We were pleasantly surprised with the set menu choice and value for money. The food was cooked nicely and hot. The only negative was a loud party of 6 who were very noisy. However, will be back and will recommend to others. Staff were attentive and polite.

Great service! Fantastic presentation. I would recommend the pork belly but the chicken I got was a bit overcooked. The praun tempura was excellent

We visited for dinner yesterday. The food was good - we had steaks, which were nicely done and the meat was tasty and tender. We also had starters and deserts and enjoyed them all. The food arrived promptly and we could not fault it - complements to the chef! What let this place down is front of the house staff. Our female server (with long dark hair) looked like she didn’t want to be there - she was surly, unwelcoming and didn’t smile once. We didn’t say anything to her or manager as we didn’t want to make a fuss so just ignored her unfriendliness and were pleasant and polite back to her, but it did leave a bad taste. The automatic 12.5% service charge was a joke given the poor service (we still paid it).

Today I visited this restaurant and I really don’t understand the bad reviews. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. All the waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my toddler. They catered to her every need with such patience and care, making sure she felt comfortable throughout our meal, which in turn meant, we were fully able to enjoy our meals. Their thoughtful and accommodating service truly went above and beyond. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, my photos really don’t do the dishes justice as we were tucking in way before I had chance to snap a quick pic. The ingredients were fresh, and the chef's attention to detail was evident with each bite. I even ordered a huge portion of the salsa as that was phenomenal and I wanted to take some home. Whether you're a fan of hearty mains or prefer lighter options, there's something for everyone. We ordered from the main and set menu, I started with the fish cake, leg of lamb for my main and the Aqua Sundae for dessert. All absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and so many tasty flavours and textures. They don’t have a kids menu but will let you choose items from the main menu in a smaller portion. Overall, Aqua delivers not just a meal, but an experience. It's clear that both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place where great food meets exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere! Really enjoyed the music selection too! Really adds to the ambience. I will most definitely be back.

The front of house staff were very pleasant and friendly but the food was not up to standard. I have been to Aqua in the past and it was really nice but that was many years ago and it has seriously gone down hill. From the taste of the food, it seemed to be poor quality ingredients and poorly cooked. It was giving canteen vibes. I would not recommend it and I won't be eating there again. I think it's time for a new chef. I was totally confused by how many people were in there, to be honest, considering that everything we had ordered was very poor quality i dont think it could just be a bad night as EVERYTHING was poor. It was also incredibly loud. Even the cocktails were grim, watery and flavourless. I went with my partner, we had 1 cocktail each, shared a starter and a main each. The bill came to £90 and it was money straight down the drain as I would have preferred to stay home and eat beans on toast.

staff were grumpy, didn’t smile once, and didn’t even come round to ask if we wanted water with the meal. We were late for our reservation but the place was by no means full anyway so no reason to be so sallow. The floor manager was defensive and argumentative and definitely didn’t understand the concept of the customer always being right. The food was average. we all felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want pay the service charge…

The service was unbelievably poor. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter servicing us was the manager, who was rude, unwelcoming and clearly thought putting darling at the end of every sentence would soften the impact of the attitude he had towards myself and my family. He was argumentative, and when I asked to speak with him he interrupted and showed no sort of remorse at all. Food was below average, the restaurant it self is beautiful, it has so much potential but without service it means nothing. Shocking

Food was better this time around. Very loud in the front seating area as tables are to close together.

Got together with friends last week celebrating their engagement. I haven’t eaten here for a couple of years. Don’t think it was as good as back then, just ok now.

We had a fantastic evening. Perfect hospitality and excellent food. We had an apero, a nice main course and a dessert. 180GBP for the three of us. Thanks !

Good selection of wine and cocktails. Duck was very tasty, Jacob’s ladder (beef rib) was really good and so was the Chicken supreme. The best thing is dessert, the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake is absolutely delicious Service ok and beautiful decor

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aqua and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. For starter the Chicken Caesar Salad was perfect. The duck was cooked to perfection, complemented by a harmonious mix of greens and a light tangy dressing. I had a penne pasta main dish. It was served in a vibrant, flavourful sauce. Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the mains. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

I organised a meal with my Lions club and numbers fluctuated between 18 and 11 on the night but the staff were very patient and accommodating. The food quality was good and service on the night was friendly and efficient. Even when we all asked to pay separately the waitress was very helpful.

We highly recommend Aqua Bromley 👍 Our Grandson has a gluten allergy and thoroughly enjoyed his meal, giving it a 10 out of 10! Thanks as always to all of the team, we had a fantastic experience 🥂

Never had a bad meal here. The place is usually busy which is a great sign.

The cocktails at Aqua were delicious. Great selection of food, we had to skip the starters as we really wanted dessert. Tasty duck, huge mixed grill and delicious mushroom risotto. The Ferraro rocher dessert is amazing. Nice atmosphere and efficient servers. Would recommend.

As always the service is always very good I never feel rushed. I think it says so much when the same people have worked in the restaurant for years. Food was great and very good value always a lovely vibe will continue to go back and will always recommend.

Great Restaurant, great atmosphere, good food and great staff. I visited here for dinner and went for the set menu which is good value for money. Had the prawns in batter to start with, they are basic but still nice. Then for for my main I went for the steak and chips with peppercorn sauce, which was really nice. The house white wine was really good too. The staff were really nice and friendly and there services was amazing. I was dining by myself and staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The manager was really nice and accommodating too! The restaurant is very nice and has really nice decor. They also have a outdoor seating area so you dine outside too! Great spot for summer nights. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a really good night. Food and service were excellent. We had the set menu. Good choices and delicious. Another plus was the house white. It was great - and not a silly price. We’ll be back!

First time I’ve been, think we where lucky it was quite I imagine it being very noisy if all the table where full. However the food and service was first class . Pick a early slot if you like quite but if your not bothered then go anytime. I will be back .

I met two friends that I had not seen for a very long time yesterday. The waitress was excellent and did not rush us at all which was a major plus. We had a nice table, the food was superb and very reasonably priced. The menu has great with something to suit all tastes and budgets and also a set menu offer. We had some fantastic cocktails and we were offered complimentary Baileys as a goodwill gesture before leaving. This recently opened restaurant is a great addition to Bromley and I would highly recommend it for a special occasion or treat. I will definitely be back. It is very close to Bromley North station and a short walk from Bromley South station so very convenient. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful food as always and you cannot fault the service. I visit regular because it's so good and so consistent... highly recommend and I'll be going back asap. I'll visit on a Sunday next time as their roast dinners are fantastic and great value.

The food was a good quality service excellent not to big and not to small

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. From the moment we entered until we left, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the demeanor of the staff. We were questioned whether we had a reservation and it felt like they didn’t want to seat us even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The atmosphere was notably cold and lacked the warmth one would expect in a dining establishment. The female server, curvy with dark hair, in particular, seemed disinterested and made minimal effort to engage with us. Every interaction felt forced, awkward and unpleasant, leaving us with a negative impression overall. We were celebrating my mother’s bday so we were hoping for a nicer experience but left feeling uncomfortable. While the male server displayed a slightly better attitude, it wasn't enough to salvage our experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this place to others.

The food was exceptional and was completely matched by the service. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the whole experience made for a wonderful afternoon

I've never had a bad meal at Aqua Bromley, it is probably my favorite place to eat. I have food allergies and they know their food well enough to be able to fully advise me on what is suitable and what isn't. I can trust them and know I don't have to worry if I am eating there. They are friendly, polite and go the extra mile every time, it's why I keep coming back!

From the warm welcome, polite service to the delicious food, we couldn't fault our lunch experience at Aqua. Although not overly busy, the pleasant waiting staff remained unobtrusive and left us to chat away during our meal. We are not locals which is a shame as we would visit Aqua again without hesitation.

Second time attending Aqua in Bromley. The food was lovely and the Prosecco was a delight. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

Easy online booking service, easy access into restaurant from street. Table service was excellent, food amazing and great value for money. Nice and quite so could hear yourself talking. Overall, a great experience 👍🙂

Poor food, poor service and ambiance. The food has not been updated for years and this restaurant has struggled with maintaining previous quality and standards. Food being served cold and on dirty plates - you shouldn’t be able to see finger marks and different gravy/jus on the side of the plates. Replacement food probably reheated in the microwave as food shouldn’t return in less than 3 minutes. This place just needs to close as it has been struggling for years.

We went on a Saturday evening and therefore expected some noise; however, the (excellent, courteous, well-informed) waitstaff found us as quiet a table as they could, and from 9 p.m. onwards we could hear one another with no difficulty. The service was prompt and efficient, and the food was excellent. We were especially impressed by the fish dishes - the conchiglie with salmon, the sea bass and the char-grilled mixed fish platter. The fish dishes were matched beautifully by the white Rhône wine we chose, a 2019 Marsanne. It was a delightful evening.

Took my mum for a Mother's day meal....It was a set menu for £37.50...It was great. We have been many times over the years and this was the best tasting mother's day menu we have tasted in a very long time. My mum enjoyed it immensley..she is a very fussy eater as shE is always cooking..and she said the Prawn cocktail was great, the Crusted Lamb rump was fabulous..and her desert (Tropical Fruit salad with ice cream). just a little side note...I think the menu price could have been a little cheaper...alo as it was mother's day..yhey could have offered a free glass of bubbly to the mum's Well done Aqua, Bromley

Just got back from a Mother’s Day meal … can’t praise this restaurant enough. The food was excellent, as was the service, even though the restaurant was full to capacity. Had a lovely time.

Table of 6, and we got to pick our choice of table in a nice booth area. Service was exceptional, didn’t have to wait long between courses. The food was top quality, and was near on fine dining, reflected in the prices. I can recommend: Pork Belly tempura, Jacob’s ladder and to finish off- Ferrero Rocher cheesecake. Washed down with a calypso coffee. Hope I can come back in the not too distant future.

We don’t live in the area and booked this restaurant knowing nothing about it before going to the theatre. We were so glad we did, the food was very good, our waitress was excellent and we will definitely come back again. Thank you

Left phone at home got to restaurant about 10 mins after booked arrival time manager apologised for voice mail he lft me dinner went ok had to ask for water on the table 3 times before we got it two plates ordered was the liver which was tough and over cooked on returning home after this meal I checked my phone if I had reviewed the message from the restaurant before we got there we would have gone to another restaurant didn’t think the abrupt message was justified for being a little late We have been to this restaurant many time and because of this abrupt message will not return

Had a lovely time at Aqua. Went late afternoon on a wet Wednesday so the restaurant was quiet. We ordered from the 3 course £21 menu. The food was very nice although the steak on the main course was rather small. Overall good value. We had two bottles of wine at £36 each and a few beers which could have been a bit cheaper, but still nice. Excellent service and no issues.

A superb “ set lunch” menu and at an affordable cost. Delicious food and plenty of choice. The waitress went over and above her duty to ensure our group were looked after when we celebrated our friends 80th birthday. We will visit Aqua again very soon. Thankyou

Aqua Bromley is now our go-to restaurant. The staff are always cheerful, helpful and efficient, and the food is excellent.

We had a table for two on a Thursday night. It was very quiet, so am sure not reflective of the normal atmosphere! Had the set menu which was good value and food was tasty and very well presented. Staff were great and attentive. Definitely would return.

We went here on the of chance on Saturday evening. We arrived about 6ish, it had a few people as it was still early. For starters we ordered the filo pastry with Feta and spinach. It was nice but I felt it was not served hot enough. it was just warm, so I ate it quite quickly so it wouldn't get cold. The mains we ordered the Seabass with crushed potatoes, this I really enjoyed and would recommend. We didn't order any Desserts mainly because we felt rush to order each section. As we finished our main and our plates were being taken he asked if we wanted Desserts and brought menu, but we ended up not ordering. We were in and out in about 45 mins. We didnt feel very relaxed. Never the Iess I would come here again. As I feel it was just a personal thing and have dined here several times and not felt like that before.

This is a great place to eat. service was excellent and attentive. The food was served hot and nicely presented and it was all at excellent value. Lunch menu was only £18.00 for 3 courses. We couldn't fault any of the food. Totally delicious and so good for the price. I think my only negative comment would be, that you might get bored of the menu if you visited Aqua frequently.

We eat at Aqua every month or so. Tonight we were a party of 8, for steak night. The steaks were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and all the other dishes were fantastic too. A friend and I had filo pastry parcels to start - they were fantastic. Service was superb as always.
