Lovely friendly atmosphere. Great staff.

Had a few drinks and watched the footie in The Argyll Bar on their big screens. The barmaid was lovely, really friendly and she looked after us well. The bar is very dog friendly and dogs are allowed in all rooms.

What a wonderful place. So friendly, absolutely the best staff ever and lovely locals. Staff make a bar and these guys were simply perfect.

It's a great little bar with a very good selection of beers and spirits. The staff are very polite, friendly and efficient. The bar is managed by a very nice little lady called Louise who is very pleasant and does a very professional job.

Been in this pub twice now and both times friendly and good to see such good community pub who welcomes people so well.

A very welcoming little local with friendly staff and customers. Smart decor and very clean. Drinks competitively priced. A few blocks away from the main bars and much easier to get served 👍 all in all a very comfortable venue for a quiet drink.

It was great seeing The Argyll still in business. I have not been in Helensburgh since 1992. My mother used to own the pub and I went to Clyde Street school.

Nice and clean bar l popped in on Sunday and the girl behind the bar was nice and welcoming really friendly so I'll be back..

Lovely place. Very welcoming. Looked after our precious chocolate labrador (who is recovering from major surgery) magnificently. We would definitely recommend .

We've been there last night for the quiz night. It was great fun. The bar tender did a good job - still a wee bit drunk from trying all his recommendations :-P very friendly people. Good music. Tasty beers and whisky. You can't but love this pub. If I ever get back to helensburgh I'd go there again for sure.

Love the Argyll such a friendly atmosphere, great staff and dog friendly. The theme night are brilliant quizzing, bingo, poker then fab weekend entertain highly recommend. Emma and Stuart are naturals. Highest praise.

Cheap drinks, cosy atmosphere and brilliant banter. What more could you ask for? Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet drink in Helensbrugh.

Monday night quiz night is amazing. This bar is seriously underrated in helensburgh. It's always been one I walked past, but after quizzing on a Monday a couple of times, I will be visiting a lot more.
