Very polite and kind staff. Food was delicious. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Whilst the food was enjoyable, we were sadly let down by the service of the waiting staff. I distinctly mentioned that it was a birthday celebration and there was no interaction, enthusiasm and friendly service from the female and male waiters. So sad and will not come back in future. The waiting staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly throughout the evening.

Aqua is a great restaurant. It has a good variety to choose from on their menu and at reasonable prices. The food is always served well presented and hot. the service is friendly and quick and it always feels like a proper dining experience, (that little bit special.) Its a great place to go if you are celebrating a birthday or meeting friends. It never disappoints.

The food was really excellent - well-presented, delicious flavours, and good portion size. We enjoyed the ambiance (slightly Art Deco) and the atmosphere - it was lively, but we could still carry on a conversation easily. Would definitely go back to try more things on the menu!

First time visitors to Aqua, excellent experience from good service to great food. We had the veal fillets and kleftiko followed by panacotta. Will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else looking for a restaurant in Bromley.

We were pleasantly surprised with the set menu choice and value for money. The food was cooked nicely and hot. The only negative was a loud party of 6 who were very noisy. However, will be back and will recommend to others. Staff were attentive and polite.

Monday night is 50% off of steak and the rib eye was delicious. The ferrero roche cheesecake is also a must have as it is the best cheesecake we have ever had.

Lovely 3 course meal for £22 two of us had lamb roast and two had beef roast lots of choice on the specials menu nice starters and desserts. Service always outstanding highly recommended

We had the lunch menu, the portions were of a large size. My steak was cooked to perfection, my companion had the chicken milanese which was huge. Very good value, we left earlier than planned as it got quite noisy. Very enjoyable meal for a good price. Thank you

We visited for dinner yesterday. The food was good - we had steaks, which were nicely done and the meat was tasty and tender. We also had starters and deserts and enjoyed them all. The food arrived promptly and we could not fault it - complements to the chef! What let this place down is front of the house staff. Our female server (with long dark hair) looked like she didn’t want to be there - she was surly, unwelcoming and didn’t smile once. We didn’t say anything to her or manager as we didn’t want to make a fuss so just ignored her unfriendliness and were pleasant and polite back to her, but it did leave a bad taste. The automatic 12.5% service charge was a joke given the poor service (we still paid it).

We go there every 6 or 7 weeks with a group of old school girls and have a lovely time at lunchtime. Food is very reasonably priced. The wine is lovely . We have the fixed price lunch menu which is great. Lots of choice. Food portions are a good size, nit too big and the waiters are great,

Today I visited this restaurant and I really don’t understand the bad reviews. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. All the waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my toddler. They catered to her every need with such patience and care, making sure she felt comfortable throughout our meal, which in turn meant, we were fully able to enjoy our meals. Their thoughtful and accommodating service truly went above and beyond. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, my photos really don’t do the dishes justice as we were tucking in way before I had chance to snap a quick pic. The ingredients were fresh, and the chef's attention to detail was evident with each bite. I even ordered a huge portion of the salsa as that was phenomenal and I wanted to take some home. Whether you're a fan of hearty mains or prefer lighter options, there's something for everyone. We ordered from the main and set menu, I started with the fish cake, leg of lamb for my main and the Aqua Sundae for dessert. All absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and so many tasty flavours and textures. They don’t have a kids menu but will let you choose items from the main menu in a smaller portion. Overall, Aqua delivers not just a meal, but an experience. It's clear that both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place where great food meets exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere! Really enjoyed the music selection too! Really adds to the ambience. I will most definitely be back.

The front of house staff were very pleasant and friendly but the food was not up to standard. I have been to Aqua in the past and it was really nice but that was many years ago and it has seriously gone down hill. From the taste of the food, it seemed to be poor quality ingredients and poorly cooked. It was giving canteen vibes. I would not recommend it and I won't be eating there again. I think it's time for a new chef. I was totally confused by how many people were in there, to be honest, considering that everything we had ordered was very poor quality i dont think it could just be a bad night as EVERYTHING was poor. It was also incredibly loud. Even the cocktails were grim, watery and flavourless. I went with my partner, we had 1 cocktail each, shared a starter and a main each. The bill came to £90 and it was money straight down the drain as I would have preferred to stay home and eat beans on toast.

We were late for our reservation but the place was by no means full anyway so no reason to be so sallow. The floor manager was defensive and argumentative and definitely didn’t understand the concept of the customer always being right. First Time visiting this resturant, and we were impressed, quite a large menu, with lots of choice of different dishes. The food was of good quality and cooked correctly. Service was good with friendly helpful staff, the decor is very nicely done with pleasant light levels making the resturant a nice place to dine. A good selection of good wines, and cocktails, only 2 mocktails available sadly. We will return.

Great food and service, only thing id say was the venue felt very cold where we sat, my gf had to get her jacket back on. Idk if it was because of table being near window but it was quite cold to the point where we kinda wanted to eat quick and go, not take our time

Tried the 2 course set menu. Food was excellent, staff were attentive and they remembered we had a show to see, so the service was quick. Wish we didn't have to rush as the food was so good. I will be back.

Got together with friends last week celebrating their engagement. I haven’t eaten here for a couple of years. Don’t think it was as good as back then, just ok now.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aqua and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. For starter the Chicken Caesar Salad was perfect. The duck was cooked to perfection, complemented by a harmonious mix of greens and a light tangy dressing. I had a penne pasta main dish. It was served in a vibrant, flavourful sauce. Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the mains. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic staff and great service.

Good selection of wine and cocktails. Duck was very tasty, Jacob’s ladder (beef rib) was really good and so was the Chicken supreme. The best thing is dessert, the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake is absolutely delicious Service ok and beautiful decor

The welcome and service were outstanding. The food was good. It was a lovely relaxing place to spend an evening catching up with an old friend.

I organised a meal with my Lions club and numbers fluctuated between 18 and 11 on the night but the staff were very patient and accommodating. The food quality was good and service on the night was friendly and efficient. Even when we all asked to pay separately the waitress was very helpful.

It was not busy nice customer service only one thing spoiled it was a woman like the sound of her voice

The cocktails at Aqua were delicious. Great selection of food, we had to skip the starters as we really wanted dessert. Tasty duck, huge mixed grill and delicious mushroom risotto. The Ferraro rocher dessert is amazing. Nice atmosphere and efficient servers. Would recommend.

Great Restaurant, great atmosphere, good food and great staff. I visited here for dinner and went for the set menu which is good value for money. Had the prawns in batter to start with, they are basic but still nice. Then for for my main I went for the steak and chips with peppercorn sauce, which was really nice. The house white wine was really good too. The staff were really nice and friendly and there services was amazing. I was dining by myself and staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The manager was really nice and accommodating too! The restaurant is very nice and has really nice decor. They also have a outdoor seating area so you dine outside too! Great spot for summer nights. Can’t wait to visit again!

First time I’ve been, think we where lucky it was quite I imagine it being very noisy if all the table where full. However the food and service was first class . Pick a early slot if you like quite but if your not bothered then go anytime. I will be back .

I met two friends that I had not seen for a very long time yesterday. The waitress was excellent and did not rush us at all which was a major plus. We had a nice table, the food was superb and very reasonably priced. The menu has great with something to suit all tastes and budgets and also a set menu offer. We had some fantastic cocktails and we were offered complimentary Baileys as a goodwill gesture before leaving. This recently opened restaurant is a great addition to Bromley and I would highly recommend it for a special occasion or treat. I will definitely be back. It is very close to Bromley North station and a short walk from Bromley South station so very convenient. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Wonderful food as always and you cannot fault the service. I visit regular because it's so good and so consistent... highly recommend and I'll be going back asap. I'll visit on a Sunday next time as their roast dinners are fantastic and great value.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. From the moment we entered until we left, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the demeanor of the staff. We were questioned whether we had a reservation and it felt like they didn’t want to seat us even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The atmosphere was notably cold and lacked the warmth one would expect in a dining establishment. The female server, curvy with dark hair, in particular, seemed disinterested and made minimal effort to engage with us. Every interaction felt forced, awkward and unpleasant, leaving us with a negative impression overall. We were celebrating my mother’s bday so we were hoping for a nicer experience but left feeling uncomfortable. While the male server displayed a slightly better attitude, it wasn't enough to salvage our experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this place to others.

I've never had a bad meal at Aqua Bromley, it is probably my favorite place to eat. I have food allergies and they know their food well enough to be able to fully advise me on what is suitable and what isn't. I can trust them and know I don't have to worry if I am eating there. They are friendly, polite and go the extra mile every time, it's why I keep coming back!
