Very nice workers and food was excellent

Really good food, very good for price, when my friend's food got lost in the queue, it was very quickly sorted.

Not received our food yet however our server Darah was lovely and very helpful with explaining menu items to us as we had not been to Archie’s before. Very happy with our service ☺️

Went here for dinner and was served by Lora. I have allergies and she was really helpful and accomodating, she let me know which waffles I could eat and suggested adjustments to certain ones so that they were suitable for me.

Food was actually nice but some of the staff have no food service skills. I've noticed a few other reviews mentioned the same thing.

Came to eat during shopping a lovely server called Lora took my order and helped me decide on what to order. Absolutely brilliant service, Ill definitely be going back next time im out shopping!

I will never come here again. Food, service and attitude of staff was disgusting. The curly fries were inedible, the burger was stale and was thrown together so i was barely able to to keep it intact. A friend had to return his burger due to it being cold and stale. Another friends fries were so hard and cold they were beyond inedible. Management need to run a tighter ship as this unacceptable. Sort yourselves out

Well went to Archie`s in Leeds today. I live in Manchester and been to Archie`s there and i will the staff was like the Leeds shop as the staff was brill and very kind and happy and as for the lady who served me think her name was Shan she did really well and coped with a busy day well hope she does well in her job and gets higher in her role hope the best for you Shan. PS this is a message to the owner please look in to how things can be done for staff as this Shan should get a gold star.

Ordered food . Was give it then they said they'd given me the wrong one. I'd already taken a bite! Lucky I don't have allergies. They then brought mine and it looked like it had been thrown around the kitchen. Over priced mess. I did complain about both things and was given a refund but I wasn't impressed

The food was dry and was rations. There was barely any food and the price is very high.

Took some time for my burger to be ready but I had a buzzer so I knew when it would be ready so not an issue. I've only ever had Archie's at Manchester airport, but the burgers in Leeds are just the same. Lovely thin juicy flavoursome patties with plenty of nice sauce, fresh lettuce and a really soft bun. Would happily have a burger here again!

The service we received here was so terrible. we ordered 2 chicken wings and other stuff. Later checked the receipt and noticed it was 2 chicken burgers they had put in. I went to ask about it and all they could say was we don't have chicken wings without informing us. Is that ever done? Worst thing is they didn't even apologise to us.

Got myself and family 4 milkshakes, all tasted really great. My favorite would be the billionaire. Love the banana flavoured shakes. I will come back again next time to try the waffles

Absolutely appalled! ordered a cheeseburger nothing on it but bacon. Waited for nearly 30 minutes for it to be cold and loaded with everything I didn’t want. Luckily I noticed because otherwise my allergies would have flared up and I could’ve been in hospital seriously unwell. I’m very disappointed and advice to anyone, DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!! DESPICABLE BEHAVIOUR..

I am really sorry to rate this to only 3 stars, but the guys forgot about our order and we only had 2 portions of fries. Ridiculous time to wait and they've tried to apologise by giving us a free lemonade. I appreciate their gesture, but try and improve your service because people are expecting for a quick food here. I was expecting to wait more for other food,but not for some fries. The lemonade was ok and the fries...fries,okay.

Colleagues were emptying bins near the food prep area within sight of customers. Everyone was laughing and giggling instead of serving. Honestly it took us 25 minutes to get served, then they gave us a hand held device to let us know when it was ready.

Just another place to buy poor quality, overpriced 'American' food. Got their 2 patty burger which was dripping with oil. Not very big for the £10 price. The meat itself was extremely thin - I appreciate it is a 'smashed burger' but what size did it start as?! Waited around for staff at the front to notice us. Kitchen just full of young people chatting or looking confused. May as well just go to Wendy's or McDonald's. Cheaper and quicker service and the same rather poor quality food. If you want a proper burger for the same price - go to a normal pub. A shame as the restaurant in Manchester is well-rated. But clearly their expansion to Leeds has failed and needs a rethink.

Overall it was nice but nothing impressive

Shambolic. Spent way too much on a very sub standard meal. Would get more with a kids meal at some places. Nlbought 4 meals and none of the meals were great. Way too much sauce and literally no patty- which we were told is what their patties are like. They got our order wrong twice. The curly fried were more like curly crumbs

For the price they charge the burgers aren't the best. Hardly any meat too much sauce. It was more like a kids meal than a adults meal.

AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES. I completely understand that some allergies are unavoidable in the kitchen environment, however, there was no modicum of care or attention given by the staff here on our visit today Initially requested the a burger have no sesame seeds due to being severely allergic, burger arrived and had a full sesame seeded bun. Returned this to the kitchen and they provided another one, but upon opening package, some more sesame seeds which genuinely could’ve been disastrous if we ate it. Read the other reviews as well, they’re just as terrible. Much better establishments nearby.

The worker who served us was like she didn’t want to be there, her names is “darah” Leeds. I wasn’t even done with my order she’s like is that it, is that it. I asked for drink press the button with attitude. I would not recommend any one to go there. It is pricey which isn’t worth it. I never wrote a review but I was disgusted with the food and the service. Don’t get me wrong it was good before but now it has dropped massively.

Our time at Archives was a total bummer. The soggy fries were a letdown, and when we brought it up, the manager not only shrugged it off but refused to change the food or provide a refund. The staff's treatment of us was simply rude and appalling, and it feels like they couldn't care less about customers. Disappointing all around. This is the manager who kept arguing with us and refused to provide any amicable solution. Unless you want to spoil your plans, please stay away from this restaurant!

I ordered the Banana Milkshake. The service was fast, and the milkshake was great! I was served by Lora she was lovely and sweet.

When i went there on the 20/01/24 the food was amazing and the service was brilliant definitely recommend

Cold burgers and fries. Felt ill the next day and so did my cousins.

Ordered food on 17/01/24 at 6.27pm. Then ordered at 2 other places in Trinity Kitchen. Food arrived from other places within 10 mins and eaten while those of us who ordered from Archies sat there sipping our drinks until 7.11 (the time our food was ready after 2 trips to the till to check what was going on). It's clear Archies is very busy with online orders and food deliveries - it's evident by the number of delivery companies waiting to collect orders. However please don't forget those of us who dine in. Maybe a courtesy message about the wait times before we place order if you are overwhelmed with orders would be appreciated. Edit the day after: the rashers on my burger were like rubber as though reheated and I almost broke my tooth on something that resembled a canine tooth size bone or glass. It's really put me off going to Archies which is a shame as we loved the place.

Ordered food from Archie’s tonight, firstly the lady who served us came across as rude and like she didn’t want to be there, she proceeded to say what with an attitude when asked what the price was. Further to that we waiting 20 minutes for the food to be ready and when it came the order was wrong. Will not be going here again and do not recommend the food was okay but the service was shocking.

Ordered through Uber eats. My home is 5 mins away on bike! The food was freezing cold and disgusting when I re heated it in the microwave. Microwaves don’t char food.. when I looked at both my burgers they were burnt. I asked for spice on my curly fries ( big mistake) the spice was on the top fries only and there was way too much so half my fries were inedible too! Rang up to complain was told it wasn’t their problem and quality of food is Ubers problem as if they made it .. never order from these guys ever !
