Arigato Japanese Restaurant in Bury

We’ve been coming to Arigato Japanese for a while now and one thing never changes, we always order the Laksa on the side no matter what else we’re trying. It’s that good. The soup is rich, creamy, spicy and packed with flavour. The perfect blend of comfort and kick. Every visit, we try something new off the menu and everything’s been amazing, but the Laksa has officially earned permanent status on our table. Arigato has nailed it, friendly service, quality ingredients and dishes that are actually made with care with Rose’ (the owners) passion of cooking. Do yourself a favour and order the Laksa. You won’t regret it.

Loved the chicken yakisoba with chicken gyozas. They gave us free non-spicy gyozas for my son as well to eat with his karagee. Will come back to try the other dishes.

Fantastic food, fresh, tasty, staff very friendly. Lots of new menu items. Open Thursday to Sunday, Katsu and Teriyaki are first class. The Prawn Tempura is to die for. Highly rated and recommended.

Amazing food full of flavour would recommend the portions sizes will get you filled.

Went to Radcliffe market to have a look around and ended up eating here. The food was really nice - and I'll definitely be back. The portion sizes were massive. Even I couldn't eat it all - you can definitely make it a bit smaller and it still be good value!

What wasn't to enjoy? Delivery was efficient, katsu roll is delicious, and the dumplings, gyoza chicken and veg are sublime. I had the steak yaki soba, misses had mixed udon, my word I've not had food this good in Radcliffe in a loooongg time.

Excellent food and clearly a very popular resaurant for all the right reasons. Be sure to order early in the evening due to high demand

I love the food from here, the Gyozas are my favourite! Usually I go out to eat but ordered it for delivery for the first time today. There was a mistake with my order initially but it was resolved straight away. Wonderful service and just as delicious as eating at the market.

Food is lovely but only 3 rather than 5 dumplings as advertised

I ordered 2 sides and 1 main for £18: both sides soaking in oil and main had no flavour at all

Mixed feeling on this place . The food we got tasted very nice. The restaurant forgot the curry sauce for the Katsu curry, but sent it out about 10 mins later, along with a portion of tempura prawns we were still waiting on. The delivery driver was very kind also. The menu says you are supposed to get 5 gyoza/soimai per portion but we only got three in each. It's very misleading and quite disappointing. It feels like we didn't get what we paid for.

Love the menu choice here as a vegan there's loads of choice. Bought 4 times now and the sauces are inconsistent. First time really really tasty, last few times tasteless

I highly recommend Acapulco Arigato. I had chilli nachos and dumplings and it was absolutely delicious and so fresh. My husband had fajita and he really enjoyed it. We will definitely coming back again.

The food from Arigato is absolutely amazing! Not overly sure why it has not got any reviews yet, so I thought i'd be the first to write one. The food was delicious. It was by far the best Japanese food i've ever had. Will defiantly be ordering from here agin.

Understand it's Christmas but they could have the courtesy to say that the are unable to make the food rather make us wait.

sushi .. terrible, threw it in the trash. tasteless. bland. Fried rice with egg and beef were included in the order - hard tasteless and no salt. the meat is too dry very poor kitchen. I didn't eat it.

Tasty authentic food cooked fresh. Great portions at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff too.

amazing high quality Japanese food , Rose the chef was trained in top Dubai restaurants, and now we have her all to ourselves in Radcliffe market, great prices generous portions , sushi, udon, dumplings , teriyaki etc . all incredibly delicious and healthy ... little wonder she sells out everyday

Food is amazing. One of my go to takeaway's! The gyoza's are AMAZING. Chicken fried rice is fresh and packed full of flavor! I can also recommend the sushi, the plant power is lovely, massive portions and freshly made! Nice to support a local business as well :)

Fantastic Japanese food so tasty and very generous servings. During the lockdown we have been ordering takeaway from here as our weekly family treat and have never been disappointed. My wife loves the tempura prawns which are huge and always sweet and succulent. I particularly like the the steak teriyaki and also the katsu chicken. We always buy a side order of chicken gyoza which is to die for, so much so that we've now started getting two portions, it really is that good.

Spot on all round... ordering, service, communication and food quality... top sushi and curry made for lovely night in with something that is different to the norm

Was wonderful! Had the Salmon Terriyaki and chicken Gyoza, both were absolutely amazing! For only £12.00 was a great surprise. Would happily recommend to anyone! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the rice and salad complemented it perfectly. The gyoza was also perfectly cooked in a very nice (slightly hot) sauce. Ended up eating everything before thinking of making this review. I had been wanting Salmon Terriyaki for ages and suddenly saw an advert for you on Instagram, looked at you glorious menu and had to order! When I ordered I had a payment issue and they called to check if I still wanted to order and arranged it to pick up ASAP.
