Araceli's in Woking

I frequently go to Araceli's and i have never been disappointed with the food or service. The staff are always so nice and friendly and the food is always delicious with good portion sizes. One of the few places in the area not to raise their prices in the cost of living crisis. Love this place cant recommend this enough!

Very odd music and small portions for an £8 burrito, food was served with no enthusiasm not to mention the hair in my burrito. avoid and go to tortilla in guildford much more efficient

A friend of mine had been raving about this place. So I decided to give it a go. I can honestly say, it is one of the best, most authentic Mexican's I've ever eaten at. I love the traditional food preparation and taste and at such a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I ordered a takeaway on a Friday night for around 7:30pm for collection. I had a mushroom & sweetcorn empanada which was really tasty! I also had medium spice pulled pork tacos with rice and mixed beans which was really nice. My boyfriend had the medium spice large pulled pork burrito which he said was really nice too! Relatively good portion sizes and good value when considering the quality and the fact everything is made in house. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food in Woking! If you like some spice I would suggest you go for hot and the medium wasn’t spicy.

We have eaten in at Aracelli’s a number of times and always enjoyed our meals. With lockdown we have ordered takeaway a number of times and they have always been delicious. They are also very flexible. I like the chicken quesadilla, but also the mixed vegetables. In the restaurant it’s easy to have a mixture of fillings eg chicken and vegetables and the staff are more than happy to do the same so takeaway. I can’t wait to be able to go back to eating in store.

I am not a huge eater by any means but the portion sizes here are very small. I ordered the chicken burrito and churros with chocolate dip. Both were very tasty and I enjoyed the food - although a bigger portion size would be much appreciated!

We get Araceli’s regularly and love it. Can’t fault it, amazing food and a good price. We have introduced many friends and they all love it too!

Great food, helpful staff, sat outside mid October had a.lovely meal, we picked the place at random and were not disappointed. Would love to eat there again in normal times.

Nice fresh food however i said 'dont even think about it' with the zaca zaca and when we picked up my order it was so spicy that even my boyfriend couldn't eat it. I think they must have gotten confused. Ended up in the bin.

Our takeaway arrived on time, with each order clearly labelled as to who it was for - there were eight of us. All agreed that the food was excellent. An added bonus is that the food trays are now compostable ones.

Been here twice and excellent burritos each time to satisfy any burrito cravings! Highly recommend a visit and friendly staff! Full of flavour and tasty, this is not a chain burrito bar.

We ordered takeaway for 2 at approx 20:30 on a Saturday, during lockdown. I ordered a Potato and Chorizo Empanada, a Pulled Pork Burrito (medium spice), and Churros. My girlfriend ordered a Beef Brisket Empanada and a Pulled Pork Burrito (medium spice). The empanadas were fresh and tasted good. They were cold and my one was presented very poorly. My girlfriend’s was presented well, so clearly it’s possible even with takeaway. The burritos... were terrible. They were cold, soggy wraps, no spice whatsoever (except one extremely spicy bite in the middle, my girlfriend tells me). The pork was dry and tasteless. It was all rather disappointing. I usually eat food until I’m stuffed, but I got so bored of it I just gave up. I will say, they included an enormous amount of meat (we asked for extra), but it looks like they took most of the rice away as a result. The churros (and sauce) were delightful. Nice size, crisp, and tasty. I’d definitely have those again, but probably not the empanadas and definitely not the burrito.

We regularly visit here with our 3 year old son. Beef Burritos are amazing, chicken quesadillas are great too.

I came here when working on the site next to the shop. During covid - 19 you have to order on and app and pay up front which is easy to use and is ideal as I can order and then walk over when ready. (Usually 10mins) I got a chicken burrito with no beans and a bottle of water £8.15. Food was nice will defiantly come back.

We had lunch here today for the first time and loved it! The food was delicious and really affordable - we'd definitely recommend the beef and vegetarian burritos and the nachos. The atmosphere was relaxed, with great music and friendly staff, and we felt very welcome with our baby (highchairs and baby change available). Can't wait for our next meal there!

Oh my goodness. Such amazing food and at such a good price. 2 meals for less than £16 and really tasty. Definitely worth coming here if you are needing something quick, cheap and tasty to eat. Would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for lunch we had nachos and quesadillas. Great flavours! I think if you want size you have to go for one of their burritos but we were trying to avoid having rice and what we chose was fine. Will definitely return.

Fresh, authentic and low cost food, with great service. You really can’t go wrong with Araceli’s, it’s consistently good food and I go back time and time again. Would really recommend!

I went here for a quick lunch and I wasn’t disappointed. The atmosphere and staff are really welcoming. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I went for the pulled pork burrito. The pork was really succulent and flavoursome. There was a great range of toppings, cheese, a choice of pinto or black beans, lettuce, jalapeños, guacamole, sour cream and their own zaca zaca chilli oil. I’d definitely go there again!

Their burrito is very good and very big. Such a value for your money. You can add aa little or as much aa you want inside the burrito but the price will still be the same.

Delicious Mexican food and an authentic street food feel in an independent restaurant. I wouldn't necessarily visit Aranceli's for an evening meal out but I frequently treat myself to one of their yummy dishes on my lunch break!

We ate at Aricelli's mid-afternoon today. The burritos were delicious and the chocolate filled churros superb. This will certainly be our eating place whenever we are in Woking. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant for tasty Mexican food.

I would have no problem recommending this restaurant for some tasty Mexican dishes. It was quite when we were arrived so were served straight away by a very helpful girl. We had a mix of tacos and burritos and all were very good. There are a few tables outside on the street. They also serve cold beers which works perfectly with the spicy food.

Beautiful burritos, amazing enchiladas, churros to die for and a brilliant cheeky Margherita! Best Mexican I've had in this country - beats London places hands down. Wish they delivered to Guildford though!

We came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. The lady making the burritos was very friendly and it was simple to order. As burritos go these were very tasty but it was a shame that they don't have real guacamole - it was a runny green sauce of sorts. Either way it was still delicious :)

I love Araceli's, have been eating from them since they had their first food truck. It is quite simply the best Mexican food I've ever had in England. The Burritos are incredible, the empanadas are superb. I love it.

I have been traveling to Woking from Texas on business for several years, and I get a quick, inexpensive Tex-Mex fix at Araceli’s. Great Burritos and bowls, and you ca have them build the burrito or bowl as hot as you like to your tastes, with fresh jalapeños, chili sauce, cilantro and onion and “almost like Texas” seasoning and flavor. A great, quick and easy lunch stop.

Interior a bit like a cafe. Mexican food prepared on site and made to order. Reasonable quantity and price. Tasty food.

Been eating these burritos for years and they are wonderful, with the vegetarian option as good as the meat version. I always double-up and they are just as nice reheated. My only gripe is that they only deliver to central Woking:-( They used to deliver further but for some reason stopped doing so and as they are in central Woking, with no accessible quick parking to collect we very rarely eat them anymore. Such a shame as they are delicious:-(

This place is perfect, great looking interior, quality service, and the burritos are to die for. This place should stay exactly as it is because I love it, and judging by the reviews so does everyone else. Best burrito bar none.

Oh my goodness this is good food! In search of Mexican locally I searched google and tripadvisor and found this place in Woking town centre. It’s 5 star reviews are justified.

Not too busy, great food at reasonable prices. I loved the Burritos and Araceli’s home made Zaga Zage sauce. See you again soon.

By far and away the best burrito my son and I have ever had. The furniture in the restaurant isn’t the greatest but that certainly will not stop us from visiting here every time we are in Woking.

It is difficult to eat Luke warm food. The cheese did not melt in the tacos. Just a somewhat spicy piece of meat. All together not nice. At least Taco Bell serves hot food. This food on warming platters isn’t worth the effort. When mentioned, not a lot of effort to make this right.

Been here 4 times and always satisfied. Great customer service, love this place! Food fresh, tasty, good size portions. Even my fussy eater daughter found something for herself.

Our first and probably only visit. Food was great but the queue was too long and when we went to order something else a deliveroo driver was allowed to jump the queue for his takeaway food to be prepared and given to him first.

Whenever I'm in town passing by the restaurant or at home wondering what I want to eat, Araceli's is my go-to! Rarely do places offer a choice of food that is all on the same level - amazing! Their classic burritos are to die for, all the toppings are delicious and compliment each other well. The added option of home delivery is especially great, and saved me more than once when I was stuck at home writing my dissertation!

I had the beef burrito and it was delicious. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a fast, tasty lunch on the go! I liked the fact that I was able to choose my own fillings, although I pretty much had all of them. The portion sizes are big, a good choice if you are looking for value for money or something to share.

I'd had a carry out once from Araceli's when they used to be in the market. Next time my wife and I ate in when they'd opened their restaurant. This time we wanted a take away delivered for eight of us.

Me and my husband are big burrito fans and have tried burritos at multiple places in London and nearby areas. Araceli’s burrito is by far the best burrito we have ever had in our lives (including the ones we had chipotle in USA)! We stayed in Woking for 6 years and would make it a point to have their burrito at least once a week. My friends from London used to visit Woking specially to try their burrito out! Hands down winner!

Finally i found it. A place that serves down to earth real hearty food and the price is just right too. Friendly staff who are actually happy to help made my delicious Burrito even more wholesome. The surroundings are neat and clean and the decor keeps in the traditional Mexican style, unpretentious and revealing of the excellent food that I now expect as the norm. Thank you so much guys, this'll be on my regulars list now.

We order from here a couple of times a month, the food is outstanding. Delivery is prompt if a little expensive but they do come a distance to us.

This is the second time I had burrito from this restaurant and it is so good that I felt I must write a review and recommend it to all. My burrito was 12 inch, my son was 12 inch and my wife 10 inch and such great healthy eating.

Amazing food, they always make everything exactly how you like it. I wish they were slightly cheaper so I could order more often though. It'll remain as a special treat for now. Definitely worth a visit for Mexican food lovers.

I've eaten here on numerous occasions. The food is decent quick street food, made in front of you and bundled up. The restaurant is basic, tables and chairs and plastic cutlery, but the whole point of this is the food not the venue.

It is such a friendly restaurant with fresh and tasty food every time. The burritos are always well filled and made to your taste with all of the different options. My husband was so happy to have halal options too! The sizes are perfect - I have never left feeling anything less than full. The staff are also very kind. I visit every time I'm in Woking and we keep asking them to open more branches!

It's hard to fault this place. Everything is bang on. Incredibly tasty food. Great portion sizes. Friendly staff. Appropriate decor. Good location. Awesome prices.

The choice of Mexican food at araceli's is impressive.

This is by far the best Mexican experience in Woking, It has a more authentic feel and tastes great. The food available is all fresh and is very well prices especially with a beer. The staff are also wonderful and welcoming who start to recognise you after a couple of visits meaning that the experience becomes a lot more personal. Very much recommended over Las Iguanas on the other side of the street!

I fancied a decent beef burrito and this place did not disappoint! It was a great size and extremely filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will ask for more spice next time as it was hot but I would of liked it hotter, this is just personal preference. Will definitely be back!

I've been going to this place on a regular basis and getting burritos. The staff are very friendly and generally good at what they do. The food taste very nice and is filling. I really enjoy the customization and selection of choice you get when ordering from here. Think subway, but for burritos.

I LOVE Mexican food and so have probably eaten at every other Mexican restaurant around. I also love spicy food. Whilst there's an unusual selection of soft drinks available, I'm sad to say there wasn't much else to set this place apart.

We have visited this place for lunch and dinner and can say the food is tasty and staff friendly. I will say the service is better when the (presumed) owner is there. Our recent lunch experience not being as grand as our first dinner. The food is on point, but the girl during the day seemed to struggle a bit and still left ingredients we asked for off our tacos. The place is clean and offers a variety of Mexican dishes as well as groceries. It is worth a visit if you enjoy authentic Mexican and not the western TB version.

As an American living in England, it's hard to get my Mexican fix. But this place is solid and better yet sells authentic ingredients that are very hard to come by here, like masa, corn tortillas, chipotles in sauce, dried chilies and El Yucateco hot sauce. The tacos are corn tortillas and the pulled pork and chipotle chicken were delicious. I highly recommend this place, and if I lived in Woking it would be a regular spot for me!

If this restaurant/take away was anywhere else in the world there would be queues out on the street. I have traveled expensively, including all of South America, and I have never found a dish that comes close to their Burrito. I got there up to twice a week.

Always wanted to visit Araceli's for its food - Burritos, tacos and other Mexican foods. Finally went in last Saturday for the first time it did not disappoint at all with the warm welcome from the start to its nice and easy restaurant design and essentially the food - its delicious. Very authentic just like want my Mexican friend describe to me. Tasty and a touch of heat with the chills good for the winter.

Araceli’s is amazing, the food is delicious especially the tacos and the chocolate filled churros, they’re to die for!! There’s so much choice and everything is reasonably priced. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back or try out the delivery service.

Probably not the cheapest Mexican in town, particularly as it is not a table service restaurant, but the food is very tasty and authentic. A brightly lit room with tables and a small outside area. We had a large burrito each and a tortilla dish to share. They pack the burrito wraps very full of shredded meat of your choice (pork, chicken or beef), salad, beans, rice, chillis and salsa (you can specify how spicy you want it and what you want in it). The tortilla chips were nice and crispy, but maybe could have done with a bit more cheese. I had a bottle of beer (they don’t have wine) and the hubster had a special lemonade; the bill came to around £26 for the two of us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really friendly staff, and the burrito that my wife had looked fresh and she said tasted wonderful. Unfortunately, I went for the Empanadas, which I have previously adored eating when in Argentina and Chile but these are not the same - appeared to be mass produced that was all casing and little filling. The drinks menu said that house wine was available but it was not. Explanation: an old menu. Goodness me!

The chicken & pork are nice, but the beef burrito keeps me coming back for more! Great local place - I was introduced by my work, who've been coming since these guys were operating out of a van. Fun atmosphere for eating in, great sizes and competitively priced. Now I know how good the beef is, I have to fight not to come in here when I walk by!I had the margarita here before too and that was great. :)
