a coffee on the go or want to sit and relax in a nice peaceful environment then this is the place to come.

Visited a few times during our stay in Norwich. Conveniently located but rather quiet. Coffee and sandwiches were good. If you are looking for a coffee on the go, this is the place for you.

Recently discovered this lovely little place and will be back! The coffee was stunning, I’d even go as far to say it rivals the likes of Starbucks and Costa! Would certainly choose Aroma over these! The whole place felt super friendly too!

I absolutely loved it! The coffee was great and they have a lot of plant-based options, both for the “milk”, and for cookies and other treats. Moreover, the place in itself is really cozy and with a great atmosphere. The staff is so lovely and nice, too! I’d wish Aroma were where I live, so I could go there everyday!!!

We are blessed with a array of amazing coffee in Norwich, within that Aroma stands apart. A true indie with fantastic coffee, well worth a visit and if the weather is nice explore the cathedral!

The very example of a perfect coffee house. Best I’ve ever visited anywhere in the world. Top marks for style and atmosphere, top marks for taste in coffee and treats. Top marks for customer service. I will never stop recommending this place to friends and family. I can’t give them more than five stars which is a shame so instead I included the cafe in a novella series as the safe zone for all sorts to come and hangout. Honestly, the very best place and an incredible achievement from all those involved in it. Friends from Aroma last!

A lovely styled, great quality cafe. A selection of fresh baked treats and a decent seating area with WiFi upstairs when you need to get out of the rain.

I often visit this coffee shop. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Seating upstairs. Large range of coffee, tea and cold drinks! Have visited a couple times during the recent COVID drama and I felt very safe with their policies in place! Lovely little coffee shop:)

Best coffee in the neighbourhood

Whilst not appearing to be the best, this is a very good little coffee shop. The guy behind the counter was obviously passionate about his coffee - very good - and the waitress was smiley, polite and efficient. Upstairs is a bit cramped and not too well lit but for a brief pit stop more than adequate.

Came to Aroma today to have a coffee with my sister. The coffee was amazing! Also the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough! 10/10 service. The atmosphere is really nice and it’s definitely going to be a regular coffee spot for us!

Lovely place. Great for meeting family and friends for a quiet chat. Beverages are perfect. The mulled wine at Christmas was wonderful and the gf vegan brownie is always an incentive.

The best coffee in Norwich (and I have had a few). Not that sour green stuff that coffee officianados are meant to like, or that burnt stuff produced by the chains, but a deep, nutty and satisfying taste.

Visited this trendy cafe for the first time and received a very warm welcome. I treated myself to a flat white which was perfectly crafted and full of flavour and a delicious slice of cake which was beautifully moist,scrumptious and it certainly hit the spot. As well as hot beverages they also serve alcoholic beverages including beers and cocktails and a range of delicious food. Why go to a tax avoiding chain such as Starbucks when you could enjoy a delicious cocktail or coffee at Aroma. Without a doubt i will be making a return visit

Fantastic service and food. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. The baristas are always happy to chat about your day and always have a unique insight to situations. The coffee is delicious and the cocktails are the best available in Norwich.

I recently arranged for a cocktail making session here on a Saturday night for my friends hen party. I am so glad I picked this place as it has such a cosy atmosphere and the 7 of us had the upstairs to ourselves. We made two cocktails, and Elderflower Collins and a Mai Tai which were really fun to make and delicious. Tom the bartender was very knowledgeable and great fun! All the girls loved him! The booking process was very easy and Mercedes was very helpful throughout, providing me with lots of information and also invited me for a visit before I booked so i could see what Aroma is like. The cocktail menu is amazing so I can't wait to visit again. I recommend it to anyone who wants an exciting night out! It also looks a lovely place to visit during the day for coffee and snacks. Thanks all at Aroma :)

Every time I've been here there's been sweet little freebie tasters on the counter while you wait for your coffee and friendly conversation. I really enjoy this place, I'm only ever in there briefly, but I do leave smiling and looking forward to the things I've purchased. I was lucky enough to have a vegan sausage roll recently baked so it was still warm! So flaky, tasty and tasting similar to meat as well (in a good way!). I'm not vegan, but I have a sensitive tummy to lactose products and enjoy eating vegetarian on occasion. Thanks everyone :)

My all time favourite coffee shop in Norwich, all the staff are professional but offer a personal experience and make you feel very welcome. Family business really shows through and it does feel like you've walked into your friends kitchen and they're offering you the best coffee there is in Norwich

It's just a little place around the corner from Norwich Cathedral, but the quality of the coffee and service was worth a review. We enjoyed it so much we came back for second cups. A small business well worth supporting.

It was around closing time when I asked for something and the guy said they were closed. Fair enough. As I walked out, he offered to make a bacon sandwich. Great. What I then had was horrid. The bread was off and the bacon meh. I don't mind you being closed, just don't serve poor quality food.

Lovely coffee but food very expensive. £9 for a breakfast burrito is way too much. Maybe consider doing half portions at a more realistic price? Was tasty I will admit, but too much money

Oh to be local! What a truly glorious independent business. Popped in for a simple coffee but then decided to have freshly made porridge (and share a cheeky egg and ham muffin). Coffee was of course divine but what struck me most was the service, humility and earnest desire to please. I wish these young people well as this is a fantastic oasis of kindness and quality products and service. Thank you for brightening our day.

Nunca había estado en Aroma antes de que mi opinión fuera la primera, ¿dónde? Y luego, cuando me di cuenta de que ese es el tipo de lugar, normalmente caminaría en línea recta a favor de un bar de ambiente más convencional. NO ANDAR ANTERIORMENTE, es una joya absoluta dentro. La decoración es fresca industrial con mesas hechas de postes de andamios y paredes de madera con revestimiento. El baño es nuevo e inmaculado, aunque tal vez le falta un espejo de cuerpo entero, ¡pero no me quejo! El espacio íntimo, pero no se siente pequeño o estrecho y el piso de arriba tiene enormes ventanas de guillotina georgianas, perfectas para observar a la gente. Tienes que probar el cóctel de malvavisco tostado, ¡es un sueño absoluto! El personal fue muy divertido y servicial, nos hizo cócteles especiales del menú e incluso nos bailar salsa (y no de una manera extraña de sueño). ¡Claramente aman lo que hacen y ayudaron a crear una atmósfera brillante! Llegamos alrededor de las 8 pm y no nos fuimos hasta las 11 después de solo planear tomar una bebida. No podría recomendarlo lo suficiente, definitivamente voy a frecuentar este lugar! Arrojé esa paja (¡gracias a Dios!) ¡Metí otra paja y me di mi bebida! ! ! ! Urgh completamente aturdido. ¿Es esto algo nuevo para que el personal pruebe su bebida antes de dársela? ? Salí cuando ya lo había pagado, si no lo hubiera dejado, ojalá lo hubiera hecho. Pero estaba bastante sorprendido, así que simplemente salí con eso. ¡Me temo que NO recomendaré este establecimiento!

Guau. El mejor café que realmente he probado. El café fantástico está bien acompañado con el servicio amable y excepcional. Si sales a dar un paseo por Norwich y te apetece una buena taza de café. No busques más allá de 'Aroma'. El frijol guatemalteco usado en la mayoría de su café también vale la pena invertir en su cordura, al comprar una bolsa para llevar a casa y disfrutar de la experiencia del 'aroma' en la comodidad de su propia residencia.

I myself have an intolerance to dairy and I expected not to be able to have a hot drink here but to my surprise they can make hot drinks with oat, almond and soya milk. Very nice drink and nicely suprised

Brilliant coffee/food and cocktail establishment, staff are all lovely, food and drinks are brilliant, a home from home feel where you feel welcomed and your customer appreciated. I recommend any of the food, the London Smog or the Dirty Chai Latte. That Will is a legend!

A great coffee shop that holds some really fun events. The team are incredibly friendly and the drinks are delicious. The Aroma open mic nights are filled with local talent in their cosy upstairs room. Be sure to check what events are coming up, they aren't to be missed.
