If you fancy smoking burnt coal flavoured shisha this is your place. I would not set foot here ever again. Even if I was given free shisha and food I wouldn't turn up. The service was also terrible. Note to owners: hiring djs will not cover up your amateur shisha making.

Frozen rotten strawberries on waffle. Waffle tasted bland.cheap branded chocolate topping on waffle not Nutella. Found hair in cheesecake. Also rock hard chocolate piece in milkshake. Avoid this place.

Was - the owner and his staff are nothing short of exceptional. They welcome you with a big smile and tend to your every need and treat you as if you’re one of their own. The attention to care and service is first class. The shisha and food was delicious! They have an amazing chef on staff with a great selection on their menu. I will be a frequent visitor when visiting Bradford in the future.

Came here on Saturday night but was over charged because the menu says one thing and get charged another price at the counter, shisha was really bad and harsh, coal rarely gets changed

I came here and ordered tea and it was bought cold and the desert I ordered took ages to get made and all the bar staff were doing was using their phones instead of making the orders I don’t recommend coming here pashas is way better and this place should hopefully get closed down for the poor service.

It's was rubbish, avoid it, £2.50 for a bottle 500ml of volvic water is outrageous.

The atmosphere and inside itself is outdated...a cold feeling and not very inviting...it feels like a rented out studio place without proper decoration, the shisha is not the best and staff overcharged on the pipe stating it was one price for what they offered but then charged almost double....not the greatest at all in bradford.

10000% would recommend to anyone, I came from Sheffield to as the reviews on this place were very high honestly it did not disappoint, from amazing shisha which lasts long and tastes fresh along with the a refreshing mock tail and perfect mix grill this place is a 11/10 staff are very attentive and genuine as they actually stick around to make sure you experience is good and have a good conversation will deffo return

I really do not understand the 5* reviews. I came here and spent a lot of money on 2 shishas, the special one was beyond disgusting and made us feel sick. We were absolutely devastated and wanted a refund but didn’t ask. It was completely empty which made sense. We got one taken away and replaced the other with a BASIC standard (paan, coconut, vanilla) You cannot get the basic flavours so disgustingly wrong. We left within 30 minutes. Terrible, over £50 thrown down the drain.

I went to this place a week ago and i had a very relaxing time. The experience was immaculate and the mocktails were really good. The place is very hygienic, customer service is 10/10. Its not too expensive,it has reasonable pricing.

I've been there a couple of times, specially last Thursday I've had one of the best experience. Customer service is amazing and the drinks are one of the best mocktails I have had in a while reasonably priced too. Would definitely go again.

Had a really good experience here, the staff are super friendly and the Shisha and food quality is amazing. The lounge is very spacious and regardless where you are sitting you can always see a TV to watch live sports. Highly recommend this place

Lovely place, spacious areas for smoking, very comfortable sofa's, food was full of flavours, the management staff treated us really well especially Waz who went the extra mile to help us find the best shisha bursting with fruit and aromatic taste. Definitely recommend.

Excellent really enjoyed the Shisha and mint tea, clearly said it's mint tea not sold as Moroccan tea like the usual places. Management changed the music straight away to what we liked as with friends today. Shisha looked good nice and clean. Professional service really polite and kind. No attitude at all but very sincere in there service, staff was really nice and polite and was smiling and happy to serve customers. Relaxed environment and really good vibe. Its difficult to find a Restaurant & Lounge in the North West that serves good quality food and shisha =. Food --------- - Beef Gourmet Burger & Fries - Spicy Chicken Tagliatelle Pasta - Garlic Bread - Fresh Humous & Pitta - Red Bull Shisha ----------- - Paan, Kiwi, Raspberry - Double Apple - Gummy Krush I would give this a overall score of 10/10.

I want to give it a higher rating - the staff are courteous and knowledgeable good change of coal and service, the smoke is good, good location and good professional crowd of mixed age....... But......the ventilation is non existent and ended up feeling awful left early was way too smokey. *Update* - It is open during the day from 12pm and one of the best day time places to go to - updated food menu too so good lunch options.

Poor customer service. Girls behind reception had an issue with the fact that I had a water bottle with me, wasn't very welcoming and approached us with their trampy behaviour. I asked them reasons behind this, she said my water could he mixed with anything (alcohol) etc. Firstly its quiet disrespectful as we don't drink, and secondly having an issue over a water bottle and losing customers who were more than willing to spend money at your place is beyond me. This is why Pashas and Phantoms are on top. Not long before this place shuts.

The best place in town when it comes to hookah. They have multiple flavours in hoohak which keeps hooked. They also do good nd desserts which is yummy. We had chocolate brownie with ice cream which added more fun to the hoohak. We also take our usual den nd smoke it out. They accept only cash which can be a let down for people who are new to this place. You have small TV 's in all the den to keep you engaged.

Was recommended this place and was not disappointed. Very friendly and professional staff and management. Fair prices. got a Apple, cinnamon and paan Shisha with two waters And it was £16.40. Don’t understand the 40p thought but never mind. Shisha came in about 4/5 mins so not too bad at all. Disposable pipes are also available. Decor is great in the place and the place is very open and which makes it look very spacious. The seating and the setup is very good. Coal changing service is on point too. Shisha tastes fantastic. The staff have the knowledge on how and when to change the coal and where to place them so that the flavour doesn’t burn too quickly and Shisha doesn’t go harsh which a lot of places lack. Plenty of tvs is you come to watch a football game. I came on a Friday around 8pm so it was pretty quite but you can tell that this place will be a buzz. Definitely will return in the future. The place is clean and hand sanitizers are on every table. You can tell that the management cares about their customers.

Owning Dubai lounge in Leeds ourself it’s very rare we visit other lounges, however we decided to visit this place yesterday on the recommendation of some good friends, from the service to the mojitos to the Shisha, everything was ace, we wish you all the best on behalf of Dubai lounge and thank you for the spectacular experience.
