Apna Pizza Restaurant in Leicester

This used to be my favourite place for pizza, but I have to say I bought pizza recently from here and it has gone down hill. Pizza was awful. Where is the lady who used to work there? She used to make them really good.

Ordered doner and fries and 1/2 pounder burger, well turns out after waiting more than 15 min, (with no other customers,) i had only fries by themselves, the doner and burger seems to have made an escape.. the main guy left the shop, and gave my order to his second in command, but still very poor service and lack of communication.. Avoid this place at all possibilities, the food is poor akd the service is absolutely appalling, only went there as east park chippy is closed for Ramadan

Worst burger! They say they will add cheese and mayonnaise they ask u everything and then they give u this! No cheese no mayo soggy wet lettuce that ruined the bun and also the pattie u can see in the pic! And this has happened many many times! Never ever ordering again from this place! 0 professionalism! Fries taste so yuck the oil seems to be so old almost bitter taste!!! Plz avoid…

**Definitely Avoid** 1) This might have been the first time in the UK where I have tasted terribly bitter chips. Inedible for some. 🤢🤮. See photos. Horrible experience. Oil used seems to be very old. 2) The burger bread was at least 2 weeks old, very very hard to go down the throat. See photo attached. £2.50 per burger but not worth less than 50p. Disgusting experience of a disgusting takeaway. Owners seem too cheap and stingy to even get their customers fresh bread. Other places in Leicester charge less but have better quality food. 👎. 3) Pizza was OK. A bit of a bitter taste can be tasted aswell. You can tell from the photos I am not lying, any person who knows what bread is, knows what it looks like when it gets old, all crumbly etc. I dare the owners or anyone from that “takeaway” to even reply to my review, if they have the courage to do so. “Apna pizza’s” food doesn’t reflect their name (our pizza). I can recommend: Papas Chicken, Smokyz. These are on the same level in terms of pricing, papas is lower price better food.

Overcharged for two large pizzas. Website said £14.50, paid £18. Very disappointed.

The delivery service was on time, but this restaurant doesn’t fulfil the order what you require so be careful of ordering from this please because they will give you the wrong order very bad service. I do not recommend this place to no one take my word for it. Keep away please you will not get your refund back and they rude to customers.

I brought nuggets and chips from apna pizza on 10th september 2022 just after 9pm night time for 3.00 a box brought nuggets and chips box should have been full to the top disappointed will never visit apna pizza again after today

Rude person on the phone pretending not to hear me even when i recalled a few times infront of the delivery guy. Last order they missed items so this time ordered 12" pizza then i called to make sure they had the other items she said yes order is all there when it arrived it was a large pizza that was mashed up in box. told delivery guy to return it. His bag was not big enough for that size pizza. when I rang a few times she kept hanging up on me pretending not to hear me eventually she said 12 inch were all finished. well she never said that when i first rang if that was the case i would have ordered elsewhere. need refund for pizza

Do not order from here really bad service, missing items and they would not replace - told us to go to the shop to collect

Sadly I didn't get my chicken wings that i ordered or my garlic mayo I got normal mayo sachets instead. but other than pizza was nice and hot as were chips and onion rings

Deal 3 said onion ring, pizza portion of chips and two drinks but I only received pizza and two drinks. Really disappointed.

The chips were a bit dry, and they could have done with some more cheese as there wasn't much on them, the burger was nice though

Best pizzas in Leicester always make sure I get my pizzas from here if I’m visiting for home! Reccomend the keema pizza also their prices are amazing and they also taste good too!!

Lovely pizza tasted sooooo good. The pepperoni pizza. You have to be carful because the topping slides off but it tastes divine!!! And lovely owners too. Very friendly. Me and my 4 kids went and there was 4 chairs and the owner went next door to borrow a chair from the take away next door so that I could sit down too.the price was very good too. Cheap and great food. Will definitely be visiting again.

Ordered a Pizza for lunch via Telephone. Was told that it'll take around half an hour. I went to collect it 40 minutes later, only to find out that they were replacing the pizza machine and they hadn't even started on my pizza yet. It would have been extremely helpful if the woman on the phone had just told me the truth when I rang in.

naan was like cardboard chips were cold, soggy and tasted like reheated in microwave chicken kebab too dry made it inedible donor kebab tasted bland salad was the only decent thing to eat delivery time is the only good aspect from this restaraunt never ordering from here again wouldn't recommend even if it was the only option of food i would reccommend going hungry

Just got a takeaway from Apnas. Ordered 3 strip burgers with cheese and chips, asked to put mayo and chilli sauce but only put mayo in and (one strip burger was cut in half), 2 cheeseburgers...food went cold because he charged us £10 when it was to be £9, trying to say no its £10 and in the end it was £9. Understand what the customers are asking and take it on board. We are paying customers and are quite regulars, but when new people take over the shop it all goes downhill from there!

Absolutely lovely meal, I'm in love with the pineapple on paneer pizza! Please ignore the other review, the 1 star, because blaming a takeaway for something JustEat did isn't fair. Do give these guys a chance!

So the delivery driver gave me two pizzas out of is bag which were not placed flat but horizontal I bought them in to the house opened the box and it was no longer a pizza but a mass of mess I called the driver back to take the food away which he didn’t see what the problem was I rang the takeaway explaining what had happened he just said complain to just eat won’t be going there again first and last time

If you like the pizza from this shop then I can't sat anything. I lived ten years in Italy before this and I can say that it is well below what pizza should taste like... I recently ordered fries from here and they were first expensive and then they weren't properly cooked. I went to take some chicken wings but they didn't have any so I had to come back without them. The pizza is still enjoyble that's why I'm giving it two stars but still....
