Really friendly service, quick and efficient

The burgers are delicious but the staff specially one so called Manager named Laura absolutely rude ,abusive, shouting disgustingly loud doesn’t listen to people’s enquiries that’s the only reason why I give 3⭐️ is because people like Laura that doesn’t like her job should find another one that will enjoy, I went in the morning and it was not busy, I asked politely to another staff member I wanted my burger very well done from both sides to please make sure to pass on the message she stepped in so rude saying “yes yes she already wrote a note” however my burger was medium rare I found out once I reached home ,and this behaviour was not only with me I’ve seen treating bad another woman and in the evening I sent my daughter which I had over the phone whilst she was ordering and she was shouting at her not listening to her enquiry, my daughter was on tears leaving the place, she told my daughter that she remembered a black woman (Racist) coming in the morning returning a product 5 times which obviously it wasn’t me as I am not black and I didn’t return the burger anyway I had to called Archie’s trinity because I wanted to put a complain against her and she answered the phone with such a bad attitude she said was the manager when I have asked to speak to the manager, I have recorded the phone call and she continued yelling talking over me I am not happy at all she should be fired for the best interest of customers and owner Restaurant.

Very delicious sweet and tasty milkshake. I tried the burger which is nice, however, it was dipped in oil excessively

Klaudia, south asian girl with the glasses, was rude, did not make eye contact or smile. Seemed uninterested and clearly doesn’t take pride and value in her job.

The burgers are delicious. It's the fifth time I eat at Archie's. The only thing I hate is the service, especially by a 20-year-old girl. Of the 5 times I went, I was attended by her. Super unpleasant, while I'm asking for the order she talks over what I'm saying, very rude, I don't like her service. If she is working unhappy, she have to give the place for a nice person who needs it. Archie's is a great restaurant, but if there are people who do the service being rude, customers will start to stop going to the restaurant.

The staff were straight on the order, fast service exactly how I requested. Being a fussy eater myself I always ask for no sauce or salad and many burger places always get it wrong where as this was not the case here. The burger was amazing and has got to be up their top 5 for beef burgers within Leeds, the only thing that lets it down is it was a lot smaller than I expected for a tenner

Went here for dinner and was served by Lora. I have allergies and she was really helpful and accomodating, she let me know which waffles I could eat and suggested adjustments to certain ones so that they were suitable for me.

As always, Trinity Kitchen is super busy but the Archie’s staff are always so kind. On Saturday, Lora served me and they were so nice regardless of how busy the store was, we had a lovely chat whilst ordering my food which is always appreciated in a busy work environment. Lovely staff and lovely food!

Does your staff wear blind folds when sending delivery orders out? I waited almost 70mins for my food to arrive after finishing 19hours shift to spend the night with my husband. We were starving. Food arrived for one person solo burger and a rubican drink. I ordered triple more than this and the burger and drink isn’t even our order. Reported this on uber and now I have to wait up to 48hours. I will never ever order from here again. Don’t understand how can you get a large order wrong with a solo order. Pathetic.

I'm a big burger fan and whilst I can say that their sweet alabama was quite decent - crispy onions, beef patties and a little sweet aftertaste - the size was a bit lackluster. I still felt hungry after eating both the burger and fries, which is a bit surprising seeing the calories... I also agree with other comments saying that they need to put more sauce, as I feel that besides the flavour of the beef and fried onion, it wasn't really tasting like much else. The curly fries I had were superb, they taste like theyre double fried, but also its still a little small. its like a mcdonalds medium fries. I had a bollywood shake and I like this much much more than five guys, its really thick and filling. Kind of like an ice cream. Overall, whilst it was good, I think it was a bit overpriced for what it is. put more sauce and more toppings (as there wasnt too much) and it could easily justify the price, especially since American fast food is very very packed. Side note, this didnt affect my rating, but their wrappers have a weird crayon/plasticky smell, it's kind of hard to focus on the flavours with this. I hope they change it sometime.

Food did taste amazing but it’s poorly put together and small size burgers I was expecting a nice thick burger not a 1mm thick one don’t get much sauce on the fries either paying almost £5 for truffle fries I expect more sauce on them. Service was terrible got death stares from the woman working there so the lady working there Monday Friday 28th at lunch time needs to adjust her face and smile and not give out dirty looks rest of the staff looked miserable took 15 mins to get served .

Been coming for some time. Service has got sloppy. Ordered 3 portions of tenders and chips. Waited a ridiculous 20 mins. £35 spent for average food, tender meat was stringy and lukewarm. Chips the same. Didn’t enjoy it. WingStop all the way from here on out.

The menu is not fit for purpose, difficult to read, the drinks are flat which they give you once one has ordered. We as customers pay respectfully yet when it comes to the food, the staff throw it all together like we are animals. Absolutely disgusting how the burgers are assembled, thrown in a bun with no consideration for the end user, the customer who pays for the food, service and their wages. Total spend for 3 of us £60.00

I got the lil star burger with curtly fries and it was delicious. The only reason I gave it a four star was the potion of the fries were relatively small as the fries in the picture were more upwards and more forward but holding it oneself you can see the difference when sag down. Overall the food was still great.

First time visit. Good value for money, abit of a wait for food but was quite busy. Burger was delicious and so was our bbq chips. Would definitely recommend and return

I visited Archie’s, taking my Dad for his first visit. The seating area was a little cool, the wait a little longer than normal but the food was top quality as ever. I’ve had the falafel and falloumi burgers and confirm both are very tasty indeed. It’s good to see us vegetarians are catered for. The truffle fries are amazing too.

Ordered some Crinkle Fries from the Trinity Kitchen branch. Waited 10 minutes to be told they weren't even prepared. Received them eventually after 20 minutes. They were overcooked, expensive for the amount of them we received and the customer service was shocking. Also ordered a Vimto which was expensive in itself and it tasted very watered down. For £2.75 and £3.25 respectively it really isn't great value for money. The customer service needs to improve too. Service with a smile goes a long way... somebody should tell Lora that.

Went to Archie’s this weekend with my kids and had a really nice experience due to great service from Klaudia. We’ll be back for the food next time we’re in Trinity!

I came here when shopping in the trinity centre. The branding looks amazing so it tempted me. The service was a little slow but it was worth the wait and it just proved it was popular. I had the chicken cheeto burger which was delicious. Very tender and soft chicken, the right amount of cheese sauce and the bbq fries I had were perfect too. Definitely be coming back here.

Food was tasty and great quality. Took quite a bit longer than the other food stalls in Trinity Kitchen. Nashville chicken burger wasn’t as hot as I was expecting and the cheesy tots only had 5 jalapeños on but was all lovely.

I had high hopes for Archie’s in Trinity Kitchen, Leeds, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The chain is unbelievably overrated, and the food was nowhere near worth the hype. We ordered the Burgers Royale and Hot Chicken, which were both poorly made and terribly presented. The taste was bitter and unappetizing, and the portion sizes were shockingly small for the price. For £47, we could have had a far better meal at Burger King, KFC, or McDonald’s, where at least you get your money’s worth. The chicken tenders were another disappointment – just three tiny pieces that were hardly satisfying. The so-called “Oralicious” shakes were an absolute joke. They weren’t even drinkable, just a clump of thick ice and cream. We had to request a spoon just to eat them like a dessert. To make matters worse, the staff at the counter acted like it was a massive inconvenience to hand over a spoon, giving us nasty looks like we were asking for gold. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. As for the crinkle peri peri fries, they were bitter and unseasoned, adding yet another layer of dissatisfaction to an already terrible experience. The wait for food was ridiculously long, even though it wasn’t during peak hours. In the end, we spent £47 for bland, poorly made food, subpar service, and an overall unpleasant experience. Archie’s is massively overpriced and overrated. Save your money and go elsewhere. I won’t be coming back!

19 minutes for a burger drink and fries is to long in any place was ok average food wasn’t bad but wasn’t seeing stars or anything

Always my go to burger place , my grandsons favourite. Today the order was wrong but the staff sorted it out quickly with no fuss. Thank for being the friendliest place to eat in #trinitykitchen

Ordered a LA burger and A Chicken Cheetos Burger with Peri Crinkle fries. Waited over 20 minutes for the food. While people who ordered after us for theirs collected before us. When we collected it the fries were Luke warm and had never seen Peri peri. They had some chip seasoning and that was it. The LA Burger was just a greasy oily mess. The Chicken Cheetos Burger was messy but tasted half decent. If you like waiting for your food and then get Luke warm and greasy food for a premium price this place is right up your street. If not avoid like the plague.....

Had such a great time at Archie’s in Trinity Kitchen last week with my friends. I ordered the Nashville wings and they were cooked exactly as I like. We were served by Ryan, and he was super friendly and polite- he recommended different burgers and flavours for the wings and we chatted about Leeds United. The food and service were spectacular, so I totally recommend Archie’s in Leeds Trinity and will definitely be returning soo!

came for a quick bite to eat after finished work the food was 10/10 but service wasn’t ordered two burgers and expected it to come as a meal as we wasn’t asked if it was a meal or on its own so where there thinking it’s a meal to find out it was just singles for the price you’d think you’d get asked who wants to be eating a burger on its own not happy.
