Antepliler Baklava in Haringey

Neredeyse her hafta düzenli olarak gelip önce yemeğimizi yedikten sonra tatlı alıp evimize dönen bir aileyiz.Her geldiğimizde arkadaşalarınızın hizmetinden çok menun kalmışızdır.Ne kadar yoğunda olsa çok nazik ve aynı iki kişi ile işlem yaparız.Fakat 25 Ekim Çarşamba 19:30 saatlerinde yine restoran kısmında yemeğimizi yedik ve tatlı kısmından baklava almak için giriş yaptık.Yine aynı arkadaşlar siparişimizi alıp hazırlayıp kasaya yönlendirdiler.Kasada sarı saçlı orta yaşlardaki bayan çalışanın tavrı çok saygısızca idi.Bizim yanımızda diğer çalışanları sürekli tersliyor ve bağırıyordu.Aynı şekilde bize karşıda tavrı çok çirkindi.Diğer arkadaş çok korkar bir şekilde kendisine bizim siparişimiz hakkında bilgi vermeye çalıştığı halde bağırarak ve saygısız bir biçimde cevaplar veriyordu.Tam hatırlamıyorum ama bağıran hanımın ismi habibe yada hasibe olabilir.Çok üzüldüğümüz bir durum oldu hiç size yakışan bir çalışan tavrı değildi.Umuyorum ki bununla ilgilenirsiniz.Ailecek çok üzüldük ve neye uğradığımızı şaşırdık açıkçası.İyi akşamlar

2.kez sans verdigim icin kendime kiziyorum. Baklavasi berbat, sarma tatlisinin alti ici koyu renkli ne oldugu belli degil. Kisacasi berbat!

I had Antepliler baklava made my wedding cake and it was the worst decision of my life. I spoke their pastry chef,showed the cake i wanted and he told me he could do the cake&its little details as I wanted. However,the cake turned up at my wedding looked nothing like the cake I ordered,it was a total disaster and waste of my money. Plus it was leaning to one side. Please see the pics for comparison.

The cakes and baklava are very nice and fresh. However on a busy day if you re not speaking Turkish you can be ignored big time and wait for long to be served. 4 people working on a shift and they can’t organise themselves at all, they are rude and no way they can manage the load of work. Also they let far too many people inside, it is a very small space and no one is wearing a mask. I felt really unsafe and as much as I like their sweets it doesn’t worth it to pay such a big amount of money and be treated like this. No plans to go back there.

Staff who is working at Antepliler baklava very unhappy and careless to customers at every time. I visited there several times but unfortunately at every time they were looking at our faces like why we were there and came!!! What a shameful situation for your brand! Please urgently train your staff about customer service otherwise you can lose your customers!!!

Fresh, crispy and sweet! The service is exceptional, the ladies are brilliant and the food is unique! Turks make the best baklava!

I was having a good day until I visited Antepliler to buy baklava. It was a busy day and there were quite a lot of customers. There were only one last serving. The moment it was my turn a very rude man cut through to buy 1 slice of borek . I told lady that it was my turn but this man started swearing me. It was a disgusting experience since this woman continued serving him. I have a restaurant and I wanted to try their product to give them weekly orders . I bought 1 kg of baklava just for my children and there is no way I am buying for them anymore. Its a disgrace tolerating this type of manner in a shop. No respect at all.

I had to stand and wait to be served the bill after requesting it from my seat several times. The guy behind the grill refused to speak to me, and when i raised a question about the bill he screamed his answer over the grill in Turkish?! When i challenged his unprofessional and rude behaviour he started shouting at me from across the grill. NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN!

This place will take longer to serve you but will never disappoint you. Can have it any day every day.

I have a take a way from this company They are serving stale and mouldy food Thank god I have release and did not eat Trow away . Do not buy any food from them Do not put your life in the risk . Never ever recommend to anyone to get food from ANTEPLILER

The freshly made baklava is gone if it’s gone on daily basis I couldn’t find the same taste anywhere else outside Turkey

Every single one of the baklava tastes amazing! I just wish they did cheap trays at wholesale rates but too expensive that’s the only downfall

Nice cakes but terrible staff. We have to ask them to clean the table. Didn’t say thank you when I took the stuff from the table to them! But the cakes were amazing!!

Baklavanın üzeri nasılsa altı da aynı kıvamdaydı. Bir damla şurup yoktu ve altı da üzeri gibi gevrek ve kat kat idi. Antep'e hiç gitmedim ama İstanbul'da da böyle güzel bir baklava yediğimi hatırlamıyorum. Eve alınan 3 paket baklavadan bir kutusunu iki çocuk 15 dakikada sildi süpürdü. Londra Anteplileri kutluyorum. 👍👏👏👏

I’ve read some reviews anf some complained about rude staff. I have to say they were ok today and I didn’t experience anything that I’d consider negative. I have tried two types of baklava. Clearly the one stuffed with pistachios is superior and tasted fantastic. Their kadayif is ok.

Drove a long way to buy their wonderful baklava. The girl reluctantly stopped smoking a fag outside and then served me, the only customer, without a smile or pleasant attitude, like she was doing me a favour. You have a great product spoiled by lousy server. Buck your ideas up.

Definitely one of the best baklava I had in London! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out big time!

This place does the best baklava in London without a doubt. Beats anything on offer on Edgware road. Don't expect great customer service. You'll get the basics. But you won't find better baklava elsewhere

We just came across this place walking back. It's great. Very friendly staff and lots of choice. The portions are enormous so be warned. We over ordered but got the rest packed up to take away. Very good value for money.

If you are keen about to have proper desert than yes this is the place where you can get original baklava and kadayif . I can not explain this two amazing deserts however if you really up for it , no need to wait ,...
