It was very good and lovely to spend my time and have my dinner here. Good customer service in a good environment condition and their food with drinks is a reasonable price.

I have been to soomany African restaurants in Medway/Kent area but I have to say when it comes down to quality of food and taste then arena lounge is on top! The food is clean and extremely tasty. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can’t fault it, this food will make your tummy smile

I order for fufu and it took eternity for the food to come and even at that I got semo instead of fufu. The order was changed without my prior notice.No one has the right to change my order apart from me.

Arena Lounge what a lovely restaurant to enjoy your Nigerian food. The food is delicious and the ambience is lovely. I had Seafood Okra with pounded yam and it was 10/10.

I came from Maryland (USA) to visit my Cousin that stay in Chatham (UK). He brought me to this place called Arena lounge (African Restaurant). I was really impressed with the staff hospitality, clean environment. I was served Nkwobi. Honestly, the food was super, delicious and cheap to afford. Anytime I will always recommend this place for tourists to place.

Great place, beautiful atmosphere and awesome service

This place needs to be investigated by the Food Standard Agency. They served me an African dish (ISE EWU) that requires you to be given a washing hand bowl with hand soap before and after eating. When I asked for the bowl to wash my hands the owner of the venue said they don't serve it with washing hand water and asked me to walk about 30 meters to the back room walking through people to wash my hands. I was so shocked and I refused to eat there as I found it so irritating and disgusting. The owner was so rude and lacked customer service. The waitress was also surprised by the way he spoke to me and his handling of the situation.

Was not delivered. Delivery driver never showed. Organised with restaurant to reorder and collect myself

We went on a weekday for a birthday celebration I just happened to google Nigerian resturants in Chatham and Arena came up. Let's start off with the decor and ambience. Perfect . The staff absolutely amazing couldn't do enough for us. Accommodated all our needs without being to over bearing. We didn't feel rushed we were definitely welcomed. We literally had the run of the place. It was clean, tidy, and the food was on point. Proper nigerian food with the full taste that is always appreciated. I couldn't fault it. Next stop will be experiencing a weekend with the DJ/Live band....I've been warned to book before hand....Well done A rena lounge and congratulations on your establishment. You will definitely see me soon!!!!!

Finally, there is a restaurant in Kent that serves delicious Nigerian food!!! The food is amazing and customer service is great. I have been here 3x times now and the food quality has been consistent!

A place to visit always Nice meals

An hour's wait for the grilled fish, as all food prepared fresh. That was communicated when we placed the order. Much better to place your order before you get there, so as to avoid the wait. Very good DJ. Don't go on Friday night if you want a quiet night. Food is quite tasty. Very attentive staff from door man to the owner of the place

Best ambience ever on my visit to the U.K.

I had my birthday here and the ambience, hospitality, customer care, food and everything was impressive. I was well taken care of from the day I called to find out about the place, my guests were well taken caŕe of and the fact that she kept calling to ask if there are new food orders from or my guests so they can serve the best is beautiful... and then we even left with take out after the party because the food are super 😋.

The first time I ordered here this evening for dinner, I have tried many restaurants in the area that sell African cuisine, and this one by far was the best! The plantain was lovely and sweet, the jollof, chicken and tomato stew was incredible! I am speechless! Will defo be returning! Thank you so much! The lady who served me was friendly, welcoming and kind too 🤍

Honestly I am horrified, I order Asun via uber eats the meat tasted stale but we continued eating it as we were hungry. The next morning we woke up with food poisoning and have been suffering since. Please do not order from here, only God knows how long they keep their meat for and then sell! The absolute worst place I have ever ordered food from, I will definitely be reporting this to the local authorities this restaurant is a HAZARD, don't order from here!

Worst service I’ve ever had. My food took 2hrs yes 2hrs. lol I never write reviews but I must. I waited over 2hrs for a drink. This is awful

Best experience the music the ambience the food is the best in terms of value for money....they don't do small portions I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful venue clean toilets...coming again this weekend.
